Secretary Jewell Announces Two Solar Projects Approved in California, Nevada |

| Projects mark the 49th and 50th utility-scale renewable energy projects approved on public lands since 2009WASHINGTON, D.C. – As part of President Obama’s Climate Action Plan to reduce carbon pollution, create jobs and move our economy toward clean energy sources, Secretary of the Interior Sally Jewell today announced the approval of two solar energy projects located near the Nevada-California border that are expected to supply 550 megawatts of renewable energy, enough to power about 170,000 homes, and support more than 700 jobs through construction and operations.
Today’s approvals bring to 50 the number of utility-scale renewable energy proposals and associated transmission that the Interior Department has approved since 2009, including 27 solar, 11 wind, and 12 geothermal projects. Together, the projects could support more than 20,000 construction and operations jobs and, when built, generate nearly 14,000 megawatts of electricity, or enough to power 4.8 million homes. Thirteen of the projects are already in operation, including the Ivanpah Solar Electric Generating System, a 377-megawatt solar thermal plant that started commercial operations and delivering power to California’s electric grid last week. “When President Obama first took office in 2009, there were no solar projects approved on public lands, and no process in place to move forward the hundreds of applications pending from businesses that wanted to harness renewable energy to help power our nation,” said Secretary of the Interior Sally Jewell. “With today’s milestone of 50 utility-scale renewable energy projects approved on public lands since our standing start in 2009, and with a number of those already producing energy for the nation’s electric grid, our clean energy future is bright.” The first project is the 300-megawatt Stateline Solar Farm Project, a facility that will be built in San Bernardino County, California, on approximately 1,685 acres of public land located two miles south of the California-Nevada border. Using photovoltaic panels, the facility will generate enough electricity to power approximately 90,000 homes and create an estimated 400 jobs during construction and 12 permanent jobs during operations. The facility will connect to the grid via a 2.7-mile 220-kilovolt transmission line. The second project is the 250-megawatt Silver State South Solar Project located near Primm, Nevada on approximately 2,400 acres of public land. The facility is expected to power approximately 80,000 homes and will be located adjacent to the 50-megawatt Silver State North Project, the first solar plant on public lands to deliver power to the grid. Silver State South will also use photovoltaic panels and will generate an estimated 300 jobs during construction and 15 permanent operations jobs. Both projects are proposed by the company First Solar and have commitments from Southern California Edison to purchase the projects’ output for 20 years. “These solar projects reflect exemplary cooperation between the Bureau of Land Management and other federal, state and local agencies, enabling a thorough environmental review and robust mitigation provisions,” said BLM Principal Deputy Director Neil Kornze. “Secretary Jewell’s commitment to a landscape-level approach represents a responsible balance between the need for renewable energy and our mandate to protect the public’s natural resources.” First Solar has agreed to undertake significant project design changes and mitigation measures to minimize impacts to wildlife, water, historical, cultural and other resources. For example, the BLM worked on the Stateline proposal to reduce the project’s footprint by more than 20 percent to avoid and minimize project impacts. In addition, as part of ongoing efforts to protect the threatened Desert Tortoise, the BLM is expanding the nearby Ivanpah Desert Wildlife Management Area by more than 20,000 acres and requiring that the developer protect three times the area that the project will disturb. For the Silver State South project, the project design was modified to reduce the size of the facility by 100 megawatts. Mitigation measures include soil stabilization to prevent erosion and polluted runoff. In addition, the developer must fund over $3.6 million for Desert Tortoise mitigation and $3.5 million for studies intended to guide future efforts to protect the Desert Tortoise in the project area. The company must also assess the project’s potential adverse impact if archaeological properties at the site are found to be eligible for National Register of Historic Places listing. “As we implement the President’s Climate Action Plan to generate jobs, cut carbon pollution and move our economy toward clean energy sources, we need to do so in a way that takes the long view and avoids or minimizes conflicts with important natural and cultural resources,” added Jewell. President Eisenhower ordered the Federal and State Government by Statute to document Federal Lands ceded by States to Fed. Few know about this Federal Manual which clearly documents each State Land and the land ceded to Federal and what Jurisdiction does the Federal have on this land relating to taxes, law enforcement (Fed or State) and land use.
The result is this Federal Manual -”JURISDICTION OVER FEDERAL AREAS WITHIN THE STATES” PART I AND PART II – A Report of the Interdepartmental Committee for the Study of Jurisdiction over Federal Areas within the States. Looking up Nevada I am not finding where the Federal Government has jurisdiction to collect State Taxes on Federal Lands and the State has limited Federal Jurisdiction within the State of Nevada. The State has to secede State Lands by Statute to the Fed. This reference book would be most handy for Citizens of Nevada to protect their lands. Published April 1956 and June 1957 and reprinted by Constitutional Research Associates, P.O. Box 550, S. Holland, Illinois 60473

Harold… Your research is seriously flawed as it pertains to the Bundy situation. This land is now and always has been federal land. Even before his ancestors set foot on it.
Mr. Bundy is a liar and a freeloader. He owes approximately $1 million in grazing fees to We the People. The same grazing fees over 16,000 other ranchers pay every year as they don’t own enough of their own land to support their herds. The grazing act enacted by Pres. Reagan.
He’s wrong… Period. People were/are potentially putting their lives on the line for a freeloading “sov-cit” liar.
He needs to pay up. Those who threaten federal officers need to be arrested and charged appropriately.
They’re not supporting the Constitution, nor the law… Neither the U.S.’s nor Nevada’s.

