You Sir, are a joke of an interviewer and investigative reporter. Your one-sided display, although the norm for you, betrays your anti-American leanings. It is incumbent upon EVERY American to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. As Thomas Jefferson said, “The price of freedom is eternal vigilance”.
Your recent interview of Congressman John Campbell is insulting to a VERY large and growing number of the American people and is obvious in both its intellectual and factual dishonesty. Fortunately, because of your low ratings, most will never see it. The only way I saw it is because it was linked to on an “anti-mainstream media” blog. Please be informed that we are neither stupid nor crazy but we are angry! This is evidenced by the applause and cheers supporting the woman in the video of the town hall meeting that you showed on your program with the John Campbell video. Congressman Campbell should resign for his unwillingness to stand up t o the facts.
Let’s outline your complicity in the cover-up of Barack Obama’s seemingly illegitimate presidency. But first, please be aware that even those who are just discovering the legitimacy of this controversy are aware that up until very recently all of the mainstream media has shirked its traditional duty and ignored the growing awareness. We are also aware that you and your colleagues are embarking on a campaign to discredit everyone involved on the side of right because of a couple of recent victories that our side has made. You will fail. You and the rest of the “mainstream media” have given up every last ounce of the little bit of legitimacy and integrity that you have in support of Obama. This will be your downfall.
We have legitimate questions and we deserve answers. The ONLY thing you have is a digital image of a “Certificate of Live Birth” (not a long form birth certificate) that has been in the eyes of most who currently know completely discredited and to most others “Highly suspect”.
I am only going to highlight a few of the MANY questions that are out there and that I am certain you are more than aware of. These should be plenty for any truly independent investigative reporting team to take off and answer. Might as well start now because you are going to have to eventually explain it to your viewers anyway.

1. Obama HAS NOT produced a birth certificate. His campaign (not Obama) produced a digital image of a short form, computer produced, “Certificate of Live Birth”. 2. If downloaded from www.factcheck.org and opened with a text editor such as “Notepad” (which is on ALL Windows based computers) it can easily be shown that the digital image was modified using Adobe Photoshop” 3. The Hawaiian Department of Homeland WILL NOT accept a “Certificate of Live Birth” as proof and requires a “Long Form” Birth Certificate. |

Both of these have not been proved but even if they are TRUE – he is NOT constitutionally eligible and this is why: The Constitution States in Article II Section I: …No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States. … The definition of “natural born citizen” at the time of the adoption of the Constitution comes from the internationally accepted “Law of Nations” by Vattel. It requires that the citizen in question be born of “parents” plural who are citizens of that nation. |

Maj. Cook is a 21 year veteran who is a combat veteran and is highly decorated. His “political agenda” is to the constitution of the United States of America. Several member of the military, both active duty and retired, all the way up to the rank of Major General, are challenging Obama’s legitimacy in lawsuit. |

NOT TRUE! Some cases have been dismissed on procedural grounds, based on the “standing” of the plaintiffs. This means the judges have decided that even if the facts of the case are true, the individuals filing the cases did not have the legitimacy to file suit. Many of these are under appeal. NO JUDGE has of yet heard the case on the merits. (By the way, why has Obama spent around 1 million dollars fighting these lawsuits instead of producing the documentation that is requested?) |

How about if we all just ask, “Who’s Chris Matthews?” when his name comes up? When someone tells us he’s on MSNBC, we can then just show recognition by stating, “Oh, the guy who gets the shivers down his leg when Obama speaks! Isn’t that creepy?”
It’s time we start educating people on the difference between entertainment and journalism.
I suggest we start with what’s-his-name.

Dear Dr. Orly-I graduated high school in Illinois this was a requirement.
“American patriotism and the principles of representative government, as enunciated in the American Declaration of Independence, the Constitution of the United States of America and the Constitution of the State of Illinois, and the proper use and display of the American flag, shall be taught in all public schools and other educational institutions supported or maintained in whole or in part by public funds. No student shall receive a certificate of graduation without passing a satisfactory examination upon such subjects.” (105 ILCS 5/27-3)
Could this be part of the problem for some of the media or governmental representatives? Either it was not a requirement in the state where they graduated high school, or they never graduated high school at all. Now we have Constitutional deniers.

The link was to a page that admitted Obama/Soetoro’s ineligibility by informing the reader of Obama/Soetoro’s daddy’s Kenyan citizenship. It went on to say that since Obama/Soetoro’s daddy was indeed a Kenyan citizen at the moment of Obama/Soetoro’s birth, that made Barry/Barack Obama/Soetoro Jr. a British citizen because Kenya, at the time of his birth, was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948.
This simple fact makes the issue of finding Obama/Soetoro’s Birth Certificate moot. Like you said above, the definition of “natural born citizen” at the time of the adoption of the Constitution for the united States of America comes from the universally accepted “Law of Nations” by Vattel. It requires that the citizen in question be born of “parents” (plural) who are both citizens of the nation in question.
Obama is not our President nor our Commander-In-Chief. The Armed Forces know this full well, that’s why they didn’t Court Martial any of the Active/Retired military personel involved in any of the lawsuits on this issue.

Well said Dr. Orly, I am getting fed up with the way we the people are being treated on TV especially CNN..I think that CNN and those two thugs that were on there with you and Alan Keyes are a disgrace to the human race. She did not give you any time at all to speak..I guess she was afraid people might hear all the evidence and begin to think for themselves. How come I have never heard anything about Barack Obamas eligibility on Sean Hannity, or Glenn Beck? Are they afraid?

