Attorney Orly Taitz has spend the last several days in her campaign for AG of CA before June 3 primary meeting with voters and three US Congressmen: her Congressmen Dana Rohrabacher, Chair of the foreign relations committee Congressman Ed Royce and former judge Texas Congressman Ted Poe. Taitz also met with voters in the Diamond Bar, Costa Mesa, Pacific Palisades, Westminster and Huntington Beach area.
Congressman Rohrabacher invited Taitz to attend a meeting of activists and patriots, which was held at his home in Costa Mesa, CA. His wife Rhonda, as always, was a very warm and gracious host.
Taitz drove to this meeting after a full day of work and after driving for 40 minutes each direction to the meeting with voters at Calvary church in Diamond Bar, so she came a bit late.
At the meeting Taitz questioned Congressman Poe when will the US Congress address the issue of Barack Obama using fabricated IDs and a stolen Social Security number, which failed E-verify. As Taitz wasn’t heard well by others at the meeting, her question was reiterated by Congressman Rohrabacher, who stated that people are called name, called birthers, but nobody is answering a legitimate question: why doesn’t Obama have a valid Social Security number and valid IDs, why isn’t it asked and answered?
Congressman and former judge, Ted Poe, acknowledged that members of Congress know about the issue and talk about it. He did not give a definitive answer when will it be heard officially.
After speeches and during refreshments and cake time Congressman Rohrabacher approached Taitz and told her: I do feel bad that people are called names, called birthers. I feel this is a legitimate issues, this question should have been raised and answered long time ago, at the very beginning.
Taitz feels that GOP does not want to rock the boat before the November general election, as it is in a tough battle to take over the Senate. It needs to take 6 seats for the control of the senate. So far according to Real Clear Politics and other pundits and polsters it is highly likely to take WV, MT and SD and it has a weak lead in ND and LA. This makes only 5 seats. A number of other seats are in play: AR, AK, MI, IA, but so far Democrats are leading there and it is a tough battle to gain 6 seats. So, Taitz feels that this issue will have a better chance of being actually heard on the merits in Congress after November election.
At the meeting a number of angry activists asked questions about impunity of officials like Eric Holder, who was found to be in contempt of Congress for refusal to provide essential documents in regards to high officials, including Obama’s knowledge of Fast and Furious and Lois Lerner, also in contempt of Congress for persecutions of Conservatives by the IRS. A question was asked: what can we, the citizens, do. Ted Poe responded that aside from voting for true patriots and constitutionalists, the public can demand that judges rule. He stated that the law suit filed by the Congress against Eric Holder has been sitting in court for quite some time, a couple of years. Poe stated that when he was a judge, he did not take that long to rule on motions. At prior meeting Congressman Issa expressed the same frustration. All of the Congressmen talked about a judge, Obama appointee, who is simply sitting on the case filed by Congress seeking to enforce the contempt of court charge against Attorney General Eric Holder. The congressmen did not state the name of the Obama appointee judge, who is dragging her feet, but it is a matter of public record. Presiding judge is Amy Berman. The public can write to Judge Berman and urge her to expedite her ruling in this case. The case dealt with Fast and Furious, when Obama administration engaged in gun trafficking of thousands of assault weapons to drug cartels in Mexico. These drug cartels are closely connected to a number of Muslim terrorist organizations.
Further, congressman Royce, Chair of the Foreign Relations committee, spoke about his complete frustration and disgust with Obama’s policies in regards to Iran. Royce stated that a number of the US administrations since the 1979 revolution in Iran followed the same policies. There were sanctions on Iran and the funds were frozen. Royce was outraged by the fact that Obama went behind the back of the US Congress and secretly negotiated with Iran seeking to lift sanctions and unfreeze funding. Royce stated that the new stance by the Obama administration would place a limit in the grade of Uranium, but not on the amount of Uranium produced at that grade. Of even greater concern is the fact that the agreement completely omits any limitation on enrichment of Plutonium. Royce argued that there is no other reason for Iran to enrich Plutonium aside from building a Plutonium bomb and Iran already announced that it will increase the production of enriched plutonium 300 times.
Further Congressman Rohrabacher spoke about the American revolution. He stated that we all know about the Boston tea party, but not many know about the fact that King George prior to the revolution issued a decree where he announced that all the trees in the colonies belonged to the British crown and American colonists were obligated to pay a tax on every tree they cut. This caused a build up of an enormous anger, which subsequently ended in the American revolution. We are seeing this anger boiling and spilling out in Bunkerville NV, Utah and other places. Americans are angry and sooner or later this anger will lead to a change.

