To counter any argument that the hospital in Mombasa was not named per the BC produced by Lucas Smith, there is this information from Lucas where the hospital is mentioned in publications that precede the date of Obama’s birth date, thus proving the hospital did go by the name of Coast Province General Hospital.

So, I am confused. The courts have now been given 2 documents that might be Kenyan BCs for Soetoro. One must be false. How does submitting 2 documents motive the court to investigate either of them when one must be fake?
Dr. Taitz, have you had an expert analyze either documents? I really do want more info. Right now I am afraid that by submitting both documents the court will ignore both.
How do you get the court to investigate these if you have no analysis with which to convince the court that these are worth investigating.
I am really not trying to be difficult. I am just confused!
That said, Dr. Taitz, my family and I are praying for you and your Plaintiffs. I pray that everyone has a safe journey and the the ears of the court will be open to your words.

I wonder if that’s the real Alec Baldwin. At any rate, I was watching “30 Rock” the other night, because I find it funny sometimes. But I got an idea then. Alec Baldwin is a very passionate person, politically. I wonder if it would be helpful to put together a list of the ways that Barack Obama is not the lovely Democrat reformer that Baldwin might think he is.
You know, O-ineligible has gone back on so many promises, made backroom deals with Big Pharma, etc. If someone as wound up as Baldwin got the straight info on Obama, I bet he would be LIVID, mad as bloody hell, and wouldn’t rest until Barack was out on his keister. Alec is one person who I don’t think would let political correctness get in his way.
The same could apply to other celebrities who people might be interested in writing to, ones that are involved politically.

There are TWO criteria as I understand the Constitution and consequent legal decisions in the past regarding the definition of a “Natural Born Citizen”. ONE: The individual MUST have been born in the United States (or a recognized facility outside the U.S. such as a U.S. military base, embassy or territory), and TWO: BOTH PARENTS must have been born in the United States as well per court cases subsequent to the drafting and passage of the U.S. Constitution. Even if Barry Sotero (aka Obama) WERE born in the U.S., his father WAS NOT. The drafters of our federal Constitution did not want an individual with SPLIT ALLEGIANCES to be president. It is quite apparent from Obama’s public and private records that he DOES NOT have total allegiance to the United States of America and is NOT FIT to serve as president. He and those whom KNOWINGLY ran him as a candidate and SUPPORTED him during and after the election are GUILTY of crimes against the American people and should be punished accordingly. Our country MUST NOT TOLERATE a traitor to our federal Constitution to sit in the chair of the highest office in the land and control our military, very possibly against our country’s very own citizens.

Oh dear! Everyone has missed a rather obvious error – US and US-dominated English would render a date as month-date-year. But the British custom, which Kenya would most certainly follow in 1961 as it had only just become independent, is to write a date as date-month-year. So at the bottom where the ‘Supervisor of Obstetrics’ has written “8-7-61”, at the time (and even now) in Kenya this would mean ‘8th of July, 1961’. Or in other words, nearly four weeks before the birth. I’m sure Supervisors of Obstetrics is Kenya are competent people, but clairvoyancy? I think not.

Purchased and watched the DVD. I am so glad an Attorney is pursuing this matter. For your information, the question of the Birth Certificate was raised at the town hall meeting of Congressman Lungren. The proceeding state:

Contrary to your suggestion, President Obama has faced unprecedented scrutiny over his citizenship status. After consulting with the Congressional Research Service, the Office of the Solicitor General of the previous Administration, and the Clerk of the United States Supreme Court, the facts are clear. President Obama was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on August 4, 1961. His birth certificate is a valid short form certificate commonly issued by states. The Department of Health in Hawaii does not give its citizens the option to obtain a copy of a long form certificate. His certificate contains his full name, names of his parents, date, place of birth, sex, and date the birth record was filed. There was also an announcement at the time of his birth in a local Honolulu newspaper.
Although I do not agree with many of his policies – particularly with respect to a tripling of the size of the national debt over the next decade in implementing his budget – President Obama is nevertheless the duly elected President of the United States. Out of respect for the rule of law and the Constitution of the United States, all Americans, regardless of their political beliefs, should respect this fact.

