Tomorrow at 2pm hearing for Captain Connie Rhodes MD in GA

I just got word from Ms. Sweeden, clerk for District Court Judge for the Middle District of GA. We were granted an emergency hearing for Captain Connie Rhodes, MD, flight surgeon, who is scheduled to be shipped to Iraq day after tomorrow on September the 12th. Capt Rhodes states that she is willing to go to Iraq, as long as she knows that the orders going down the chain of command are lawful orders. We asked this case to be certified as a class action case, as she represents a whole class of plaintiffs situated in similar position. The hearing will be tomorrow at 2pm in Columbus GA, Federal Building 1201 12th street. Judge Clay D. Land courtroom. Judge Land was gracious and a real Southern gentleman in that he waived the technical requirement of a signature of the local counsel as a contact.
I hope that members of the military and other patriots of this country will be in the courtroom to support Cpt. Rhodes MD.
I will be making my travel arrangements shortly.

This is a major story. Definitely worth the read and could, perhaps, show that the DNC has known before the election that Barry wasn’t Constitutionally qualified!!

it has not been determined that mr obama is a native born american and therefore he cannot be named the official commander in chief and all directives issued from him cannot be upheld until there has been proof that he is indeed an american born citizen and therefore worthy of the position of commander in chief and even that of president of the united states of america

That’s a bit of good news. Good luck. I’ll keep you and Cpt Rhodes and all the other plaintiffs in this and other cases, in my prayers. I hope that there will be some relief soon. BO is destroying our country by the minute. Everytime he talks it seems his ratings plummet more. All he says is lie in front of the American people on TV. He acts like he is good and he is doing all this nice necessary stuff for the people. He is full of BS. I see right through his lies. Who could trust anyone who hides their bona fides to prove their eligibility to be president?
Nothing like the DOJ (who are supposedly supposed to be prosecutors) defending BO. I think that is conflict of interest as they have a stake in this.

Orly, please visit this article by JB Williams re: problems with the Eligibility Certification given by DNC to each state. Sworn copies given to 50 states OMIT the parts about Obama and Biden being constitutionally eligible. Original sworn version contains the language but copies to 50 states DOES NOT

Question:
Could the reason for the past disregard for the Constitution in earlier challenges be that we are in a “state of emergency”, since 1933 and again after the 9-11 attack and the war following?
“Emergency-War Powers” invoke the “Law of Necessity”, which knows no law; one is permitted to do whatever is necessary to “survive”.
When an “emergency” is declared, the Constitution is suspended, the Chief Executive assumes the Powers of a military “Commander in Chief”, in a quasi-military dictatorship. That’s how Hitler took over Germany. The same thing seems to be happening here.

I was at the hearing in columbus and got to meet Dr Orlyand see a small part of what she is up against. We all need to help her any way we can . She is fighting for all Americans harder than anyone i have seen and I am very proud to have got to meet her and talk to her . We all need to support her and let her know we are proud to have her fighting for all Americans Thank you Dr. Orly , see you monday

Those people with an intelligent, mature mind who still back Obama are either hate mongers, with themselves included in their “hate package”, or they want to see our nation taken down to its lowest form and are certain Obama is their means to get there.
The troubling, puzzling fact to me is this. These remaining Obama supporters also include wealthy, dignified, capitalistic entrepreneurs like the board of directors at Google, Yahoo, and other online sites who have the financing and knowledge of the Internet to put together successful “on-line” corporations. These “leaders” are quite familiar with Dr Taitz’ collection of Obama’s crimes, lies, corruption, down-right Godfather type activities and possible connections with 9/11, etc. Indeed, Obama has quite a spectrum of entrepreneurial supporters, and my question is, “What is their vested interest in Obama and why are they hanging in with a pathological liar, a pathological narcissist, and an inexperience politician hell-bent on leading America into the social abyss?” Are they part and parcel of a political ring above Obama under the leadership of George Soros whose goal is to conquer the world, plugging all the holes that proved fatal to Hitler and others with the same objectives?
Is the world doomed to deal perpetually with those people who believe their short life span owes them something more than success? One wonders.
