 I just got an order from judge Carter. He does not say outright that the motion to dismiss, but he says that the dates for trial are final. We might need to ask for the clarification, but from the first glance it looks like a go.

    Dearest Orly, that is FABULOUS news! Have you been told lately how wonderful you are? I know, several thousand times a day, on the internet :-). People all over the world are singing your praises, and rightly so.

    You and our country are prayed for every day, all day long. We cannot fail, because God is with us, therefore NONE can be against us! Take care, and please give your family our thanks, also – they are American heroes, too, for their sacrifice!

    Thanks for the encouraging word. All is not lost, and truth may yet prevail. If the court is sending out Case Management dates, it must intend to have a case to manage.

    Oh Orly This is ownderful news! Congratulaions Lady Liberty! Looks like maybe all of your hard work and dedication may finally pay off. I don’t have much money but to contribute but I sure have been and will continue to be praying for you and your efforts.     As I sit here I cry with giant tears of joy that at the very least you will have the opportunity to be heard as well as an opportunity to a fair trial……I tell you I am not crying but the tears are just pouring out of my eyes….Thank you from the very bottom of my heart. I met you at the court house in Georgia I am the one that told you my home is your home if you need to stay somewhere in georgia. The offer still stands. Congratulations lady liberty. Just as I awaken everyday to hear more and more how my country is changing from the grand place that it once was, out of nowhere comes a gracious woman from Russia who never gives up and fights tooth and nail dispite all the doors slammed in your face you just keep on knocking. A door has been opened by Gods grace. I owe you more than I could ever pay please accept my thanks for allowing me and my children to see what a real hero does.     Dr. Taitz!!! It looks like I was wrong, THANK GOD! I already told you that I thought you were magnificent October 5, but I think I’ll say it again, you were MAGNIFICENT October 5! That was one of the most significant days of my life to be able to see such history being made, up close and personal, like that. I can’t wait until the next time I see you battling on our behalf.

    Orly, isn’t this just a routine email of the minutes of the hearing? I want to hope, but this doesn’t look like a specific order – not specific order to dismiss written here. Just means that future hearing dates are still listed until further order.

    I would like to thank you for your heart, I wonder about you everyday and what amount of pressure has been laid upon you, this has been the worst year of my life calling everyone that I thought should know about this fraud that has been placed upon the American people, by having an illegal presidential candidate and seeming that no authority cares about this issue. I will be contacting the media to demand they redeem themselves and finally report the truth and that is we have an illegal aleged president going to trial. Some people need to go to jail for fraud.

    Orly, You are to be congratulated for being such a hero for this Country; as well as Judge Carter! Both of you are the answer to taking this usurper out of our Whitehouse! Those who are complicit with this should be right behind him, including his CZARS. Thank you for helping us take our country back! We may have a rough time…but our FREEDOM is worth the work we have ahead..including getting rid of the Congress that permitted this as well. This will NEVER happen again to the USA thanks to you and Judge Carter!

    It appears to me that Judge Carter could be stringing this out to see how defendents can respond. This allows for a lot of sandbags along the way to January 2010. I’m hoping there is discovery allowed all the way necessary to show/prove BHO is not a”natural born citizen” if a citizen in any sense. I would advise that any discovery also include a timeline on mother and father. Perhaps the info about HDeptofHealth of TerriK/Donofrio would be usefull at this stage.
    As noted before neither my brother(who died fighting for this Nation in WWII) and I who came very close to combat in WWII would be eligible for POTUSA because our parents were not naturalized citizens at time of our birth.I cannot see why BHO can be so aloof as to not prooving his eligability.
