I didn’t even need to fight, the administration blinked and showed it’s cards, actually they showed that they have no cards to play, as they immediately revoked the order for major Cook. You can see below, the revocation is below, saying he doesn’t need to go.
What does it mean? It’s proof that we have a totally illegitimate commander in chief and they will cave in each and every situation. It means that from now on any member of the military, who doesn’t like any order , needs to call Dr. Taitz, ESQ and state that he doesn’t want to follow the order, a legal action will be initiated based on Obama’s illegitimacy in office and the military will cave in. It means that for the sake of covering up for Obama and fraud perpetrated, top brass of the US military is willing to undermine integrity of the military. This has to stop.

The issue, however, isn’t moot because this problem can be recurring as any one in the military could very well challenge Obama’s eligibility. In others words, this is an issue that is subject to recurrence, and therefore, is not moot. The Court can still hear the case.

GO GET HIM!!! This is outrageous. This needs to be taken care of once and for all. Since when does the military revoke an order because someone doesn’t want to go. If he was sick, a member of his family was sick or something bad I could understand, but not this. He doesn’t want to show his BC because maybe he’s not legit. He CAN NOT get away with this.

Dear Dr. Orly-I am part French, Hungarian, Austrian and much etc. from Eastern Europe. France and the United States really had their revolutions almost at the same time. Marie Antoinette and Louis XV1 did pay for our revolution and did entertain our rebels-Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin and many more. The revolution did not work out well for them due to too many terrible past abuses that neither of them understood. Bastille Day what a day in history. Our military must be mortified to death over this insanity. To me what this really means United States of America does not have a president now for reasons given in your Bastille Day article, but it also means if this fact is correct this country has not had a president since Jan. We all know the entire world is watching these events play out they must think our country is insane (for lack of a better word) and to think they used to respect us due to we were a nation of laws. Now that we don’t respect our own Constitution (our so-called leadership-Dem Rep equally guilty) how can we call ourselves a nation of laws? “Oh, What Fools These Mortals Be!”

It might have been done because they respect Cooks legal action on the basis of his seeking the concientious objector status, and that the case should still go on.
Or perhaps your previous correspondence with the DOD has had its effect, and they know you are right, but just dont have the courage to arrest the usurper…

If it is true that his order were rescinded/revoked it is good news in two ways.
The Lawsuit will continue because he could receieve new orders so he needs to have the issue resolved.
Also it ENCOURAGES many other Military to come forward and do the same.

BREAKING NEWS!!!
Sean Hannity on his showed just mentioned the Obama eligiblity issue. Hannity briefly mentioned the new lawsuit filed by Orly over the military officer in GA who is refusing to go to Afganistan because Obama is ineligible to be the POTUS.
Hannity had no comment on the matter and only briefly mentioned it.
Hannity certainly without a doubt is quite aware of the issue.
This is one the first instances where I have actually seen Hannity mention Obama’s elgiblity problem.
Perhaps this is a start with Hannity and maybe we can build on it.

Since the Joint Chiefs are unwilling to stand up for the Constitution and the men and women serving under them, each soldier needs to stop following orders. All of them — those stateside, overseas, fighting wars, patrolling, or whatever. THEY ALL MUST STOP WHAT THEY’RE DOING AND REFUSE TO FOLLOW ORDERS! THIS MEANS THAT THEY HAVE NO COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF AND THEY CAN’T CONTINUE DOING WHAT THEY ARE DOING!
I have always thought it would take a mutiny of the military to oust Obama. I guess I was right. To end this nightmare, they have to do it. They did nothing to Walter Fitzpatrick, nothing to Major Cook, and if the rest refuse to follow orders, we’ll oust Obama. Then this whole thing will be over.
They have just proved it to the entire country. Obama is a complete fraud.