Has anyone checked to see if a person’s foot print at birth would be near enough at Obama’s age to say they are of the same person. It they are then this would prove that the birth certificate is the real one. I think it is true of a person’s finger print so why not have a courth order to have Obama give them a print of his foot for a comparison.

Well it would not matter where he was born. His father is not a US citizen so he is NOT a “Natural Born Citizen” and therefore cannot hold office as President per the US Constitution. It is that simple and I can not understand why no one in Congress will do anything about this nor will the Supreme Court. They all are guilty of something I’m sure and should be brought up on charges. Obama should be charged with failure to follow the Oath of office since he is not defending the Constitution against all enemies both foreign and domestic. Yet we are called names for saying these things and/or believing he is in violation of the Constitution since he is not qualified.
I’m afraid we will not see him removed from office because the powers to be will not want to look like the IDIOTS they really are. He will get to push his evil on us and there will be nothing we can do. It is just sickening to me but I’m afraid it is the way it is today.

The very fact that Barrack will not produce a BC makes him look very guilty because he probably is. We need to all send her as much as we can $5, $10 $25 to help her with this very critical endeavor. Have you seen the actual document obtained by Lucas Smith? Or a photocopy only? Will his actual document be presented at the hearing?
I am keeping my fingers crossed for this one also. But, I am also wondering how a court would be able to determine if it is authentic?

Whats amazing to me is that every last one of these officials and legislators took the same oath of office as I took when I became an officer in the military. I’ve noticed that in the U.S we write month/day/year but a lot of europeon countries write day/month/year. I am not sure how long this has gone on or what method citizens in kenya used but signature conform to the month/day/date

Consider this: I’m Obama, my cousin is the Prime Minister of the country where I was born. In 2004, my cousin has his high level Intelligence Force seize all birth records between 1960 and 1964, mixing them up, altering at least a few, and of course destroying that which is necessary. Along comes Smith and Taitz, and others like them. What do they find; what are they given? The fraudulent docs.
It’s my belief that Obama was way ahead of us all, and prepared for the assassination of our character and the integrity of this investigation by flooding the internet with fraudulent documents long before we even knew to ask, “Where were you born?”
I hope this is real, but given the lengths Obama would go, I don’t believe we’ll ever find the real McCoy.

If this is true then Mr Obama must be taken out of office. To be president
of this country you have to have been born in the United States. How can
this be that a person not born in this country is holding the highest position
in the world? Doesn’t someone have the job of investigating where a person
was born in order to run for office? It is my opinion that anyone not born in
this country can hold office above mayor. That would mean Mr Arnold of

Actually what we have is TWO alleged documents from Kenya that corraborate each other and they are from two different sources, one from the Gov’t and one from the Hospital. It looks like this trumps one alleged document from Hawaii that nobody has seen the whole document including seals and signatures in one Video or Jpg.
The document above points to Obama Sr not being there in Mombassa and Grandma Sarah and Stanley being in Mombassa.
If Obama Sr was there we would have his exact Birth Date instead of just 1936.
We have Stanely Ann’s whole birth date meaning she would probably be present. We also have the village where Obama Sr. was born pointing to Gradnma Sarah probably being present…..I doubt Stanley Ann would be in Mombassa alone and that she would know the exact name of the village when she didn’t even know Obama Sr’s DOB.

Your courage and integrity are unparalleled.
Justice is saying that the plaintiffs are not injured parties. This is misdirection and spin of the most blatant and irrelevant kind.
This is first and foremost a constitutional issue. If this fraud is proven. It is afore known and willful (at least on someone’s part – and it begs investigation and prosecution). It is neither a partisan, nor a racial, nor a political issue. It is fraud and a violation of the letter of Constitutional Law. And it is irrelevant wether or not more than one candidate’s full natural born citizen status is/was in question.
The injured party is The American People. The administration most likely feels this can blow up in their faces and can cause wide-spread strife in the nation, and therefore is grabbing at techinical legal straws to thwart any investigation in this direction.

Last blow in the fight was a motion from the US Justice Department with a motion filed by same. I have a question, since the Justice Department ultimately falls under the “alleged’ presidents purview and direction, is there not a conflict of interest here? Also, since he ran for the election as a private citizen, so to speak, and his action were not done as the President, should he be doing all defense out of his own pocket? Using the justice department to mount a defense is using public funds and resources for a personal legal matter. Given that it is the justice department, it also gives an unfair and improper adavantage. Given these premises, should the motion filed by the Justice department be thrown out and not even consided?

