    On the average the 4th circuit takes about seven months to decide a case. But they are the most efficient. Chief Justice John G. Rodgers Jr. is assigned to the 4th,a Bush appointee may I add.
    I just hope Judge Paul V. Niemeyer is assigned this case, Ronald Reagan nominated him and George Bush appointed him.

    Good idea. Make them work overtime too!
    And do not rule out a RICO Act complaint
    against Judge Ellen Hollander. She deserves
    it. IMO.
