With deep sadness, I predict there will be no rulings at all forthcoming in any of these critically important pending cases involving obama’s use of fraudulent documents and IDs.
To rule in favor of the plaintiffs opens obama to real scrutiny. That will not and cannot be allowed!!!
To rule in favor of the defense, opens the doors to plaintiffs’ appeals. That will not and cannot be allowed.
Failure to issue any rulings truly and effectively renders the cases moot. That is the most expedient way to tie the cases to ignominious defeat, without any recourse for the plaintiffs, and ensures the most complete protection of the obama from any real scrutiny and the discovery of any evidence of his crimes.

no, I know for a fact that there will be a ruling. Judges maybe waiting to see what happens in November. If GOP wins the Senate, they know that their ruling will be backed by the senate and by the impeachment

Word on the street is that Speaker Boehner is stepping down in November and that Rep.(SC) Trey Gowdy will replace him, this will piss off the Democrats to no end, they will regain the Senate it’s payback time, also this will be a big time in our history for this election due to the fact that we may have a new president, if Obumer is found guilty of his lying/treason on several investigations forthcoming, he may step down before the end of his term. If he is found guilty as well as old Joe being complicit to the fraud, well then what better person to lead this country then the new Speaker of the House Trey Gowdy!
I think that is a fine prediction for 2014!

I think Hollander is waiting to see how the operation Spring goes with thousands of people voicing their displeasure.
These so-called judges are in the wrong career field. Jeanine Pirro would be a super supporter if she were contacted … how does one contact her?

I wrote to Jeanine Pirro and so did hundreds of people. She is as sensored and controlled as everyone else. she talks only about issues that she is allowed to talk about
