It is interesting that Carl Gallops and Mike Zullo are asking me to “stand down” and voluntarily dismiss all my cases against Obama by March 19th after I posted evidence of Dawn Wiggins and SSA being complicit in Obstruction of Justice and Treason and not doing the search of SS-5 paper records and not providing Judge Hollander with a copy of the actual “SS-5” for SSN 042-68-4425 of Harry Bounel which Obama is fraudulently using, and which is stored in the vault right after the “SS-5” 042-68-4424 of deceased Thomas Woods. Looks like I am really in the way of a staged event! :-)

I have been in daily contact with Detective Lieutenant Mike Zullo from the Sheriff Joe Arpaio Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office Obama Fraud Investigation – sometimes twice daily.
I’m sure you also might have heard that Lt. Zullo is preparing to release his some evidence that will truly be universe-shattering, and the knowledge we have is truly something you’re not going to be ready for.
This will absolutely, definitely change the eligibility landscape by 10,000%.
Mike has asked me to communicate with you that the new evidence – which, let me tell you, is so all-encompassingly gigantic, so incredibly huge – that we were hoping we could ask you to cooperate on one front.
Now, since we’ve all been vindicated 1,000% on the birth certificate issue, since Lt. Zullo’s forensic investigation has been so comprehensive, it’s really irrelevant compared to the new, shocking & completely emasculating evidence. The birth certificate is truly no longer of any real concern.
And we feel that way also about the Social Security Number issue.
Mike said he was slightly embarrassed but he feels as though there might be some unnecessary friction between you two, even though we all share the same goals, and that we and the posse support all the work you’ve done over the years.
But we would like to request that you stand down with regard to your ongoing court cases, which appear to have already run their course, you must admit. I cannot overstate the importance that your cooperation will bring to the disclosure of this essential information.
If so, we’d request that these court proceedings be respectfully closed by March 19, when Lt. Zullo and Sheriff Arpaio and I will make our announcement. And believe me – it’s going to be the most incredible, universe-shattering thing you’ve ever heard!
Mike said he’s confident that you’ll cooperate, as we bring to a close this horrible chapter in our fine, Christian country to a close.

February 4th, 2014 @ 4:41 amI don’t know if this comment is indeed from Carl Gallops, it looks like it is from him, however there were multiple promises from Mr. Gallops and Mr. Zullo before, everyone expected a criminal case against Obama to be officially submitted by Sheriff Arpaio to the DA, AG, US Attorney and Judiciary Committee of Congress before the election, it did not happen, even though Sheriff Arpaio had according to his own admission a 100% evidence of Obama using fabricated IDs. I do not know what earth shattering announcement you are planning to make next month, on March 19. Even if you make some announcement, it is just that, an announcement. In order to turn it into action, there has to be a ruling by the judge. You already stated that sheriff Arpaio is not planning to submit a criminal case. as such I am the only attorney who has on-going challenges in trial courts against Obama and Sheriff Arpaio needs to forward to me whatever evidence he has. This is an utter stupidity and insanity to even suggest dismissing on-going cases, as this is the only vehicle to turn any evidence into an enforceable decision.
I have real legal cases in multiple courts and I am supposed to submit responses this week and next week. Mr. Gallops did not explain why should we wait until March 19th, why he does not make his announcement today. Regardless of what is his earth shattering announcement is, Sheriff Arpaio is obligated to release a sworn affidavit by Reed Hayes immediately, so I can submit it to court by Friday. If he is not doing this, he can be ultimately prosecuted for obstruction of Justice, violation of civil rights of 320 million Americans under the color of authority and complicity to fraud, forgery and treason. I expect a certified copy of the sworn affidavit of Reed Hayes today. If not, I will take further action.
I hope that there will not be any further obstruction of justice and that Sheriff Arpaio and Mr. Zullo will cooperate with me and provide the aforementioned affidavit and any and all other evidence that they gathered and will help me bring this matter to resolution and bring Justice and rule of law back to this country.

They told their followers that they’d be coming out with earth shattering evidence last year for March and nothing happened.

WE DO NOT KNOW THAT. If you recall the board of supervisors refused to pay tax payer money for the investigation and Zullo’s trip to HI. Even if Arpaio were to have aninvestigation, he already stated that he will not file a criminal complaint, as he has no jurisdiction, so what is the point of doing an investigation, if you do not have jurisdiction and what is the point of asking to voluntarily dismiss all cases, as those cases would bring the results of the investigation to the judge. Dr. Taitz, It doesn’t speak to respect or trust for you, if Carl Gallups will not share this new information with you. If it’s truly from Carl Gallups, and he respects your judgement, he would share the information with you and discuss options. I can’t imagine a situation where you pursuing your court cases could impact “Universe-Shattering” information. Sounds very fishy to me… I would ask him or Mike Zullo for a meeting in order for them to discuss the reason for their request. Obviously an email does not cut it….God Bless

gregh is WRONG! Sheriff Arpaio is just sitting on the evidence and not taking it to the county attorney.
Didn’t you already ask for this information about the Reed Hayes affidavit? Why have they refused to give it to you? Since Mr. Hayes has worked for the same law firm as Obama’s lawyers, it would seem to me that it would be the evidence that breaks this whole cover up apart.
I do not know why you have not already initiated a lawsuit to get that information from them. If it is a matter of money, I will see what I can donate when I get paid next and will spread the word that you need money to file suit.

Not only Arpaio did not submit this affidavit of Reed Hayes to me, he did not submit it to the District Attorney. I got a response to my open records request and the spokesperson of the district attorney (from what I recall his name is William Montgomery) stated that Arpaio never provided them with this record either.

