Richard Cowan fom Thomson Reuters published an article

This article is clearly designed to mislead and defraud the public. It states that the congress advances border security bill without the Trump wall, while in reality the Congress allocated 1.375 billion, nearly 1.4 billion to build 55 miles of border wall in Rio   Grande area.
This is a huge win for president Trump over Nancy Pelosi who did not want to allocate any money for the wall and said that the walls are immoral.
I tried to write to brian.moss@thomsonreuters.com, who is in charge of ethics at Thomson Reuters but the e-mail did not work.
Please, contact Thomson Reuters, a very large publication and demand that they remove this article and stop misleading the public
