Dear Mr. Benett,
I just received your e-mail sent to my supporter, Netty. My name is Orly Taitz. I am an attorney, who is challenging Barack Obama in several states and came very close to removing him from the ballot in the state of GA during primary, I will renew my challenge in the general election there and I brought challenges in other states. In MS and IN the legal challenges include Secretaries of States. I am placing you on notice of flagrant forgery in Barack Obama’s birth certificate, selective service certificate and his fraudulent use of CT Social Security number 042-68-4425, which was never assigned to him according to e-verify.
As a Secretary of state you are in charge of assuring lawful elections, free of fraud. If, while possessing this knowledge of fraud and forgery , you allow Mr. Obama on the ballot, you are at the very minimum violating your fiduciary duty as a Secretary of State in failing to assure lawful elections, at the maximum you are criminally complicit.
If someone in the city hall would be complicit with a forger, who claimed that your house is actually his house, would you be satisfied in having the same corrupt bureaucrat sending you a note, saying that he has a deed somewhere saying that your house belongs to the forger? Would you just move out of your house and give the keys to the criminal? Of course not. You would consider that to be a complete idiocy. You would demand the crook at the city hall to show the original deed, and if he does not provide an original deed, you would sue him together with the forger in RICO, as it would be racketeering and collusion between the forger and a paid governmental employee. The same thing is going on here. We have a criminal, Barack Hussein Obama, unlawfully occupying the White House and attempting to get on the ballot and extend his tenure for 4 more years, while using a forged birth certificate, forged selective service certificate and a stolen Social Security number. Two detectives from Maricopa County sheriffs department flew to HI, appeared in the Health Department, demanded to see the original birth certificate and were denied access. Coupled with evidence of forgery in the alleged copy, this provides for a probable cause to believe that what they have, is the same computer generated forgery, not a genuine birth certificate, created in 1961. Every Secretary of State has fraud investigators. I am sure you have one as well. In light of all of the above it is your fiduciary duty to send a fraud investigator and a forensic document expert to the Health Department of HI and demand access to the alleged original document for expert examination.
If you do not do that in light of all the evidence, you are violating your fiduciary duty at best or complicit at worst.
I trust that you will not breach your fiduciary duty and will send a fraud investigator and a forensic document expert to HI.

I for one cannot be threaten.i am single and almost 75 years of age and have wittness the decline of the people of this country.I have wittness both sides of the argument from my own family.I guess i am the only that is neutral.I DEMAND TRUTH and as the bible states (in the mouth of two or three witness let the truth be established).There is no truth that comes out the mouth of democrat and republican.May God Bless each of you.

This situation with Obama is an abomination on the intentions and words of the Founding Fathers. There is something very mysterious about what and who are Obama’s enablers. On one side of the stage I see the Chicago and Hawaii scenarios. These are local communists following long practiced plots for ‘change’. On the other side of the stage I see the internationalists such as Soros and others who are going for Bush1’s new world order. I believe both sides of the stage are working together. This is a very powerful/influential cabal which includes prominent politicians from all states for self service/promotion. A very tough nut to crack so to speak. It is a marvel that a lady from another such national historical example is needed to show the citizens of the USA the consequences and cause of the folly of ‘change’.

Why are they playing with words??

I sent the links that Dr. Taitz gave to us
(for the SOS of each state as well as the
Attorney General of each state)
with a brief note, to the SOS of Oregon.
I have not rec’d a reply.. furthermore,
it seems she bungled the enforcement of
the state elections’ law in a Portland
schools case; it took her a while to
straighten that out.
So, I hold no hope for her.
As for the Attorney General, in reading
about him, he seems to be another
worthless official. I have not sent
him anything as he would not have a clue
what it is all about, if he even took
the time to read the links’ information.
Where did it all go wrong in this country!
Were Americans too complacent/uninformed in their voting for cowards and fools
or were they royally deceived by speeches!
What are the odds that out of 300 + millions
of citizens, those who have been given the

