Today the 6th state citizens grand jury indicted Barack Hussein Obama aka Barry Soetoro on numerous charges that include fraud, elections fraud, mail fraud, wire fraud and other related charges in connection to the suspected fraud committed by him during the 2008 Presidential election. Since so many Illinois citizens wanted to be on this citizens grand jury, we will have two juries. First one met at the Hodgkins suburb of Chicago. The jurors came from all over the state, one of the jurors drove for hours from the Iowa border (bless her heart). This indictment was unanimous and was done through my guidance using skype, phone and recorded presentation of the case, that was done by Mr. Neil Turner. (thank you Mr. Turner) DVD was multiplied by the foreman of my first jury in Georgia Mr. Carl Swensson (thank you Mr. Swenssen). After I will present the case to the second jury, I am planning to fly to Illinois to present those indictments/presentments to Attorney General Lisa Madigan, US attorney Patrick Fitzgerald and other officials.
This coming Tuesday I will fly to Atlanta Georgia to meet with officials there. Visits to Nashville TN and Austin, TX are being coordinated. Citizens from around the country are rising and and stating: “We are asserting our constitutional rights. If the establishment is not listening and not protecting our rights, we the people will protect them through citizen grand jury indictments/presentments, through citizen trials and citizen arrests. We have no fear of this corrupt elite and corrupt establishment. They should fear, that all of them will be indicted and prosecuted by the citizens for aiding and abetting fraud, sedition and treason against the Constitution of the United States of America and “We the People” of the United States of America.

Could someone explain to me what these do? I know it makes a point, and it feels good, but if you have one of these and find him guilty, then what? Everyone goes home and no one hears about it. Nothing happens. The MSM and DC surely don’t care.
I’m hoping these really count for something, but I don’t know that much about them, so I’d really like an explanation of what this will do to rid us of the usurper.

we can go to the next stage: subpoens by grand jury, citizen trials, citizen arests. It would be nice to have a government, that is doing it’s job, but we don’t have it, so to a grand extand it is up to us.

It may be a good idea to organize a national eligibility tea party beginning at the white house and in every state,city,town across the United States and demand Barack Obama to summit his legal birth certificate and collage financial records.
This very possibly could be the wind that blows Barack Obama off the birth certificate nest he has been sitting on for to long.
Obama with out question is ready to shut the American people down along with all printing press that opposes him.
The American people must act on this while they still are a free people.
Homeland security has came our recently with new names of groups they believe are a threat to the United States,everyone on the Obama terrorist list are American citizens that oppose him from tax’s to laws and every thing in between.
If the American people wait to long and do not act while they are free Obama has the power to call for marshal law,if that happens we will be no better off then the people living under a vile dictatorship in Cuba.

I am all for moving on this quickly too, we have watch our supreme court, tell us we have ” No Standing”..I am sick of the very citizens that provide for this country to be free and run, being denied standing in our courts. WE ARE THE GOVERNMENT..Not Obama, Pelosi, Reid, Dodd, or anyone one else, but the citizens.I will sit on a jury in Michigan if one is organized. I have a very limited income but will find a way to serve wherever ..

I agree with Jo-Ann Wulf with a national eligibility tea party everywhere! Also I think it has to be a way to disuade Obama from imposing
martial Law because if the government canoverpass our basic human rights, there should be something a special power or a privilege he should be forced to put aside too, that we could negotiate with. I wish I know what but I am sure you, Dr Orly, would know it.

Yes, I’m still not seeing it. In the end, it’s going to have to come down to either acceptance or violence. I’m not advocating this, I’m just stating what should be obvious. the usurper and crew aren’t going to let any legal action force them into doing what they don’t want to. They aren’t going to stop their steamrolling right over Americans and the Constitution. If people get too demanding, they’ll just declare Martial Law.
The MSM is in their pocket, and the media will do everything they can to not report on all this so more people remain ignorant of what’s going on. When they are forced to cover something, they’ll portray us and 10 or 12 nutcases making trouble.
In the end, we are either going to be ruled by the iron fist of foreigners and domestic socialists, or we are going to have to use force.
Paperwork hasn’t worked. They laws are on the books, but they are not being enforced. Without any exaggeration, every day, we lose a little more freedom. We don’t have years. We have months. Maybe. This has to end soon, or we can just bow our heads and hold out our wrists for the chains.

I’d like to see Marshall Law put in place with our military taking the reins until We, The People reorganize our government. Along with this, a nationwide cleaning of the filth on college campuses and the MSM. We’ll haveto deprogram several generations.

