   I agree. I don’t think Arpaio can get the nominatio but if he does, AZ will have a new Democratic senator.

   I disagree with reasoning of both Orly and Martha: it’s the same all screed “repoooplican go-o-od”, dems ba-a-a-a-d”, MAGA… Both are damned, and America will never be great again, forget it! A nation where there may be a crime too big to prosecute is not even civil (never mind great). You all dream in terms of getting your 2 cents now and living one day more, but we are not deserve even to live…

   I have no idea what was on the mind of good Judge Moore, nor what is on the mind of Sheriff Arpaio. For me running of either of the two make sense only because of a chance, that a mind acknowledging the fact of usurpation would have a senate sit and amplified voice (though I do not know if they ever use their position for such an exposure).

   The reasoning like yours – just to not give Dems one more sit is meaningless, and if this is what America has reduced to now, I am not an American.

   Fear God, not me, Martha. Yes, I stand by my words, that we as a nation have betrayed God so much that we do not deserve to live. However I am not an instrument or dispenser of His justice: in no way. His justice seems to be late, but it will finally come, therefore fear Him. Thank you however for advising me what to do, and you can do your next step and report me as a bad citizen…

   Alex, I alway laugh when sanctimonious trolls like you claim to put their faith in God but then say things like “his justice seems to be late.” Do you think God doesn’t know exactly what he is doing and why? Go back and read the Book of Job and stop your whining about the rest of us. As for good or bad citizenship, how dare you? HOW DARE YOU???? The duty of a citizen is to work within the system laid down by the Constitution to correct a bad situation. That includes getting the right people into office (or even seeking office ourselves) and not throwing up our hands and saying ‘it’s over’ like you are doing.

   Martha, the system you are happy to work within has nothing to do with the Constitution. The US Constitution did not set in stone two fixed treasonous “parties” obligating to work within them. No nation of the (former) free world set parties fixed in stone. It was the USSR whose “constitution” set the “party” in stone.

   You do not understand, that the “system” set in America (having nothing to do with the US Constitution) makes your participation akin to activism of a squirrel in a wheel. More importantly, our “Constitution” is grossly broken since 2008. We are not a legitimate nation since then. Our Constitution is broken, but you have no shame to be ashamed about it. You dare to weigh the sense of election of Sheriff Arpaio (which at least carries some little chance to finally and lately raise the issue of usurpation) against hacks staying in denial up right. You readily forget that this semblance of a nation still stays in soiled pants. You are happy to forget it and move on, however you have no future to move on. Our place is at a dust bin of history…

    One more note: I am NOT calling for throwing up our hands and saying “it’s over”!

    Yes. The one thing which is surely over – it’s our failure to repent timely and act by our own law in time – like say South Korea did to their criminal president. This alas is over. America had failed this lesson and discredited the humanity: forever!

    However it’s never over to repent at least lately! It’s never over to prosecute the criminal GOP, dismiss it forever, and join a new party like the Judeo-Christian America. That’s the way to act – instead of dreaming and thinking (again!) in terms of not losing the repooooooplican majority of a criminal party in the entirely criminal Congress…
