Open Letter

Criminal complaint, demand for investigation and prosecution

Dear Ms. Gregory,

My name is Dr. Orly Taitz, ESQ and I represent a large group of plaintiffs (see names attached), seeking verification of Mr. Obama’s eligibility for presidency and investigating reported criminal activities perpetrated by Mr. Obama, which include reported forgery of documents, fraud, perjury, suspected social security fraud and identity theft. Please see attached Dossiers with supporting affidavits of Forensic Document Examiner and Licensed investigators. As a number of my plaintiffs reside in the state of Texas, I alerted Beaumont police officer Ronald Dischler to this matter and he has provided a written response, assuring me and my clients that proper criminal investigation will be performed, as criminal offices are in purview of local police departments and Mr. Obama a.k.a. Barry Soetoro not only put his name on the ballot in your district, but also personally campaigned in the state of Texas, city of Beaumont, claiming to be a legitimate candidate. This issue is significant, since statute 338 of the state of Hawaii allows foreign born children of Hawaiian residents to get Hawaiian birth certificates and those can be obtained based on a statement of one relative only without any corroborative evidence. Dr. Fukino, director of the health department in Hawaii has released a statement, that Hawaii has a document on file according to their regulations, however she refused to provide any clarification whether it is a birth certificate for a foreign born child of Hawaiian resident, or whether it is a birth certificate obtained based on a statement of one relative, such as grandmother or a grandfather. Obama refused to release his original birth certificate, currently sealed in the state of Hawaii and there is a statement from Forensic document examiner Dr. Sandra Ramsey Lines, that the image Mr. Obama has posted on the internet cannot be relied upon as genuine.

Today, on April 27, 2009, an article by Ms. Jennifer Johnson was published in Beaumont Observer. (see attached). Beaumont Police Chief Frank Coffin stated to Ms. Johnson, that he told Officer Dischler not to investigate Obama and, which is even more outrageous; he harassed and intimidated officer Dischler by threatening to investigate the officer.

When is forgery ever a political matter? Mr. Obama is not above the law and not above the Constitution of the United States. He became a candidate on the ballot in each and every state and locality of the United States and availed himself to jurisdiction, investigation and prosecution for crimes committed in relation to his ascertainment of eligibility for presidency based on the laws of the United States, constitution and laws of individual states.

Based on the above I demand immediate investigation and prosecution of Mr. Obama on charges of suspected fraud, perjury, forgery, identity theft and social security fraud and investigation and prosecution of Chief of Beaumont Police Frank Coffin for violating the constitutional rights of the citizens of Texas under color of authority.

Sincerely,

Dr. Orly Taitz, ESQ

Lone Beaumont cop investigates Obama
Chief insists the “department is not investigating the president

Jennifer Johnson
Orange County Editor

President Barack Obama will no longer have to worry about the possibility of becoming an inmate at the Jefferson County Correctional Facility now that the Beaumont police officer investigating the commander in chief on allegations of possible criminal activity related to his birth certificate has called off his bizarre probe.

Officer Ronald Dischler Sr. of the Beaumont Police Department wrote in an e-mail to an activist blogger that he would undertake an investigation into allegations of criminal activity by the man elected the 44th president of the United States in November 2008.

The blogger, Dr. Orly Taitz, is a dentist in Mission Viejo, Calif., as well as a licensed attorney in that state who claims to represent former Ambassador Alan Keyes and more than 130 members of the U.S. military.

Both Taitz and Dischler confirmed the authenticity of the e-mail exchanges in separate interviews with The Examiner. Their correspondence, which took place at the end of March 2009, was initiated by Taitz in an effort to have the president investigated criminally for acts such as forgery, fraud and identity theft. Taitz told The Examiner she requested Dischler’s assistance in obtaining “immediate investigation, subpoena of the records and prosecution to the full extent of the law” in matters related to Obama’s legitimacy as President.

In his reply to Taitz, Dischler agreed to pursue the matter.

“I have received your e-mail and I will use it to further my investigation into the Criminal matter concerning Barack Hussein Obama,” Dischler wrote in his correspondence with Taitz, which became public when she posted it on her Web site, The Right Side of Life.

“The only thing that I will be able to file on is crimes committed in the City of Beaumont,” Dischler explained. “However, with your information, I will attempt to add to the criminal charges or bring it to the attention of someone who can go further. I am a very resourseful (sic) individual and I guarantee that I will fight to the end. I do not enter into this matter lightly or with blind abandon. I do this because I too took an oath as a Police Officer to defend the Constitution of not only the great state of Texas but also the great nation of the United States of America.”

Although portions of the Dischler e-mail are redacted on the Taitz Web site, the remainder of the text is clear.

“… There is another Officer who works in C.I.D. (Criminal Investigation Division) who would be more than willing to join me in pursuing this investigation. I have as yet to tap this resource,” wrote Dischler.

