Important update. answer to RICO was filed by the AG of MS, discovery is on the way. there are 100 Jane Does as defendants, who could be your Secs of State, AGs, US attorneys, congressmen and others who were complicit in this RICO. Let me know, if you want to be an itervener. If something happens to me, I want the case to go on.

So far my case is listed on the docket with the Supreme court of  Mississippi. I called the court, the clerk told me to wait for their decision, she could not state, when will it come.

As you know the AG of MS on behalf of the Sec of State is trying to remove the case to the Federal Court, while it is still pending in the Supreme Court of the state. I am waiting to see, what the Supreme court will do.  The AG is saying that RICO is the Federal statute. It is interesting that he did not have a problem with federal statute when the original complaint referred to Article 2 of the Constitution, which as you know id a federal law. He jumped when RICO was filed. It is also interesting that an eligibility case was sitting in TN for half a year since November. Nobody rushed the case. Suddenly, as I filed the RICO causes of action, the presiding judge in TN denied a motion by the attorney on that case to remand the case to the state court, saying that eligibility is an important federal question and he wants to hear it.

Please… Give me a break. Even a child can see that it is a decoy. They would rather present the case as something theoretical and dismiss it based on weighing in some theoretical precedences, rather than deal with RICO, which threatens Obama, Pelosi, Fuddy and others with a lengthy prison term due to flagrant forgery of documents or possibly death penalty for treason and aiding and abetting the usurpation  of the US presidency. This is the hot button and anyone with a half a brain in his head understands it.

As far as I know my case is the only one, where an answer was filed, so we are in discovery. Not made up discovery as it is with some attorneys, but a real discovery. Regardless of where this case ends up ultimately, be it Federal or State court we can proceed with discovery: depositions, interrogatories and subpoenas. another positive, is the layout of the higher courts. the court of appeals is the 5th circuit in TX, which is a better choice than some other circuits. the cherry on the top, is that the Supreme Court justice assigned to the 5th Circuit is none other than Justice Antonin Scalia. Not bad at all.

It is very important to me that if somebody tries something funny and something happens to me, the case goes on. I specifically inserted in the first amended complaint 100 Jane Does and John Does. It means that there a 100 accomplices that can be added and John does simply hold the space for a named plaintiff.  That is enough space to add 50 corrupt Secretaries of State and 50 corrupt Attorney Generals or other officials. You saw the notification that I sent today with the pleadings and the DVD of my trial in GA and  Arpaio’s press conference to my Sec of State Deborah Bowen and alter kaker Willie Brown’s hottie, my AG Kamela Harris. If they do not act and do not save their sorry butts, they will be among named defendants.

Please, download the pleadings of my RICO. I sell the DVDs thrugh my web site RunOrlyRun.com. Add the DVD and send to your officials: your elections board, Sec of State, AG, Sheriff. Demand immediate action. Demand immediate removal of Obama from the ballot and immediate criminal prosecution due to use of a forged BC and a stolen SSN ID as identification papers.  If you are among ones who filed a case, wrote challenges describing forged documents and elections fraud by Obama and his accomplices, and corrupt officials and corrupt judges violated your civil right for redress of grievances (regardless of the state), if they violated your civil right to exercise your political free speech through lawful elections, if those corrupt bureaucrats, Congressmen, judges, AGs, US attorneys and others were criminally complicit in ObamaForgerygate, you can submit a motion for a leave of  court to be added as an additional plaintiff in my RICO action. You do not need to be an attorney. Get the caption of the case, write to the Supreme Court of MS and cc to the federal court. we will need to write to both until the Supreme Court decides.

Even though I filed this case and went further than anyone else reaching discovery and the most explosive RICO charges, ultimately it is not about me, it is about removing this criminal usurper with forged IDs  out of the White House and having him criminally prosecuted.  This is number one goal. I want to be sure that if something happens to me, the case goes on.