I remember this command to others to stand down without any explanation, why should anyone in his right mind “stand down” and why would anyone trust them, after they never submitted an official complaint after 2 years of alleged investigation and after finding a 100% evidence a year ago.
They also did not explain, what is so special about March 19th. What is Obama scheduled to do on March 18th and 19th? Did Judge Moore tell them that he will have a decision by March 19th and they want the appeal in the Supreme Court of Al, where Klayman is a co-counsel, to be the only game in town and the only recipient of donations in Obama cases, as they all are working together? What if the Supreme Court of Al does not come up with the verdict by the 19th, what if they rule in favor of the Sec of State? That case is very limited. Even if the Supreme Court of Al grants the appeal and it goes to the lower court, all they asked for, was a certified copy. I believe that Onaka and Yamamoto will certify a copy of the same forgery, their request will be granted and that will end all of the challenges to Obama, nothing will be achieved. Is that the end game?

One good result from Gallops stupid letter is that it shown what phonies Arpaio,, Zullo and their supporters are. They are very good at bluff and bluster, and raising money for themselves but so far the only one with courage enough to enter the ring against Obama has been Orly. My money is still on Orly .

Zullo,Gallups and Sheriff Joe have their fans so caught up in their con for donations that they will believe anything that they say without explanation and they know it.
Look we are talking about people who every three or four months say that they have devastating information that will bring down Obama but just can not reveal it at this time.
They then chose an arbitrary date a few months from the announcement that they have information that they will reveal the information.
When the date comes, they then make up an excuse why they can not release the information along with a request for more donations and a promise to release information even more devastating than the information that they promised but failed to release the last time and then when the new date comes they start the same con all over again.
This has been going on ever since they became involved in the Birther issue and I see no end in sight to it.
This latest claim that they can not release the “Universe Shattering” information and that you are the hold up because you will not drop your cases is just the latest way that they are continuing the con.
So in answer to your question, NO, they will not have to explain it because they have followers who naively follow them with a misplaced blind faith and they are very aware of this fact and count on it in order to keep their con going.
You know who this is and you know that I am not a Birther by any stretch of the imagination however, I find myself completely with you on this one.
Blaming you for not releasing their “Universe Shattering” information in March nothing but another con.
The big shame however, is that most of their followers will most certainly fall for it.

As many others have already noted, this message and “suggestion” as though from Zullo and Arpaio is so fishy and illogical, that it does not even deserve so much attention… As I have written earlier, for me Arpaio and the Co. look very much like the plan B team handled by the same handlers…

They have used back channels like this many times. The CCP is a non profit public charity and it could be accused of being involved in political endeavors which are contrary to their articles of incorporation. Thus the need for using others to get the message out.

On second thought, the reason that Zullo is waiting until March to reveal the Universe Shattering news , must be because Zullo’s Publicist told him that his latest book, sadly funded by the numerous amount of gullible concerned citizens, will be released on that date, of which Zullo discloses His ‘Universe Shattering’ News to The entire World which is, that Obama is an USURPER and an absolute Fraud.
To simple minds like Zullo, Arpaio and Gallop, that is Universe Shattering Indeed.
That can be the only reason that He and Arpaio refuse to file criminal charges against Obama, as well as for why He asks that you drop your complaints against Obama, but instead, continues to string Law abiding and concerned Citizens along with nothing but talk and inaction, while sadly lining His pockets with funds taken from Gullible Citizens .
Orly, you are so above everyone of the so called, ‘Johnny Come lately’ of society in your proven unwavering Patriotism, infinite wisdom, unquestionable professionalism and your tremendous desire for Justice.

In my opinion Gallup is to Arpaio what Susan Rice is to the O administration. Mr Gallup is a wild card.He reminds me the Governor of Illinois, a talking machine.

Brian- Once again I have been in law enforcement for 26 yrs. The sheriff provided evidence that the Birth Certificate and Selective Service Card were Forged and that the Social Security Number being used does not belong to Obama. This evidence has been uncovered via a lawful law enforcement investigation and definitely rises to the level of probable cause. The person charges should first be leveled against is whoever in the Democratic Party in AZ certified Obama was eligible to run for office and what documents they used to come to that conclusion. That would be the correct place to start.
2ND- The ( County Attorney ) IS NOT the District Attorney. The District Attorney is the top dog as far as filing charges, presenting evidence to a grand jury and prosecuting those indicted. The County Attorney defends(lawsuits) and advises the county regarding legal matters,not the prosecution of cases.

I appreciate your reply. Here in AZ the prosecution of crimes in Maricopa County comes under the authority of Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery. (See attached link.)
On September 26, 2012, Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery wrote to me and stated in part:
“I have discussed this with the Sheriff…..I will share with you, as well that the criminal statute that you cited in your message requires additional evidence that the MCSO investigation to date has not uncovered. Specifically, we would need evidence to affirmatively prove that Mr. Obama is not a US citizen. To date, there has been evidence presented leading to speculation that documents have been forged and other documents do not exist. That alone, though, is not sufficient evidence to present to a grand jury and actually have a reasonable likelihood of conviction…..I stand ready and willing, however, to review any case submitted for charges and [if] the evidence is there, I will prosecute regardless of who the suspect/defendant may be.”
Karl there you have it. Here we are in February of 2014,and apparently no UNIVERSE SHATTERING evidence has EVER been presented by Arpaio & Co. to Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery. I would assume that would also include never providing the Reed Hayes’ Report that has been reportedly put under copyright by Lead CCP Volunteer Zullo.