I have been wondering when the “real” birth certificate would appear. It is about time to get this “wanna-be” Obama out of the white house. His paternal grandmother claims she witnessed his birth in Kenya, has anyone gotten a statement from here, or has she been disposed of/removed from public scrutiny.
Please push this as hard and as fast as you can, America cannot stand another 6 months, much less 3+ more years of communist leftist legislation ruining the United States of America as we know it today, enough is enough.

Is there any way to find someone who has access to the records from Columbia College? There are so many employees, teaching assistants, etc. poking around all the time SOMEBODY should be able to track down some of the information.
I only want his Affirmative Action program participation exposed. Those who insist he’s a brilliant and articulate “professor” of Constitutional Law may understand why some of us see him as an inarticulate and unintelligent fraud. The Barack Obama “hero” they elected doesn’t exist.

I have been following this for some 18 months. I have read and studied many documents including court filings by Philip Berg. I believe Barack Obama is a sitting usurper. What is amazing to me is that he got away with it. I know that in 2006 he put together a team of professionals to investigate how to get around the “natural born citizen” clause in the constitution.
As you have stated with many others, if there is nothing to hide produce the birth certificate. The fact that he has spent upwards of $800,000+ in attorney fees to keep any and all of his documents from public view in itself says he is hiding the fact that he is not fit to hold the office of the Presidency of the United States.

I can see Obama pulling his tricks to save his you know what. I think he is going to destroy us before we get to destroy him and get him out of office. I am sure this won’t make the news and I hope to God he doesn’t get that health care reform in order before he gets into court. As Lucas Smith has stated (on his YouTube site) – not that I am really knowledgeable on Kenyan date formats – Kenya does use both the month/day/year and day/month/year formats. See his YouTube site. He points out the names of the attending physician in older official reports/documents from Kenya.

The comment that the Obama team was working on this long before we ever thought it would be an issue is relevant. We do have two separate albiet vague Hawaiian news paper accounts announcing his birth. And I am still not totally convinced that Obama is not a citizen, but I think there are two very important issues here which we must consider.
1. He did produce what was purported to be a Birth Certificate. We all know now this was only a Certificate of Live Birth, apparently not even acceptable legal proof of birth in Hawaii where it was produced. The question now becomes, if he was willing to produce that document, which was in his own words “his birth certificate”, then why when the legality issue surfaced is he not willing to produce the real long form birth certificate. Why is he throwing over a million dollars away to fight this and other requested proof of citizenship documents. Hospital officials in Hawaii have given statements that they have personally seen his long form birth certificate. I submit to you that there is something on that document and maybe others that he does not want to be seen or for that matter investigated.
2. Presently, a significant portion of the US population including me believes that there is enough evidence to question his eligibility. Until that faction of our population is satisfied, he will never convince those citizens that anything he does is legal or for that matter appropriate. Whether he is legally eligible or not, the eligibility issue must be settled for good or bad before this nation will accept where we are and move forward. Of course, if it is determined that he is indeed ineligible, then a swift removal from office is required. But the important point is, eligibility is of paramount importance and must be determined before we go any further. We know that, and Washington knows that. Why is that not even an issue with them? How deep does this really run?
Obama can make all this go away overnight, but he refuses. Maybe we are pursuing this from the wrong angle. Maybe because he is now at the top, he is untouchable. Maybe we need to go after those who were derilict in their duties to assure the American citizenry that he was qualified to run for president of the most powerful nation on the planet in the first place. Those persons responsible should face federal prison terms for allowing this to happen if indeed it has.
Again, the American citizen can and will deal with the facts. But when they are lied to and abused by corrupt politicians and other elected officials, they will rebound with vigor. That is what we are seeing now, and God help us all if we do not get this under control soon.