Dana Rohrabacher
Rohrabacher chaired the Space and Aeronautics Subcommittee of the House Science Committee from 1997 until January 2005; he received a two-year waiver to serve beyond the six-year term limit.
As a senior member of the International Relations Committee, Rohrabacher led the effort to deny Most Favored Nation trading status to the People’s Republic of China, citing that nation’s dismal human rights record and opposition to democracy. His subcommittee assignments are East Asia and Pacific, and Middle East and South Asia.

Taking action in the interests of the citizens of this country is just one of the defining purposes of congress. It has been obvious that congress has been completely aware of the criminal fraud, illegally placed into the position of our white house from the very beginning. Every attempt to prod congress into action has resulted in short lived feigned concern, blatant denial, or just total indifference.
After six years of the gop avoiding the issue and fool hardy liberals denying its validity, I would hardly grant leave for or acknowledge the existence of any legitimate cause for more evasion.
The fact that every one of them will still refer to the fraud as president, in my mind, would belie any veneer of sincerity.

This is how I see it:
After Barry was sworn in, in 2009, Congressional leadership, at that time Pelosi and Reid, begin a still ongoing effort to insure the truth about Obama’s eligibility, and identity fraud, ( and much more has been learned about the identity fraud since 2009), were never openly revealed and acted on.
Turning over America’s military and economy to an ineligible, identity fraud con-artist is treason at the highest possible level. Congress believes there is no choice at this point except to do everything possible to maintain Barry officially a legitimate president until he leaves in 2017. Anything else could subject Congressional leadership and other members of Congress to charges of treason. The level of involvement in getting Obama on the ballot and in covering for his usurpation varies, but no one in Congress should be free of all charges of treason, simply because they have attempted to BS their constituents as directed by leadership and they have done nothing to try to get to the truth. They have ignored mountains of evidence of Obama’s fraud, including Sheriff Joe’s CCP investigation finding the on-line BC and Selective Service registration 100% forgeries.
There is a reason why Obama will never be impeached by Congress, and while being called racist is a factor, staying out of prison or worse is a much bigger factor. The NSA does not have to compile “dirt” on every member of Congress to keep them quiet, Congress actions in assisting and enabling Obama’s usurpation keeps them quiet. Congress is working harder than the paid Obots to insure the truth about Obama is never openly known and, above all, acted on. They are complicit in the biggest fraud in history and you are going to see them stalling, trying to drag Barry over the finish line in 2017, still officially considered a legitimate president.
Congress protects Obama to protect themselves, and this began immediately after he was sworn in, (twice) in 2009….and is going stronger now than ever. The Congressional VIP’s mentioned by the CCP apparently all backed out and fell back in line with the cover-up. Congress job number one is not to impeach Obama, it’s to stall and run out the clock without impeachment, which could reveal the truth about Barry.
The charade continues.

Not rocking the boat before the November election is just a convenient excuse…….there will be NO TIME when Congress will willingly reveal their complicity of treason in assisting and allowing an ineligible, identity fraud con-artist in becoming the putative president.
If it were not the upcoming election they would find another excuse to do nothing…..getting Barry out of office in 2017 while insuring he remains officially legitimate until that happens is the NUMBER 1 job of both parties.

Bob68 – I believe you are totally correct in that Congress protects BHO to protect themselves. He was not properly vetted and by the time they realized what had happened, it was too late (2009).
Orly – Ted Poe is a very good man who is on our side. He’s my congressman and I have only good things to say about him, however, there are not many like him which is one of the reasons we are in this mess. Please send us ONE HONEST JUDGE.

he was good in saying things that are safe, but when I asked him about Obama’s IDs, he started mumbling. ask for a meeting with him, show up with a group of patriots and demand a date: when will he submit a complaint to the judiciary committee, demanding investigation or if he refuses to fulfill his oath of office, when will he resign

Anyone regardless if they have an active case going or not, can file an SF 95 claim form and demand action. If enough of us did, they would have to move. Maybe 1000 or 10,000 would do it.
Can file this against any official and employee, all one need do is witness the crime or faulty procedure.

They will investigate nothing at all after the 14 election, cause then there will be too much at stake for the 16 election,,,blah ,blah,blah. Then in 17 IF he leaves office we will hear ” Oh we cant prosecute a former president, its never been done in history and the past is the past….case closed.This is the fault of our pathetic military and law enforcement, both of which im sorry to say I was a member of. Oh snd Boehner will stay speaker and McConnell will remain minority or majority leader , absolutely nothing will change.
