Is this judge be committing Criminal Acts of: “CONSPIRACY TO DEFRAUD”, “FRAUD” and/or “TREASON”?
  
Will the American people stand up for their right to know the Truth about Obama’s place of birth, and put a permanent STOP such actions by people in the U.S. Government?
 
 
The Federal District Court Judge Clay Land, in a scathing 43 page monologue raked Dr. Taitz, Esq., over the coals for “attempting to use  the courts to advance a frivolous claim on the preposterous assumption that the sitting President is not the  man he says he is and that he is not a NATURAL BORN citizen of the USA.” He has fined Dr. Taitz $20,000.00 for contempt of court.  
 
It appears to me that the “judge” might be exposing himself to the charge of “accessory” to the fact that a treasonous administration is destroying the sovereignty of the USA and surrendering our interests to the United Nations — which he hopes to preside over soon .

    Judge Land has stood Justice on her head. It is Land’s judgment that is frivolous and vile, it is he who deserves contempt, and we should not stand for his kind of bullying any more. His blind bigotry is treasonous to our Republic.

    If, Dr. Orly Taitz lawsuit is ” frivolous” , judge Land, should prove it. I think the accusation has to be proved wrong. Otherwise ” my word against your word”.

    So the Judge ruled that we do have a right to inquire, but imposed a fine of $20,000 for doing so?

    If we have a right to determine eligibility, and cannot do so through the courts, then HOW?!?!?

    I suggest filing criminal charges on the judge for obstructing justice.

    I sent Judge Land a scathing letter telling him that he should take off his black robe and step down because he is a disgrace to the judiciary in this country. His appalling missive about the case being frivolous was a blatant attempt at retaliation for a case that he didn’t want to hear. He knows that Obama is a fraud yet refuses to do anything about it. I told the judge that he was acting like a two-year-old having a temper tantrum.

    These comments do not help. Orly knows she was wrong in the manner in which she responded to his order. Land is just another in a long list of judges who do not want to be in the eye of the storm rulling against a standing president.

    Almost all these cases have been thrown out and we can only hope that carter stays the course on discovery. However it would be foolhardy to suppose that the judicial grapevine has not delivered precise info on the Land/Orly situation to carter’s ears.

    Keep your fingers crossed on carter–but I sense he is weakening and does not want to acrry this buden and may seek another jurisdiction. The best of all possible worlds would have been to have a special prosecutor appointed similar to (tiny gonads) ken Starr vs. Clinton. Problem is on this horrid and corrupt chessboard of buddy appointees, it would take Eric Holder I beieve to appoint and assign a special prosecutor, his being of course the attorney general of more specifically Obama’s attorney general–certainly not that of the people ( he is another rascist swine in the Obama pig administration)–and you see the point evolves from the truth of the situation–orly et al are being and will be stonewalled across the board and good people like her–dedicated professionals in pursuit of truth and justice are forced to resort to more exacting if not extreme means to right this terrible wrong thrust upon our once great country.

    I maintain that there will be no feasible legal method of removing this conviving ferret president who thinks he is cross between jesus christ and julius caeser. He has all the cards right now and he is the dealer and manager of the governmnet casino. HE controls the game–NOT the law , Not the constitution but OBAMA.

    No one is cooperating outside our fold– there is redicule and ah hominem attacks, Land has the brass to add insult to injury—I think Klayman’s book WHORES will cover the judiciary among others as being corrupted and speaking of Klayan–Larry Layman, ORLY why don’t you contact him at Judicial watch–I have mentioned your name to him–now there can be a good friend and very knowledgeable ex prosecutor who knows his way around town.

    If the judicial gambit exhausts itself and collapsed in on its own weight– so much initia, and positive, truthful legal energy falling on deaf ears, then it is probably best to seek a more activist role and make serious plans to handle this entire situation in a different manner. A manner not to be discussed in open format.