We in Arizona are nothing if not one giant teeming conspiracy theory.
So it seems only natural that we would take up this noble cause. We may not be the birthplace of the birther movement but where better than Arizona to take one final stand — or leap, if you will, right over the edge?
And so our intrepid sheriff, Joe Arpaio — not content with Secretary of State Ken Bennett’s electoral probe — has dispatched a deputy and his posse to Hawaii as part of his criminal investigation into the curious matter of Barack Obama’s birth certificate.
Arpaio says his investigators showed up on Monday at the Hawaii Department of Health but couldn’t get past the lobby.
Hawaii tells it a little differently.
“The two gentlemen who showed up at the State Department of Health yesterday and represented themselves as being from Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office were not turned away,” Joshua Wisch, special assistant to the Hawaii attorney general, wrote in an e-mail. “They met in a conference room with the deputy director of health and a deputy attorney general. … The registrar was not available at the time, so his supervisor, the deputy director, took the time to meet with the gentlemen. The statutory process was explained at the meeting, and all publicly available documentation was provided.”
Or as Arpaio puts it: “We were stonewalled.”
Of course, Hawaii officials aren’t going to just hand over the goods to America’s self-styled toughest sheriff. Especially if they’re in on the cover-up, as Arpaio clearly suspects.
“We feel that that document is a forgery,” he said. “We’re trying to figure out who did it. That’s good police work.”
In addition to storming the lobby, Arpaio says his island forces are developing “numerous investigative leads.”
I don’t imagine that it’s an easy assignment. This is a complicated case that calls for sophisticated law-enforcement techniques, given those tricky Hawaiians with their website (hawaii.gov/health/vital-records/ obama.html) offering all publicly available documents.
“These include, among other things, press releases from both the past and present state directors of health verifying that they have personally seen and verified the president’s birth records, as well as a link to the White House website where a copy of the certification of live birth is posted,” Wisch wrote.
I’m certain Arpaio is not dropping it even after Hawaii provided verification of Obama’s birth Tuesday night. Which is why I feel it incumbent upon all of us, as Arizonans, to assist in his efforts to wring out the truth now that we have boots on the ground — or possibly flip-flops in the sand.

Good response to Benett’s email.
BUT you forgot to mention one important point that you should never forget to mention concerning Obama, that Obama MUST be a “natural born citizen” in order to be entitled to be President of the USA and that to be a “natural born citizen”, Obama MUST have had BOTH of his parents American citizens and that it is NOT the case, as Obama’s father was a Kenyan.
Therefore, for this particular reason alone, Obama is NOT eligible to be President of the USA and the recent false and dishonest point of view on this matter by the corrupt Judge Malihi in Georgia does not change this fact that is required by the Constitution of the USA.

Ok its over now 5/23/12, that POUSA has come into Redwood City, CA San Mateo county and has taken/asked the money of the citizens of this county in a public form. The law-enforcement that was on duty was beyond description for his protection.
I only ask a simple request, I hope and pray you will be onsistent. If elected you will ask why all those local Sheriffs in CA that allowed POUSA into their counties, basically asking for money since March 1, when Sheriff Joe made public his prelimnary findings regarding you know what. Will you seek to find out what investicating they did do to confirm if these things are so and what they did with it if they did anything at all.
If someone who has committed fraud and forgery, are even who were a part and had knowledge of it, who continually get more money whether its a part of the original crime, is still unlawful. Because they are using that position of POUSA which the very crime was committed in that position.
Orly never forget this, for all those in Germany after WWII who were put on trial for the atrocities that were committed at that time, as far as I know, the local police still kept their jobs after the war and even got retirement.

Instead of asking Hawaii to verify Obama’s birth there, SOS Bennett should have asked them to verify that Obama is a natural born citizen. AS long as BO can keep the focus on WHERE he was born, and not to WHOM, he will have better success.

Orly, I understand that you have a certain issue with Dr. Jerome Corsi but you should really listen to what Dr. Jerome Corsi said on talks with Alex on the Thursday, May 24 edition of the Alex Jones Show.
He was in HI when Sheriff Joe Posse sent his men. He talked in detail what they gave the SoS of Arizona and maybe why the SoS resoned the way he did.
Corsi talks on some latest information that truly gets into what Obama and his men did in banking situation in his early years.
Corsi really opens up his heart. It is not good what is ahead.

