Why doesn’t the Supreme Court have on file my cases against Obama? Did any of the judges read a word?

Not only was Elena Kagan the Solicitor General for the Supreme Court, but, according to Wikipedia, her successor, Neal Kumar Katyal, born March 12, 1970, is the Acting Solicitor General of the United States , having succeeded Elena Kagan.
Prof. Katyal was the “Paul and Patricia Saunders Professor of National Security Law” at Georgetown University Law Center and the lead counsel for the Guantanamo Bay detainees in the Supreme Court case Hamdan v. Rumsfeld, which held that military commissions set up by the Bush administration to try detainees at Guantanamo Bay “violate both the UCMJ and the four Geneva Conventions.”
While serving at the Justice Department, he has argued numerous Supreme Court cases, including his successful defense (by an 8-1 decision) of the constitutionality of the Voting Rights Act of 1965 in the landmark case, Northwest Austin v. Holder.

Perhaps Elena needed it to line her kitty litter boxes…that is about the level of respect her nomination and seating on the Supreme Court show for the Constitution, especially with her intimate knowledge of O’s ineligibility and lack of NATURAL BORN status. It is TRULY a TRAVESTY!

I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt??? Given the circumstances from the last two years,I just don’t have much faith in them.