“There is evidence of forgery in (Obama’s) certificate of live birth,” Taitz said during a lengthy explanation of her many grievances with the legality of the president’s election, including allegations the former Illinois senator is guilty of identity theft for securing more than one social security number, and she claims she has uncovered evidence he tampered with Selective Service documents.

“All he has to do is open his birth certificate. It’s that simple, but he chooses not to do that,” Dischler said in defense of the argument that initially appealed to the cop’s sense of duty. He said that argument would have been a moot point had documents been released prior to Obama’s inauguration, but they were withheld “because Eric Holder came up and started raising the race question,” according to Dischler.

In fact, the Obama campaign refuted the birth certificate claim in June 2008, launching the Web site FightTheSmears.com and actually posted a copy of it online. Dr. Chiyome Fukino, the director of Hawaii’s Department of Health, also verified the authenticity of the document issued by her agency.

Dischler said he was a veteran of 27 years of police work, the last nine on the Beaumont PD. He also insisted he still does not recognize Barack Obama as the legal president of the United States, but admitted he has found no proof of wrongdoing.

“I don’t want you to think this was a renegade mission, either,” Dischler told The Examiner. He said his superiors were aware of his investigation, but the powers that be eventually told the patrol officer to abandon the case.

“I looked at it and informed my sergeant and my lieutenant what I was doing. Sometimes, we have to choose our battles,” said Dischler, whose earnest manner seemed at odds with the words he was saying.

“First of all, it is not winnable and then, this is something the feds have to do. What I was trying to do was bring this to the front and try and end all this because I’m not the only person asking this question,” he continued. “I didn’t take this up on my own. A citizen brought this to me and I felt an obligation to investigate. This is not something I took up on my own as a quote, un-quote vendetta.”

Dischler said the total elapsed time of his investigation spanned two weeks.

“I went online and I looked and looked and looked and couldn’t find what I was looking for,” he said, describing the early phase of his investigation. Dischler said he realized the supporting information he did uncover was inadmissible in any court where the Beaumont officer could file a case. He said he heeded the advice of his superiors and decided to call it quits.

Dischler may have decided he was through with the case, but it was far from over.

Although the criminal investigation of President Barack Obama will not likely lead to an arrest, it has led to even more tense exchanges within the police department.

One black Beaumont officer who spoke with The Examiner on the condition of anonymity said Dischler’s most recent undertaking is seen by certain members of the force as a racially-motivated attack.

“You can’t be a racist and serve a diverse community,” the officer said. “You can’t act that way, and in the national spotlight, and expect to be able to serve a community as mixed as ours.”

Dischler acknowledged he “sometimes” catches grief around the department “but I defend my position. My opinion is my opinion, and that’s given to me by the Constitution. Just because I feel this way doesn’t make me a fanatic, a radical, non-American, or an Adolph-Hitler type of individual. This is my opinion and I am entitled to it.”

The veteran police officer seems to have never been given the advice that, when you find yourself in a hole, stop digging.

“Just because your political views are different than mine doesn’t mean you aren’t entitled to good law enforcement,” said Dischler. “This is not political. The direction this person (the president) is leading us in – him, and Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid – I believe they are leading us away from what the Constitution says, what the Constitution meant. But what you believe is what you believe. When I deal with you as a law enforcement officer, I will deal with you as an individual and I will deal with you with whatever I’m there to deal with you for.”

Beaumont Police Department Chief Frank Coffin agreed that while Dischler is entitled to his opinion, he had no business touting the department in connection with what must be perceived as a political activity.

“The Beaumont Police Department is not investigating the president,” Coffin said. “We are right now taking a look into whether or not we will be investigating (Dischler).”

Coffin said the Beaumont Police Department is apolitical and it is against department policy to “bring embarrassment to the police department with political activities.”

According to the chief, he was unaware of Dischler’s investigation of President Obama until a source outside the department informed him of a potentially politically-charged issue involving the department about two weeks ago and that it was only this week he learned more details. Following the timeline supplied by Dischler, by that time his investigation had ceased.

Dischler said he is sorry his correspondence with Taitz hit the Internet and insisted that under no circumstance did he expect the exchange to be made public. Additionally, he said he told Taitz the investigation had been abandoned long before their e-mails were made public.

In the end, Dischler characterized his investigation as business as usual.

“It’s like any other criminal case. There’s just sometimes you investigate something to the end and there’s nothing more you can do,” he said. “I can’t make up law to suit her; I can’t make up policy to suit her. Had another situation taken place, it would have been a horse of a different color.”

Jennifer Johnson should go back to journalism school. She has many factual misstatements :

    1. “Dischler wrote in his correspondence with Taitz, which became public when she posted it on her Web site, The Right Side of Life. ‘

—- The Right Side of Life is not Orlys website

    — Starting with “In fact”. First of all it is not a fact at all. They never posted a copy of the birth certificate online. They posted a FORGED copy of the CERTIFICATION online.

—- Fukino has NEVER verified that the COLB Obama posted on his website was issued by her agency.