Dr. Orly-I have a question. If the military does not recognize Obama’s legitimacy, can this be used in civil courts, precedent?
I was thinking today about words, Obama uses hope and change and yes we can-well those poor horses have been beat to death. I was thinking about a much more important word that has fallen out of use but it so important the word is trust. As in God we Trust.
WE THE PEOPLE trusted our government-they have shown themselves to be incompetent,?unpatriotic,? too lazy? to look into this Obama issue. Just pass it along maybe the American people won’t notice or care. We do care and we are now watching everything.
People trusted Bernie Madoff with their money, the SEC did nothing-people trusted them too.
When we start rebuilding our country I think trust will become a major issue. We Democrats really need a good house cleaning, the Republicans need to man up to anything. I really think our best salvation will come from 2 new parties with all new people. Most of the people in government today were in Bush Administration, and now in Obama administration just in different capacities. To me their latest childish game is to finger point-“I didn’t know”, “you didn’t tell me” much etc. Looks like they are trying to make the CIA the fall guy or any other target that isn’t moving out of the way fast enough. For people who pretend they are running the country they don’t seem to have any idea what is going on half the time or so they say. Trust they have all lost it.

No, perhaps it just means they believe it’s not worth currently bothering with your insane ramblings. But, like tax evasion, I wouldn’t be so rash as to counsel your potential clients to “just say no” to legitimate deployment orders – could be a fast ticket to Leavenworth!

Keep up the good work here and with your recent victory on the Keyes case. Unforunately it will have to get worse before it can get better. I am a former veteran and I salute Major Cook for his courage and integrity in facing down the usurper in office and at possible great risk through a Courts Martial, but as you said, in order to cover up for Obama the US Military establishment is willing to sacrifice it’s integrity and cohesivenss to do so. It reminds me of the poor morale when Jimmy Carter was my Commander in Chief, which was low and drug use rampant throughout the ranks — then Reagan took office and immediately we were proud to wear the uniform.

So does this mean any citizen can jump on this when it pertains to anything Obama signs into law that would have an affect on them personally? For example this healthcare law that will require Americans to buy insurance. If I don’t want to be forced into buying insurance does this give the right to challenge Obama’a qualifications to be POTUS which would mean the law he signed would not be binding if he is not elegible to be POTUS?

To begin with, I salute you and the Major Cook on your commitment to expose the unconstitutional president. Not withstanding, your over enthusiasm for what you perceive as a victory is actually a defeat. To understand this, you need to understand the military mind before you can win.
First off, the military won by not fighting the battle in court, a lesson from Sun Tsu “The Art of War”. They have denied you an avenue to discover and get a ruling on Mr. Obamas citizenship status. They accomplished this by removing your client’s excelent basis for his suit to determine Obama’s natural born status to be Command in Chief of the Military. Your client’s military career though is now in jeopardy since he has challanged his orders, the old catch 22. The military does not need to bring charges against him, they can scrap his career by not providing an adiquit fitness report so as to prevent him from being promoted on schedule.
Second, the military does not desire to take political positions within the United States. What the major did was to cause the military to appear to take a political stand for a brief period of time. But now that his standing in this case is moot, they are back to status quo.
I hope that your realize your goal of forcing our goverment to return to the Constitutional principals that it began with and has ignored for so long disregarded.

Cut and run appears to be the path taken by the Army to avoid the truth that we, indeed, have a fake president — one who will surely will be found out and treated as one who is a traitor. His actions show him to be an enemy of the U.S. than a friend. He certainly merits impeachment. I am emotionally involved in this dangerous time in our history, and will do all I can to bring our country back to its past greater level. Age has me shackled to a large extent. Is there any way a “mole” can be placed to ferret out what actions are being taken by B. Hussein Obama? A reward of considerable amound could be collected by donation to pay for such services! Why doesn’t this occifer just request mast directly to the “Commander in Chief”. If he was serious about this why would he not utilize this option provided to him in the UCMJ which legally CAN’T BE DENIED? Regardless of orders or not he has a greivance and a right to go up through the chain of command until a satisfactory resolution (to his satisfaction) is met. Obama HAS to meet with him. I doubt he will do it because I think the guy is a typical occifer weasel opportunist sponging benefits from the actual marines. Of course he can prove me wrong. If this guy isn’t a coward he’ll Request Mast, no one has the authority to stop it and he has the final say on when a resolution is reached. It is a better option and legally the courts can’t stop it, neither can cancelling orders.

It is dissapointing to have the case dismissed, but it is difficult for a Judge to proceed against the system itself. Is there someway to get an investigative reporter to work with schedule E. 149 addresses & 39 social security numbers is amazing. When I told Obama voters about Paragraph (10) they saw things in a new light. Paragraph 10 needs to be exploited politically. I will send Major Smith money out of my social security check if I knew where to send it.
