More stonewalling from the SSA

SS administration continues playing games and stonewalling. I submitted my request on October  4th, they received it on October 8th by Certified mail and even without expedited processing were supposed to respond within 20 days, by October 28th. It has been nearly 2 months and no response. If this continues, I will have to go to court yet again.

    Yes. The Government should stop and just deal with your requests. It is too important to do otherwise.

    If your request relates to a living person such as Pres. Obama, then the documents fall under one of the exceptions in FOIA.
