Time to lobby the federal government to pass fire protection laws to allow clearing of forests of dead trees and to pass IMD amendment to allow for more federal funding for mentally ill, as some of them have started fires.
By Dr. Orly Taitz, ESQ, President of Defend our Freedoms foundation
When I come to my office these days, I smell the smoke of massive fires. The sky over Rancho Santa Margarita is brown and red from smoke. About 9,600 acres were burned, 21,000 were evacuated.
Why is it happening? There are a few reasons.
1. California did not have so many fires and such extensive fires before. Dead Trees were cleared in the forests since those dead trees cause fires to spread quickly. However, recently laws were passed preventing clearing of the dead trees and brush. Due to those laws, there are now estimated 140 million dead trees in the forests of California. There dead trees are kindlings for humongous fires that engulf California today. California legislature is run by far left environmentalists who believe that the forests need to be left as they are in pristine condition and dead trees should not be cleared. They refuse to change those California laws that caused these massive fires.
In comparison, in Georgia, which is as hot as California, there are no fires. One of the reasons is that the dead trees are being removed. Georgia allows private companies to clear the forests, those companies are making a profit by reselling those dead trees for fuel and other uses, they pay taxes to the state treasury and it is a win win situation all around, as the state treasury of Georgia gets revenue and it does not have to spend thousands of dollars in putting down huge fires and people do not lose their lives and homes in fires.
Since Californa state assemby cannot be relied upon in doing something reasonable, as they are too far to the left, it is time for the federal government to pass national fire protection laws and sue California government if it does not adhere to those laws.
2. Second issue, is the fact that today there is a severe shortage of beds in mental hospitals. People with mental diseases are roaming the streets and some of them cause those massive fires and hurt others. Trabuco Canyon-Holly Canyon fire close to my office was started allegedly by Forrest Gordon Clark who reportedly has a history of involuntary hospitalization before due to mental illness. As a matter of fact, it is estimated that 90% of fires are started by people, either accidentally or intentionally. Clark was arrested recently. IMD federal laws that provide funding for mental treatment, limit the fundng only to hospitals with 16 beds. The hospitals cannot stay profitable with only 16 beds and they close, go out of business. Time for the federal government to amend those laws and allow for funding for mental patients for larger hospitals in order to take people like Clark of the streets and not to endanger people and property.
Please, call your congressmen, senators and President Trump and ask them to schedule emergency vote to pass fire protection laws which would require states to clear dead trees and prevent fires and ask them to vote to modify IMD (Institute for Mental Disease laws) to take mentally ill people of the streets so the don’t start fires and don’t hurt people.

Yeah…
That’s getting too close for comfort!
I agree with Orly…the loonies have got to be put under wraps, to keep the general public safe!
How much thinking has to be put into this kind of a situation?
I wonder if Gov. Brown knows what’s going on, since he’s so “lost” in his left-wing world?

Wow!
This is what happens when liberals allow all sorts of “dark” sessions of lives which can cause a great deal of pain.
In my state, if we are close to a small forest and there are lots of dead trees still standing and/or laying on the ground, people are allowed to help themselves to use for building fires in their homes, with fireplaces!
And our govt system here allows common sense activities like this, to help clear the grounds and to keep insects in the trees under control.
Dead trees will be barren of leaves and actually need up to a year to “dry out” in order to use the dead wood for firewood!

The loony CA Lefties claim the fires are caused by “global warming” — changed from the “climate change” narrative to fit the fire situations.

Dr. Taitz, some have speculated that it’s state-sponsored arson in order to claim federal disaster relief to offset the new tax law that California opposes. The new tax law capped their property tax deduction to something like 10%.

As long as an insane person like Brown is governor, there’s no hope. I pray for those who are stuck there. Stay safe Dr. Taitz.

Sorry but we can’t afford that and the Space Force.

Well, let’s see…
I was thinking of something that might be helpful????
Is it possible that anyone who has a home/business/etc., near these places where trees are very prevalent…
Would it be possible to get a law passed where any of the (3) areas above are too close to these trees/dead trees where no one will be able to (plant) new trees near anyone of these locations, so the possibility of Fire too close will not touch the lives of others?
I’ve never lived close enough to Fire “works,” so don’t know if this (too) would be of help: will fire hoses be any good for keeping fires away from any building?
So that just hooking up a hose or two will keep the grounds very wet, and the fires won’t get near anyone’s home, etc.?
Do people also hose down their homes, cabins, businesses, too?
In the State of Minnesota, I lived near a forest, but it was so far away that it could not do any damage.
But there was plenty of grassy areas.

It would appear that if they have a loonie on the prowl, they need to have more transparency of themselves in the area, to keep things from getting-out-of-hand!
This guy should also have someone keeping tabs on him, 24-7 from now on~