Any Lawyer PLEASE FILE this right away get a restraining order or injunction to never call a sheet of paper a Birth Certificate UNLESS IT IS Proven a Documents by an Expert.
Mathews is on TV calling a copy of something a Birth Certificate he needs to be challenged on it RIGHT AWAY.
The most he can say is that it is a COPY of an ALLEGED COLB but NEVER call that shit piece of paper he held up yesterday while talking to Re John Campbell as a BIRTH CERTIFICATE it is NOT.
Someone please FILE this right away.
Even when we have a captured killer in court it is called an ALLEGED MURDER.
No Documents Experts would EVER say that a Print out copy of a JPG online with no OFFICIAL SIGNATURE is a DOCUMENT.
They need to SEIZE and DESIST from calling a sheet of paper a Document.

I flipped to msnbc briefly and saw the interview which was just a rehash of the Obama lies and a complete mischaracterizations of those patriots who seek the truth. Cant believe they are still posting the COLB as the real thing. At least Lou Dobbs recently had the courage to say that Obama’s stance and actions stink of a cover-up. Hope he follows through. We need Orly on a Dobbs interview on msnbc orimetime.

Unfortunately stupid goons like mathews never read these emails/letters. I sent a stinging letter to matt drudge on this and the buffoon decided not to reply — even though his purported to be some sort of a leading edge investigative report from what he uncovered with Slick Willie and Monica!
I wonder when Dr. Taitz or Andy Martin finally show these moron’s like mathews their messiah is a fake…..if that thrill is still running up or down their legs???

Dr. Orly-NBC Nightly news just reported on the birth certificate issue. I’m in Fla. you’re in Ca so there would be a time difference. They said it would be on the web-site. It was the lady that referred to the Greatest Generation I want my country back-video.
They did the same old propagnda showed the COLB and the little birth announcement ad. The gist quit bugging our governmental agencies with your e-mails, phone calls, etc.
No reference to any court cases at all. None.
What I got out of it-We installed him, don’t bug us, don’t ask questions not allowed. The truth is what we tell you.

I would love for someone to explain two issues:
1. The birth announcement. To me, this seems to be the Achilles heel in the whole argument. While I concede that a birth announcement does not stand alone as proof, but it does make for excellent corroborating evidence. Dr. Taitz argues that with HI Statute 338 “You can get a late BC- meaning when you are 20 yo or a 100 yo.” The argument is wakened with the corroborating birth announcement.
2. The infamous box 7c of the long form that asks for State or foreign birth. The box pertains to the Mother right? I have confused this with the birth location.
I read a post earlier suggesting that the best target is the “2 parents clause.” What do others think?

In an effort to spread Obama’s Eligibility issue across America with little ease and little cost, we should start marking our money bills with “Obama Where’s the Birth Certificate?” or a similiar tagline. Write this using black marker on your money bills.
I know this sounds crazy but imagine if thousands of people started to mark their money bils with the phrase. In just a matter weeks Obama’s eligiblity issue would spread across the country.
Next time you pay for something with cash, be sure your money bills bear the MARK OF OBAMA: “Obama, Where’s the Birth Certificate?”

“Bravo Todd”, I couldn’t have said it better.
I am sad that the congressman missed an opportunity to ask Chris why Obama is spending so much money to hide his history. Things like long form birth cert., college entrance and finance papers, social security number problem, draft registration problem and the list goes on.
It was a joke watching CM hold that piece of paper. It proves nothing and shows exactly how displaced CM is.
And, you are right, Chris Matthews is serving a handful of boutique viewers that wouldn’t fill an out house. The only time I watch that “two bit liberal hack” is when he is engaged and a segment is rebroadcast on another cable or internet news story that I may be interested in. But not him.

I tried it. I went to dinner tonight. Before I paid for my food with cash (I used $20 Bill), I got a black marker and wrote on the bill “Obama, where is your birth certificate?”. I handed the bill to my server. She went off and immediately started reading what was on the bill. Her response was apparent. I watched as she showed the bill to 3 of her coworkers.
I have a feeling they were obots because they were smirking among themselves.
When my server returned with my change, I asked what she thought about my bill. She told me it was “interesting” and nothing more.
I think she probably thought I was a crazy kook, but then again anyone who isn’t on our side thinks so, so I don’t think it makes a difference.
But, certainly the MARK OF OBAMA on my bill generated reaction.
People will read what is written on money bills.
Imagine if thousands of people started doing this. The Obama eligibility issue could be spread across the nation in a matter of weeks.
So, before you pay for something with cash be sure your bills bear the MARK OF OBAMA.

Nicely organized information Todd. TOO many people argue one factor at a time and do not grasp the sum of all factors. The visual display of how the argument is organized helps bring clarity to those that are skeptical. The Investigative reporting of Main Stream Media makes me puke! MSN NEEDS TO REPORT THE FACTS WE DONT NEED THEIR OPINIONS!!! There has been some talk of it being a FOREGERY announcemet. I contacted one of teh newspaper to try and get the 1961 atual paper but they said it is not available.
I still think that Obama was not born to Dunham that baby was handed to her to raise. Either because the actual parenst couldn’t raise him for some reason OR for him to be raised Amerian so that he coudl sponsor others to come ot America.
After she received the baby she went about legalizing him we are talking 1961. This explains alot of unanswered questions and connect everything.
Explains why there is no baby pics at the hospital, pics of the mom pregnant and no one remembering the mom being pregnant or having a half-white baby whihc would be HUGE news back then especially to someone that was no married and had a black bastard child.
It also explaisn his anger and VENDETTA towards his mom and GRANDMA to teh point that he NEVER allowed the owman that raised him Grandma Dunham to see his two kids.
Obama has more in common with MOSES (being found and raised) than the Messiah.
