Press release: Breaking News. In a FOIA law suit filed by Attorney Taitz, CDC admits to transfer of drug resistant deadly Tuberculosis by illegal aliens crossing US-Mexican border

In July of 2014 Attorney and Doctor Orly Taitz filed a legal action seeking a quarantine of individuals crossing US border illegally due to transfer of infectious diseases. Barack Obama, as well as Secretary of DHS and Secretary of HHS  were named as defendants. Presiding judge is Andrew Hanen in the Southern District of TX, who later became a presiding judge in the immigration challenge by 26 states as well. Judge Hanen issued an order to the defendants, to show cause, why shouldn’t he rule in favor of the plaintiff, Orly Taitz. There were two full day hearings in the case, where epidemiology experts testified for both sides.  Defense claimed that quarantine cannot be done. They also challenged reports by Taitz that multiple infectious diseases, including deadly drug resistant tuberculosis, are transferred by illegal aliens crossing the US border, even though Judge Hanen noted during the hearing that one of such illegal aliens with active Tuberculosis was brought for a hearing to his own courtroom. Defense refused to cooperate and provide any evidence for the hearings.

Since defense did not cooperate, Taitz filed a FOIA request directly with the CDC. In its’ usual modus operandi, the federal government violated FOIA provisions and did not provide any information. As a result Taitz filed a second law suit, based on FOIA violation in order to provide information for the first ongoing law suit. As time neared for the Secretary of HHS, Sylvia Burwell, to respond, CDC provided 74 pages of evidence requested by Taitz. Not all of the requested information was provided.  However,  information that was released, shows that quarantine can and should be granted. It shows that  request for quarantine made by Taitz, was justified. Additionally, evidence below shows  that individuals with drug resistant Tuberculosis are crossing the US-Mexican border. CDC Evidence of Drug Resistant TB  This represents a serious threat to public health, much more serious than Measles, as Tuberculosis is a deadly disease. Drug resistant Tuberculosis may take as long as a year to treat and may cost as much as a million dollars in cost for the combination of multiple new and often experimental drugs, which are given for a period of a year. Instead of turning those individuals back  immediately (42 U.S.C. § 271; 18 U.S.C. §§ 3559, 35,71), Obama administration allows those individuals to stay in the US, endangers public health and spends a million dollars per person for the treatment of these individuals.

    If this is not the straw to break the camel’s back. Then I do not know what it takes. It is time for a military coup to take “Obama” out. It is time for the sergeant at arms to go arrest “Obama”. It is time for a shut down of the federal government. It is time for a convention of states. We the people are now being attacked by “our own” government. State governors need to declare a state of emergency to go after every federal employee and round them all up.

    Once all of DSP2’s statements come true ,don’t stop there. Kick the United Nations out of Our Country, fire most of the Media personnel as they have been complacent in the BIGGEST FRAUD IN US HISTORY and pushing the socialist agenda for years, also liberal college professors and teachers need to go. Then all of the Senators and Congress, Supreme Court need to be fired. Total Reset with Constitutional Convention of States

    Legal immigrants are required to take TB tests….so this is another infraction of US Sovereignty via Obama’s welcoming of illegals.

    Orly,you should get the credit for all of the lawsuits being filed by the states and other Johnny come latlys, not just for your own. You deserve it all. Nobody else had the guts to risk their own political necks. They still don’t. There is no rule of law at present. It is just one big kangaroo court largely presided over by the gay media. It may last until there is no longer any money to waste to prop up that life style.

    Round up every federal employee ? Veterans affairs nurses ? Postal workers ? Customs and border protection ? Coast guard ? Air traffic control ? Tennessee Valley Authority ? Armed Forces Retirement Home ? Amtrak ?

    Its going to be a very different country for sure once you are finished !

    They’re lucky I’m not at the border, to patrol this insanity…guess what I’d be doing, if the “carriers” tried to come here????