I pray that all is proved in the case against Obama as he is totally destroying our economy with extravagant spending and his shame of our country. I recently received an email from a friend in Tennessee that tell it all and written by Pat Boone:

Thinking about these and other statements made by the man who wears the title of president. I keep wondering what country he believes he’s president of.
In one of my very favorite stories, Edward Everett Hale’s “The Man without a Country,” a young Army lieutenant named Philip Nolan stands condemned for treason during the Revolutionary War, having come under the influence of Aaron Burr. When the judge asks him if he wishes to say anything before sentence is passed, young Nolan defiantly exclaims, “Damn the United States ! I wish I might never hear of the United States again!”
The stunned silence in the courtroom is palpable, pulsing. After a long pause, the judge soberly says to the angry lieutenant: “You have just pronounced your own sentence. You will never hear of the United States again.. I sentence you to spend the rest of your life at sea, on one or another of this country’s naval vessels – under strict orders that no one will ever speak to you again about the country you have just cursed.”
And so it was. Philip Nolan was taken away and spent the next 40 years at sea, never hearing anything but an occasional slip of the tongue about America. The last few pages of the story, recounting Nolan’s dying hours in his small stateroom – now turned into a shrine to the country he fore swore – never fail to bring me to tears. And I find my own love for this dream, this miracle called America , refreshed and renewed. I know how blessed and unique we are.
But reading and hearing the audacious, shocking statements of the man who was recently elected our president – a young black man living the impossible dream of millions of young Americans, past and present, black and white – I want to ask him, “Just what country do you think you’re president of?”
You surely can’t be referring to the United States of America , can you? America is emphatically a Christian nation, and has been from its inception! Seventy percent of her citizens identify themselves as Christian. The Declaration of Independence and our Constitution were framed, written and ratified by Christians. It’s because this was, and is, a nation built on and guided by Judeo-Christian biblical principles that you, sir, have had the inestimable privilege of being elected her president.
You studied law at Harvard, didn’t you, sir? You taught constitutional law in Chicago ? Did you not ever read the statement of John Jay, the first Chief Justice of the Supreme Court and an author of the landmark “Federalist Papers”: “Providence has given to our people the choice of their rulers – and it is the duty, as well as the privilege and interest of our Christian nation – to select and prefer Christians for their rulers”?
In your studies, you surely must have read the decision of the Supreme Court in 1892: “Our lives and our institutions must necessarily be based upon and embody the teachings of the Redeemer of mankind. It is impossible that it should be otherwise; and in this sense and to this extent our civilization and our institutions are emphatically Christian.”
Did your professors have you skip over all the high-court decisions right up till the mid 1900’s that echoed and reinforced these views and intentions? Did you pick up the history of American jurisprudence only in 1947, when for the first time a phrase coined by Thomas Jefferson about a “wall of separation between church and state” was used to deny some specific religious expression – contrary to Jefferson’ s intent with that statement?
Or, wait a minute . were your ideas about America ‘s Christianity formed during the 20 years you were a member of the Trinity United Church of Christ under your pastor, Jeremiah Wright? Is that where you got the idea that ” America is no longer a Christian nation”? Is this where you, even as you came to call yourself a Christian, formed the belief that ” America has been arrogant”?
Even if that’s the understandable explanation of your damning of your country and accusing the whole nation (not just a few military officials trying their best to keep more Americans from being murdered by jihadists) of “not always living up to her ideals,” how did you come up with the ridiculous, alarming notion that we might be “considered a Muslim nation”?
Is it because there are some 2 million or more Muslims living here, trying to be good Americans? Out of a current population of over 300 million, 70 percent of whom are Christians? Does that make us, by any rational definition, a “Muslim nation”?
Why are we not, then, a “Chinese nation”? A “Korean nation”? Even a “Vietnamese nation”? There are even more of these distinct groups in America than Muslims. And if the distinction you’re trying to make is a religious one, why is America not “a Jewish nation”? There’s actually a case to be made for the latter, because our Constitution – and the success of our Revolution and founding – owe a deep debt to our Jewish brothers.
Have you stopped to think what an actual Muslim America would be like? Have you ever really spent much time in Iran? Even in Egypt? You, having been instructed in Islam as a kid at a Muslim school in Indonesia and saying you still love the call to evening prayers, can surely picture our nation founded on the Quran, not the Judeo-Christian Bible, and living under Shariah law. Can’t you? You do recall Muhammad’s directives [Surah 9:5,73] to “break the cross” and “kill the infidel”?
It seems increasingly and painfully obvious that you are more influenced by your upbringing and questionable education than most suspected. If you consider yourself the president of a people who are “no longer Christian,” who have “failed to live up to our ideals,” who “have been arrogant,” and might even be “considered Muslim” – you are president of a country most Americans don’t recognize.
Could it be you are a president without a country?