The following information is in print in a book titled “The Obama Error”, authored by attorney Stephen Pidgeon in 2011, All rights Reserved, ISBN:97 81460931943 and available from Amazon and Barnes and Noble.
It’s validity should be investigated and if found true, should validate keeping the name Barack Hussein Obama off of the Arizona and any other State’s General Election ballot.
“The U.S.Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, states, No person except a “Natural Born Citizen,” or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of the President.”
Stanley Ann Obama divorced Barrack Hussein Obama,Sr. in March,1964. She then married Lolo Soetoro a citizen of Indonesia in 1967. During the marriage the family, Stanley Ann, Lolo and Barry (Obama) Soetoro, moved from Hawaii to Indonesia. Once in Indonesia, Lolo , and Indonesian citizen established his Step-Son Barry, as his adopted son so that he might enter school. In ordeer to enter schools at all under the brutal Suharto regime in Indonesia, (Obama) Barry Soetoro needed to be an Indonesian citizen, and to be an Indonesian citizen, his adoption was necessary.
Once his citizenship was secured in Indonesia, his American citizenship was terminated, and Obama’s citizenship was lawful only in Indonesia. Since he was born in Hawaii, he would still be requiresd to take an Oath of Naturalization to regain an American citizenship following his eighteenth birthday. This Never occurred.
If you have to take an Oath of Naturalization to secure American Citizenship, you are not a “Natural Born Citizen”.
In addition, if Obama failed to properly register for the draft before age 26, he is permanently disqualified from making a naturalized decision. As a consequence, whether or not he was born in the United states, he is an alien to the United States.
If his draft registration card is a forgery as indicated by Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse and he did not register for the draft until 2008, some 46 years after his birth, although he has been in the United States since age 10 following his being an Indonesian citizen, he has committed a felony that exposes him to a five year prison term and a $250,000.00 fine. More importantly, his failure to register makes him ineligible for any student financial aid, Federal Job training, A Federal Job in the Executive Branch and, can keep him off any States General Election ballot, and,finally, for United States Citizenship.

—An official confirmation by ANY Official in Hawaii concerning Obama’s long form birth certificate is of NO VALUE because the people in Hawaii will systematically confirm the fraud that very likely has been committed concerning Obama’s supposed birth in Hawaii.
What needs to be done is a thorough assessment of the original document that is stored in Hawaii concerning Obama’s long form birth certificate because by now this original long form birth certificate that is in Hawaii is very likely to be a forgery!!

Orly, you need to use a “Notary Presentment” where you have a notary actually put the items in the envelope, along with a statement of what the contents are, and then the do the actual registered mailing. At that point you have absolute proof that they got it, and they can’t see anything was missing as a notary has certified it’s contents.

Dr. Taitz, being an attorney, you work in your field of expertise, the law. No one would require you to work in any other field to unseat the usurper and end the usurpation. But that doesn’t necessarily mean that the law is the best battlefield upon which to engage America’s enemies in this war between freedom and slavery.
Even though it is the best theater for your skills and weaponry, it has been shown to be a closed, locked, barred, and blocked chamber because of Team Obama and the DOJ intervening against patriots seeking justice and truth. We could make better use of our energies and resources by finding an open door that we don’t have to knock down or blow open.
For example, your language skills and international finesse, along with your high visibility in foreign circles and among foreign leaders, can convince foreign officials to derecognize the usurper as an Official of the U.S.. If the leaders of a number of countries, such as Israel, Italy, Spain, Greece, Poland, Norway, Great Britain, Canada, Australia, Taiwan, S. Korea, India, Uganda, maybe even Syria and Russia, were induced to withhold diplomatic recognition from Mr. Obama as a potentially fraudulent U.S. Official, whose agreements, contracts, and treaties may not be permanently binding, he would lose other nations’ vote of confidence as well, and he would soon become unable to govern, unable even to guarantee his continuance in power from one day to the next.
Similarly, it would probably be not too difficult to persuade the treasurers of creditor nations – Germany, Bahrain, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, China, India, S. Africa, even Brazil – that their hard assets are not safe in the hands of a fiscally irresponsible despot, during whose first 3 1/3 years as communist dictator, Congress has increased the U.S. federal debt by 50%.
With your international flair, worldwide recognition, and entré into the halls and high places of foreign governments, these are things particularly suited for you to do. It may well be that you will accomplish in other nations’ courts of power what the criminals in charge are keeping you from accomplishing in America’s courts of justice.

Never, never, never give up. Obama is as dirty as the day is long. The fact that he is still getting away with this does not bode well for our Republic. Keep plugging away. Freedom and liberty are too valuable to allow this to continue.