If it comes to arrest and prosecution procedure how and who with the fascist/socialist oligarchy in control of unlimited resources and localized enforcement. “Compartmentized” yes, but the gradual dissolving of centralized national authority, giving way to localized controls with UN support presents a whole new militarized dynamic that no one here seems to be taking into consideration. Just ignoring the larger picture to make a statement is not going to make a ripple in the ocean folks.
Fact: We No Longer Live In A Constitutional Republic. We have not been a Republic since 1861. The United States, Inc. was formed in 1868 and later was made a sub-chapter [corporation] of the District of Columbia with each State incorporating using their state constitutions so as not to attract too much public attention.
You can argue this all day long, but it is fact and the illusion of any Constitutional protections is simply an illusion maintained to mislead the public. Study the so-called Patriot Acts and Homeland Security- since when is a medical emergency made a militarized government immediate response priority [save for weaponized bio orgasms or nuclear radiation]?
We live in Commercial entities. Every State has an EIN # and is therefore under Admiralty Law. Not Common Law. Not the Constitution. It is not even the much ballyhooed Democracy. That is why we have adversarial courts rather than impartial common law courts. [I have been prosecuted by judges in more than one state. I only overcame it when I made it clear to the gallery that the judge had lost any illusion of impartiality and he threw me and the case out to avoid exposure of the charade.
I would also like to point out that merely focusing on Obama is of not consequence. We need to accuse and bring an indictment of the whole non-representative Federal Government, dissolve it’s authority over our military and all and any state and local law enforcement, dissolving all federal agencies. Disband all agencies and departments of the federal government, restoring the REPUBLIC’S SOVEREIGN STATES’ authority with A peoples’ appointed representative from each state assuming representation of the Union of States of the Republic of America. Cast out the UN and any of it’s representatives on our soil and for the sake of symbolism of our national heritage and our commitment to freedom demo the UN building the way it’s creature operatives demo’d the twin towers [only we will evacuate the building first and deport the occupants].
Like so many Americans I took an oath to protect and defend this country and the Constitution. To the death I have and will. WE THE PEOPLE are America NOT the government or any of the pretenders in DC or seated in governor’s offices in any of the states of this Union.
But do not believe that you can enforce a Constitution that has no force of law. The Constitution has no force of law in Admiralty Law no matter what the screaming voices say. Our court system top to bottom is like all the other illegal corporate agencies. Each is an agent of the illegal Corporate State. We have lived in a police state since 1865 and it has become ever more burdensome with the advance of communications and technology, giving centralists greater influence on every facet of our lives.
We will have to be ready to Insist With Prejudice and Persist At Whatever Cost. Of that you can be sure. I am only pointing out the facts to make everyone aware of the path we have chosen. Like the eye of a needle my friends. Dare to be free. If you think that you will need a central government to achieve any social justice then you are wasting your efforts. For it is just that rationale that leads to tyranny.

Is there any legitimacy to these presentments in the law? Can any court be forced to acknowledge them? Is there any way to make the government recognize them? As I understand it, presentments were eliminated from practice long ago, the whole run-a-way jury thing. What is your plan Dr. Taitz? Count me in if there is a way!! Maybe we should start with something not so insurmountable as the Presidency. Once they accept a Presentment on a lesser issue there will be past practice to rely on.

Orly, good work ! I sent Attorney General Fitzpatrick the charges and evidences on February 11, 2009, the mail receipt did not show receipt until February 24. I had called his office to say I was sending it and to watch for it. If he does not have these charges and evidence, there is a real problem in his own office. He will need to check that out. I still have my receipt if needed. I also sent this information to Barack Obama on his whitehouse.gov/contact form.

How do we move to the next step and bring him to trial? We can send him a subpoena, but if he doesn’t appear, how do we give him a ‘fair’ trial? We can, of course, try him in absentia, but what if we do and find him guilty? Then how do we effect any penalty?

I applaud these people for doing something. But the sad truth is the courts will never allow them to get far. The only fix for the national govt. is for ‘we the people’ to show up there in enough force to leave lots of expensive suits hanging along Pennsylvania Ave.

I too support a national eligibility legal process. If every state passed laws requiring anyone on a ballot to submit their forms and long form birth certificate to the voting body of the states, Barry could not appear on a ballot in 2012 if he resisted…he couldn’t even be a write-in candidate without proper documentation.
But we must prove this to wipe his agenda from the books.