—- The only comment ever made about that COLB was by her assistant Janet Okubo to a website. The Obots love to quote the first statement she made to them :

“”It’s a valid Hawaii state birth certificate,” spokesman Janice Okubo told us. ”

They use this as “Proof” that the online COLB is valid.

But she clarifies that statement with the one she says later :

“When we looked at that image you guys sent us, our registrar, he thought he could see pieces of the embossed image through it.” Still, she acknowledges: “I don’t know that it’s possible for us to even say beyond a doubt what the image on the site represents.”

So, Okubu is saying they can’t confirm that the online image is a valid COLB. Notice she never says it was ISSUED by the State of Hawaii.

So, Miss Johnson. You are either very intellectually dishonest or are a very poor journalist. You prove your ignorance of this issue through your article.

Obama’s plane stunt cost taxpayers $328,835.00
    by DefendUSx April 28, 2009 19:46
So, now, as with Obama’s other incidents, we only get an “internal review” of this insulting stunt to America and 911. You and I both know, “Obama’s review of Obama” and his administration will find “no inappropriate conduct”, though someone may have to take the blame and nothing will happen.

Usurper Barack Obama ordered a review of a publicity-photo shoot with one of the planes that serves as Air Force One that cost taxpayers $328,835 and caused a furor in New York City.

Obama said he wasn’t informed in advance (LIE!!) of yesterday’s low-altitude flight over New York Harbor, which rattled windows in New York’s financial district and prompted some office workers to flee buildings in fear it was a terrorist attack.

“It was a mistake,” Obama (Yeap, another big mistake alright) said today before a meeting at FBI headquarters in Washington. “It will not happen again.” (sure maybe not this particular thing, but what is next?)

The incident continued to reverberate in New York and Washington today with two senators demanding an accounting of how the flight was approved, its cost and procedures aimed at avoiding a repeat.

“The supposed mission represents a fundamentally unsound exercise in military judgment and may have constituted an inappropriate use of Department of Defense resources,” Senator John McCain of Arizona wrote in a letter to Defense Secretary Robert Gates.

McCain, the senior Republican on the Armed Services Committee, asked Gates to provide a description of the mission, who ultimately approved it and an estimate of how much it cost.

The flight by the VC-25, a modified Boeing Co. 747, and two F-16 fighter jets cost $328,835, Air Force spokeswoman Vicki Stein said.

    Three-Hour Mission

That includes $300,658 for the larger plane, which flew a three-hour mission, and about $28,178 for the F-16 jets, which flew 1.8 hours each, Stein said in an e-mailed statement.

The total includes fuel used in flight, fuel used to power ground equipment used to prepare the aircraft, and ground maintenance, Stein said.

White House press secretary Robert Gibbs said yesterday’s flyover was “two training missions that became in the end a picture mission” and only Air Force personnel were aboard.

Obama has directed Deputy Chief of Staff Jim Messina to review “how the decision was made to conduct the flight,” Gibbs said at the daily White House briefing.

Democratic Senator Charles Schumer of New York said in a statement that he asked Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood, whose department oversee the Federal Aviation Administration, to create an “ironclad procedure” to inform the public about such flights at least 48 hours in advance.

    Anticipating Concern

“Somewhere along the line, someone at the FAA should have had the foresight to realize that New Yorkers would see this stunt and think back to 9-11,” Schumer said. (even when their ordered by the White House)?

McCain, who ran against Obama in the 2008 presidential election, also said that the disruption and panic caused by the flight should have been foreseeable. He wrote that the apology and acceptance of responsibility from Louis Caldera, director of the White House Military Office, “rings hollow.”

Obama today ignored questions from reporters about whether Caldera should keep his job.

Caldera yesterday took responsibility for authorizing a photo shoot involving the specially equipped 747 aircraft and a fighter jet escort that frightened Wall Street workers. The plane flew as low as 1,000 feet (305 meters).

In a statement yesterday evening, Caldera apologized for “any distress” it caused. While federal officials “took the proper steps to notify state and local authorities in New York and New Jersey, it’s clear that the mission created confusion and disruption,” he said.

Caldera, 53, a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and a lawyer, was secretary of the Army during the Clinton administration and previously was a state legislator in California.

    ‘Furious’ Reaction

New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg said yesterday that he was “furious” when he was told about the flight. Obama also was “furious” about the incident and the confusion it caused, Gibbs told reporters.

Gibbs said the White House review of the incident probably wouldn’t take more than a couple of weeks. “And the president will look at that review and take any appropriate steps after that,” Gibbs said.

Paul Browne, deputy New York City police commissioner, said yesterday that the department was told by the FAA not to inform the public about what it thought would be a higher flyover by two F-16s and an Air Force VC-25 aircraft. The VC-25, a military version of the 747, is used as Air Force One when the president flies on it.

The planes flew past the Statue of Liberty and the financial district near the World Trade Center site that was hit in the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. The aircraft were on a “photo mission,” Jim Peters, an FAA spokesman, said yesterday.

The mayor is founder and majority owner of Bloomberg News parent Bloomberg LP.