Please take a few minutes to read an article on WorldNetDaily (www.wnd.com) posted today. It describes how Rep. Nancy Pelosi at the DNC nominating committee “certified” the presidential nominee. There are images of two certification documents – one with the reference to eligibility under the constitution; the second one – without this reference. The latter is the one distributed to the States as the certified nominating document.
This is further evidence that they knew about the eligibility issues and are complicit in the cover-up.
What about high crimes and misdemeanors? Would it not qualify the allegations proven correct?

I’ve been following this issue from some time and truly believe that this issue is our best hope for triggering an investigation of not only Obama but all those who have participated in helping him sit in the Oval Office, be they in the government or behind it. It’s, in my view, treason. Certainly the intent criteria would have to be present. The most discouraging challenge is the reluctance of our Judicial Branch to meet its responsibilities to the Constitution, reflecting just how deep this coup and its tentacles are rooted. If you will notice that a Canadian commentator for the Canada Free Press, JB Williams, has obtained two records filed by Nancy Pelosi and the Alice Travis Germond, Secretary of DNC, 2008 which are entitiled “Official Certification for Nomination” that were filed, because Pelosi knew there was a question about Obama’s qualification as a Naturalized Citizen. This is a coverup and voter fraud to the highest degree. The Senate held hearings on the eligibility of John McCain, but they did not on Obama, so the Senate did not prove his eligibility and this too is a coverup. Obama in 2008 said he was born in Queens Hospital in Honulu, and then he said this Summer 2009 that he was born at Kipaloni Hospital in Honoulu. You mean the President does not know what hospital he was born in. He was not hatched from an egg. The American Conservative Union in Nov. and Dec. 2008, when to 20 different hospitals in Honolulu County, Hawaii (which included Qeens and Kipaloni Hospitals) and no hosptial had records of Stanley Ann Durham or Barack Obama, II. So there is coverup all over. So the President is lying and covering up, Pelosi is lying and coverup, and Senate covered up the truth. If you look at the Immigration Law in 1961 in Hawaii, Obama still would not be classified as natural citizen as his mother was 18 yrs old when she had him, and she had to 19 years old. So please present all the records to the court as there is illegal activity going on. And some people will go to jail. Thanks.

My head is still spinning that The United States of America has a president with the name of Barrack Huessin OBAMA!!!! Please someone DO something about this liar! I’m so sure that this setup was in the works for years. Who in the heck IS he, anyway!? And how did he get to be in the position to be OUR PRESIDENT?! I do not honor him at all and I do not believe a word he says. I can’t even stand to look at him or his wife for what he’s doing to our beautiful freedoms! WHY DON’T THE POWERS THAT BE START IMPEACHMENT BEFORE HE RUINS THE BEST COUNTRY ON THE FACE OF THE EARTH??!! I feel frustrated and helpless and angry. Does anyone else feel this?

Do you think maybe the man doesn’t actually know where he was born, because his mother and family never told him? Maybe the family has always stuck with, since birth, the story that he was born in the US because they knew his life, however simple or complicated it turned out, would be infinitely better if he was presented as a US citizen. This doesn’t change where we are now, but might help unravel what we have. I think this would explain the birth announcements in the newspapers, I expect his grandparents were thinking people and looking out for him.

Dr. Taitz, I would like to “third” the motions by ‘I WantTheTruth’ and ‘Dr JD Howe’: the report at Canadian Free Press seems to indicate some very serious inconsistencies with regard to the nomination form(s) that came out of the Democratic National Committee regarding Obama. The article’s author includes pictures of the documents he requested and received in proper order. His name is JB Williams…are you already in contact with him?

Dr Taiz, What is your opinion of the latest findings regarding the Certification copies signed by Pelosi? 2 of the exact same documents , except one has the Eligibility under the Constitution paragraph Missing.
Both documents have the same signatures and were signe on the exact same day. Do you believe this has any significance?
