The point of absurdity has been breached. It’s painfully obvious that the courts have absolutely no intention of administering any form of “justice” in the biggest national security threat since the cold war, that this nation has faced. All three branches of this crime syndicate have been infiltrated, America is no longer.
And the “captcha” code for this post sums it up nicely – WTF2.

Item #20 refers to #7 which is a password wall into Pacer. If you hold your mouse over it the parameter is https://ecf.mdd.uscourts.gov/doc1/09315666740
Document #6 is: https://ecf.mdd.uscourts.gov/doc1/09315666739
Besides self-proving the document exists, once you get into Pacer you should be able to find the document.

“America is no longer !?” Folks, this is just BS propaganda that gangsters hope we will believe,I personally refuse to subscribe to this nonsense. As long as I am still breathing,I choose to believe Good will always prevail over Evil,It’s just a matter of time.Keep the faith !

as I said before- there is a lot going on behind the scenes that we cant even imagine- like the dirty politics-and the pressure from Holder’s appointed goons to destroy anyone who is not criminally complicit in the massive FRAUD- I pray constantly to my God to break this evil hold on America- God helped us form this country and God can break these evildoers-

> Item #20 refers to #7
No, it refers to Exhibit #7 (for docket entry #20) which is not the same as docket entry #7.
However, docket entry #7 was defendant’s motion to dismiss which was granted (docket entry #19).
So even if it’s gone, it’s not that somebody purged Dr Taitz’ evidence.

The reason that your document was not docketed is that you first must ask for leave of the court to file a sur-reply, which you didn’t do.

see my press release today. I filed correctly, the court made an error and admitted it
