Obama eligibility case will be heard on merits !!

Just got off the phone with Orly Taitz, the attorney in Keyes v. Obama.
At the hearing today at the Federal Court building in Santa Ana, Judge Carter said the following:
1. There will be a trial.
2. It will be heard on the merits.
3. Nothing will be dismissed on proceedural issues.
4. The trial will be expeditious, and the judge pledged to give case priority.
5. Being a former Marine he realizes the importance of having a Constitutionally qualified POTUS/CINC.
6. Judge stated that if Obama isn’t Constitutionally qualifed he needs to leave the White House.
The DOJ will be involved with the case also…. I wasn’t clear if they would be trying to get to the truth or they would just be blindly representing Obama.
Orly will be adding members of the military from California as plaintiffs also.This is from what my interpretation of our conversation.Orly, asked me to disseminate this information out for her, she will be doing a posting later after she gets some sleep.
Please say a prayer of protection for Orly, her family, and Judge Carter. Please also pray that the truth will come to light regarding Obama and justice will be done.

Notice that the judge did NOT say that he could or would be removed by order of the court. So even if he were to rule that Obama is “not qualified” by virtue of not being a “natural-born citizen” then he is basically leaving it up to Obama to “do the right thing.” But you won’t get a court order for him to step down. Faced with competing definitions of “natural-born citizen” from the Birthers and Obama’s defenders, the judge will not go where even the Founders wouldn’t in trying to define it himself.
He’ll punt.
Then, if Obama did not step down (which he would be under no legal obligation to do, anyway) you would be left with impeachment as the only alternative. This is what knowledgeable people have been trying to tell you from the beginning.
Oh, I forgot about the other alternative, raised so often by some of your contributors here: a military coup. But I doubt you’re interested in turning the U.S. into another Honduras.

Thank you, Dr. Taitz, for all your work. This country owes you a huge debt of gratitude – how can we ever repay you?
The OMG moment is here! Dr. Taitz is destined for a major place in history. Everyone please send her the most generous donation you possibly can – she has spent so much time and money on this, and she deserves to be repaid if only in $$$. There are no words to thank her enough. Just think what this victory means – the MSM will no longer be able to ignore it once it goes to trial, and we are seeing a big, bright light at the end of this dark tunnel we’ve been in.
Please pray for her safety and that of her family. She is dealing with the most vicious of people now, and has placed herself in peril for us and our country.

Congratulations Orly! Obama and his henchmen are bound to ratchet the pressure on both you and Judge Carter now. Be strong. In the not too distant future…I see this usurper in jail or at a minimum being deported to Saudi Arabia! Job well done! Let’s have a new and fair election and undo the mess this arrogant sob has done to our great country!

Please have a forensic document examiner ready if Judge rules in your favor because I have no doubt Obama will try to pull a sly one. He must have known at some point he would have to provide these documents and well you know the drill from this fraud. He most likely has a long form BC all ready to show still wet from ink:o)

I cant say how much we think about you and what you have done. Together in every state, we can pull this off, and restore this great nation to what it once was.

I know you’ll be really busy with this and that new case in Georgia, and all your other activites, but I just wanted to express my thanks again for the immense work you have undertaken on behalf of our country.
A more concrete appreciation will be in the form of a check I’ll be sending to your office; it’s just a couple hundred, but if a retiree on a small income can cough that up, how about the rest of you folk still working?

Dr. Taitz, I’ve put your name on our temple prayer rolls for your safety for several months now as I’ve followed you, I have no money to give as I’m a college student with a disabled wife and a veteran who’s exhausted his GI Bill.
As I put my life on the line for my country as a veteran, I always remembered it was people like you here at home who made what we serve for worthwhile to come home.

Hello Mrs. Taitz,
I am pretty sure that Obama already has ready an “authentic” long version of his birth certificate. The problem is that the facts on this long birth certificate are false facts!!! And that is the problem you will have, a long birth certificate fully stamped as being authentic with false facts on it!!
Keep fighting for the truth until it is fully uncovered. The full birth certificate is only the beginning as I have explained!!

i woke up this morning at 4am, couldn’t sleep as i prayed all went well today, and by golly it did. i was so excited, i woke my wife up to tell her the news. we are out of town camping for another week and relying on my blackberry and no tv to see if the media will now, finally,,, start discussing this issue. everyone needs to call the media and radio outlets!!!!!
way to go orly,great job and thank you for never wavering from your moral principles.
the only question i have is what does “the case will be heard on its merits” mean?? secondly, will you have to prove barry is not eligible or will barry have to prove that he is (which he cant of course)… like in quo warrentoro…

having searched for more news (excited), you may wish to read the L.A. times blog report on this issue. In short, the Asst. U.S. Attorney David Delute and his Spokesman, are claming “procedual” issues is where the case stands and that it most likely will never receive a full airing, in thier opinon of course.
I can only hope and pray this does not get tied up with standing or procedual issues and does in fact become heard quickly. Lastly, will this simply become a hearing only or a civil trial? I am probably jumping the gun hear as i know you will answer many of our questions soon.
