TX Federal Judge, who previously found that Feds help criminals by transporting illegals, scheduled for October 28.2014, 2pm, pretrial conference in a case by Attorney Orly Taitz seeking an injunction against dumping illegals and spreading infectious diseases, crime and threat of terrorism.
Due to a strange coincidence, shortly after the pleadings were received in Brownsville division of USDC for the Southern District of TX, according to the supervising clerk, there was a power outage at the US District Court for the southern District of TX, Brownsville division. After this power outage apparently there was a problem with the PACER (Public Access Electronic Records) and the case is not showing on PACER, however the court sent an e-mail to Taitz with the copy of the docket and the order by Judge Hanen, scheduling the pretrial conference for October 28th. There might be another decision prior to October 28th. Supporters are asked to call the clerk of the court, Deputy in charge, Rosy D’Venturi, at 956-548-2500 and request to post this case on the public docket, PACER, ASAP

Now this case can be seen in PACER. However the complaint cannot be seen. The complaint is not clickable, when I try to click on it, I get a message: “you do not have permission to view this document”, even though I clearly have permission, as I am the plaintiff and I have a paid PACER account.

I contacted one of my Congressmen and explained that the illegals need to be put in Quarantine to prevent a national health crisis. No one is using the word Quarantine and it needs to be said so make this a point. Various border personnel are getting infectious diseases. We can use closed military bases to hold the illegals till they can be checked and treated and then deported back to their countries.