In Part three of this series on the Bundy affair and what it reveals about the intentions of the Chines military, we look at the fact that the Chinese Solar Energy Zones are located adjacent to an American military base. We examine the ramifications for this placement and the reader can rest assured that this is no coincidence.
Bundy Achieves Victory but the Event Reveals a Sinister Agenda
As thousands of sheriffs, militia members and state legislators rushed to the aid of Cliven Bundy, plans are already in place to limit any citizen uprising. We know that the feds recorded license plates and engaged in facial recognition of the people on the scene who were actively supporting Cliven Bundy. This is a very disturbing development when one considers that Obama has been proposing preventative and prolonged detention (i.e. pre-crime) for people who “might” pose a future threat. This is the justification for the usage of FEMA camps.

My sources tell me that the current Obama purge of the military, over 200+ high command military officers and counting, is due to the fact that many commanders have threatened to “stand down” over several issues including Obama’s planned invasion of Syria. Until Obama has a military he can trust to betray the American people, he must rely on foreign (i.e. UN) assets in order to carry out any controversial activities such as door-to-door gun confiscation.
The UN Is Setting the Gun Confiscation Agenda
The UN is imposing limits on ammunition and magazines for all member nations. However, in joint training exercises being conducted between the US military forces and various foreign military forces, they are indeed going to the next level by training to seize American guns being stored in American homes. And, in the future, these foreign troops will likely consist of Russian and Chinese troops operating under the auspices of the United Nations.
Even FOX News has expressed concern over the UN Treaty which bans guns. The National Rifle Association has expressed their concern as well and for a very good set of reasons.
According to the UN’s own disarmament website, a “regional instrument that aims to curtail small arms ownership and illicit trafficking in Southern Africa along with the destruction of surplus state weapons. It is a far-reaching instrument, which goes beyond that of a politically binding declaration, providing the region with a legal basis upon which to deal with both the legal and the illicit trade in firearms.” The UN is calling for the use of foreign troops to seize guns in member countries.

Interestingly, in the aftermath of the Sandy Hook event, the Communist Chinese called for more strict controls over American guns. What? Why would the most repressive regime on the planet, the Communist Chinese, care about gun control in America? Because an emerging set of developments would indicate that the Chinese are going to be spearheading, along with the Russians, gun confiscation on American soil. And since the Chinese military has such a heinous reputation, one can assume that they will be carrying out gun confiscation with extreme prejudice. And now they have troops on our soil.
Why Are the Chinese In the RIMPAC War Games?
The next set of RIMPAC war games, the largest war games in the in the world, are set to commence this year. One of the features of the RIMPAC war games is to conduct a joint military exercise in preparation to fight the Chinese and Russians in the Pacific. Therefore, one has to seriously question why the RIMPAC games have invited the Chinese and the Russians to participate.
Are we to naively believe that the Russians and the Chinese are training to fight the Russians and the Chinese in the Pacific?
Why would we be showing the Chinese and the Russians our secretly held plans to specifically fight them in the Pacific? This is absolute treason! It is treason unless there is now another overriding objective behind the RIMPAC games.
The Chinese are on American soil for one reason, they are being integrated into an international “peacekeeping force”, formerly known as the RIMPAC war games, which will eventually be controlled by the United Nations. This is where the formal integration of American-based Chinese military forces into an international “peace keeping force” will become official this year. This will mark the first time that the communist regime, that is responsible for murdering more innocent people than any other country in human history, will have its military and war ships participating in the “RIMPAC war games” off the US coast. Russian troops are also participating in this multinational force. RIMPAC occurs after we allowed the Chinese and the Russians observe the vulnerabilities of the power grid during the Grid EX II drill. The RIMPAC war games are the largest war games in the world. It is not far-fetched at all to believe that RIMPAC is morphing into an international “peacekeeping force” under the control of the United Nations since the original purpose, training to fight Russians and Chinese, is obviously no longer the purpose.
Now it makes sense why Obama is facing wholesale mutiny from the military and why he has found it necessary to replace as many senior level commanders as possible.
Doesn’t this explain why the Chinese are being given Solar Energy Zones in locations which are adjacent to a major US military base?
When one considers the implications of the Chinese participation in Grid EX II, the RIMPAC war games along with Chinese government’s comments regarding the need for gun control in the US, speaks to the Chinese as being the enforcers of the UN Small Arms Treaty Ban. Secretary of State John Kerry illegally signed this UN treaty without the required Senate ratification.

chinese are coming- militaryThe Bundy Affair has exposed a much deeper agenda involving the Chinese. They have a military presence on our soil at the inland ports. Their troops train in Mexico and Canada, and soon we will see Chinese troops in these newly designated Solar Energy Zones. Is the presence of the Solar Energy Zones next to a major American military base, referenced in the two previous articles, a case of blending the Chinese military with the American military? Or, is it a precursor to invasion? Flip a coin. Either way, the Chinese call for tighter gun control in America and their presence on American soil, is a major cause for concern that these two events are not merely a coincidence and the Chinese will spearhead a gun confiscation effort inside of the US.
Do I need to remind the readers that there were 17 genocides in the world in the 20th century and that every one of these genocides followed a gun confiscation effort on the part of the offending country? When we begin to connect the numerous dots, it is difficult to not believe the Chinese are here to disarm the American people.
