   Orly, can everybody email to the address below to prove to the Supreme Court that theere is a proven public interest to force the federal courts to impanel grand juries. Doug Vogt’s case is about to be heard.
   And the court could just say there is no public interest. Let’s send 100,000 emails to:

   I do not believe the case will be heard. They typically want Solicitor General to file a response, if they want to hear the case. They did not do it, so it is a formality, they will decline to take up the case certiorari on the merits, but if people want to send petitions, they can do it. I do not believe the supreme court will do anything

    ALL TALK AND NO ACTION. If Issa was really serious about what he said then he would do something about. He has the stage to do it…a BIG stage I might add.
