Dear Ms. Taitz,

Don’t worry about your looks. You’re looking great!

I have a question for you. When you succeed in getting Obama booted from office (and you WILL succeed!) what is your next step? Will you call for a new election, or will you let the clown Joe Biden be president?

If Obama is not legitimate, neither are his appointments, including his pick of Biden. We will need to have a new election ASAP, before these diabolical psychopaths completely destroy US economy, currency and unleash some bio engineered swine flu virus as an excuse for martial law and suspension of our constitutional freedoms

    and since we have not yet had a legitimate, fraud – free election, it would make sense to have Pres. Bush continue to sit in office till new election

    Dr. Orly – Can you cite me to the constitutional provision that allows this? Or will Judge Carter order it without regard to what’s in the Constitution? Does this mean you personally get to shape the remedy?

    I’m puzzled because I don’t see where all of Obama’s acts will be swept aside.

    Also, what if Judge Carter orders it but Obama appeals. Will it go to the Supreme Court? Who will argue in the Supreme Court?

    LAST THING THIS COUNTRY NEEDS IS A BUSH IN THE WHITE HOUSE. With a member of the Bush family as president we might as well leave Obama in.same difference.
    Incidentaly I voted for a Bush in 3 elections and have lived long enough to regret it!!

    Don’t you mean Clinton? After all, Bush’s election was a fraud too (at least the first one was…) I guess you could make a point that the second one was won fair and square.

    If obama is NOT President, then none of his actions he has signed or appointed are legal and will be null and void.

    My question is, when he is proven in court to be a fraud, will he go to jail and will his political goons go with him?

    As I suggested in another thread here, perhaps Congress can use the intent of Amendment 20, Section 3, to select an acting president to serve until a qualified president is elected.

    Biden is disqualified because his tenure depends on Obuma’s legitimacy. Pelosi was crucial to the 2008 fraud and should not advance to the White House my her own fraud. Hillary is barred from a third term as co-president.

    Thanks for publishing my comment, Dr. T. Your response is right on the money. Martial law is coming. I can feel it in my bones. I hope and pray (especially pray, since “hope” is a bad word to me) that you fix this country. Notice I said “fix” and not “change?” That’s another bad word.
