1. Taitz v Colvin 13-cv-1878 USDC District of Maryland, Hon Ellen Hollander (Carolyn Colvin is currently an acting commissioner of the Social Security administration)
Mr. Obama has posted his tax returns on line on April 15, 2010, he originally failed to flatten the PDF file and the full Social security number he is using became available to the public. this number failed e-verify and SSNVS and was traced to Harrison (Harry) J. Bounel born in 1890. Please, ask Mr. Obama, why is he using a Connecticut Social security number 042-68-4425, which failed E-Verify and SSNVS and was assigned to someone born in 1890?
2. Taitz v Donahoe, Williams 13-cv-1020 USDC District of Columbia Hon Royce Lamberth (Patrick Donahoe is a commissioner of Social security, David Williams is an Inspector General of Social security) where a sworn affidavit of Former Chief Instigator of Special Investigations unit of US Coast Guard, Stephan Jeffrey Coffman, was submitted, which showed that Mr. Obama’s Selective service Registration is a forgery with a fabricated cancellation USPS affixed to it. Please, ask Mr. Obama to comment on it
3. Taitz et al v Democratic party of MS et al, 12-cv- 280 USDC Mississippi Hon Henry Wingate where plaintiff provided sworn affidavits from multiple experts and law enforcement officials, including Sheriff Arpaio, attesting to the fact that Mr. Obama’s birth certificate is a computer generated forgery. Additionally his school registration in Indonesia show his legal last name to be Soetoro (his step father’s last name) and his mother’s passport records show his last name to be Soebarkah. Please, ask Mr. Obama to comment on that.

I don’t believe Mr. O’Reilly has the integrity nor the testicular fortitude to ask such questions.
Mr. O’Reilly is a self-obsessed coward of the highest order.
I think Patriots are attacking this problem the wrong way. What we have not done a good job of doing, is forcing the opposition to provide a definition of “natural born citizen” as per the Constitutional requirement to be eligible to be POTUS.
It’s clear, nobody can – or if they can – will not, define on the record what “natural born citizen” means.
Even Mark Levin the self-proclaimed “Constitutional scholar” has done a reckless/careless job with that topic, showing he is ignorant of the meaning, and thus, avoids the topic like a lethal disease.
WHO can define what “natural born citizen” means? We know it means born to two American citizen parents on U.S. soil and is distinctly different from “naturalized citizen.”
Further more, the basic language and logic implied in the Constitutional article, provided that presidents [could be] the original founding fathers, because obviously they were the exception to this clause, but they intelligently designed that to be a time sensitive clause that would correct itself over time… namely that after the original founders had passed on, their posterity would be [the only] eligible people for POTUS.
The problem today is, our nation is full of traitors, and bloviating self-obsessed blowhards, like O’Reilly, Levin, and others.

I don’t believe anything will be done on definition alone. I believe that the issue of a stolen social security number and fabricated IDs is explosive and it can be understood and accepted by citizenry at large as a reason for removal from office

To zero nine sierra: Without even checking the opinions of the Founders and of Vattel about the definition of the US natural born, the latest reference to this definition is in the 2008 Sen. Res. 511 on McCain! You could not dream of having anything fresher and clearer.
The problem was and remains that the Repoooblicans since McCain and Palin COOPERATED with the rival in order that he win. They did vet McCain, but had never done it for the opponent. The definition of US natural born as in Res. 511 was merely inapplicable to Obama, and the “opposition” has never bothered to apply it – up to this moment!

They tried to do it 8 times, but failed. So Obama was enthroned anyway by means of the 2008/2012 double coup!

Though it is easier to draw attention to the plainly criminal aspects of Obama’s personality, his constitutional illegitimacy obvious since 2008 MUST BE ALWAYS IN THE FIRST PLACE because it is exactly this issue alone that indicts the ENTIRE AMERICAN GOVERNMENT of those and these days in the greatest coup and treason. It is exactly the issue of the Constitutional illegitimacy of the presidency and the US Government that makes this entire nation NULL and VOID since 2008.

God Bless Alexander Goshen. I agree with you on everything you say against the democrats. I think you would be better off focusing on the democrats just like Reagan did. The so called low info voters will just keep electing democrats and Rinos or worse than Rinos only democrats. You make a mistake if you think you have enough disenchanted Conservatives to become a majority. A large part of the Rinos constituencies are union and they vote 38-62% for Obama and then cross over and vote for a Rino for protection they hope will prevent a disaster like Obama. You don’t have the votes in the Rino states to do what you want to do unless you start putting the blame on democrats. The Rinos will become conservative as soon as their constituencies get the message from the policies that have killed their jobs unless we keep blaming them on the GOP.

Mr. Bill O will not touch those question. He believes (or at least pretends to) believe the BC is valid. The bigger issue and one which the public will buy (since he has now proven himself to be a major liar) is that his SS and other documentation is FORGED. The natural born citizen issue is way too cerebral for Mr and Mrs. Joe Average American. Lying to their faces about Obamacare has really toasted this President in the eyes of so many (including D’s). They understand it now – the wool was pulled over their eyes.
I would like to see Mr. Bill ask POTUS where he was when Benghazi was being attacked. That would throw him off however I don’t think he has the testicular fortitude.

O’Reilly has closed his mind to any further questions about Obama’s background, after (he says) Obama released his birth certificate. He is not interested in hearing about the forgery, and not interested in hearing about his fraudulent Selective Service application or his stolen Social Security number. Hannity would be more receptive, but I believe all the anchors at FNC have been told by Roger Ailes or Rupert Murdoch to stay away from all issues about Obama’s background.
I have also come to the conclusion that our justice system has somehow been coopted by Obama. He seems to be able to get dirt on everybody, including the Supremes. There is speculation that Justice Roberts may have been threatened with exposure of his adoption of 2 Irish children if he ruled against ACA. He went through a South American country to do the adoptions, and Ireland supposedly has a rigid policy that Irish-born children can only be adopted by Irish citizens.
Whether judges are being bribed or threatened, it is clear that none of them have been willing to rule objectively on any of the many cases that have been brought against Obama.
I have a lot of respect for Ms. Taitz for being a bulldog in her efforts to expose this hoax, but I’m not sure we’ll ever be able to expose all his frauds until he is no longer President.
Hopefully, Operation American Spring will be successful in removing all these scoundrels from office, but I’m not optimistic that May 16 will be soon enough.

O’Reilly has been more than disappointing with his comments on “eligibility” and disparaging remarks about “bitherism.”
That being said, to be LIVE during the Super Bowl and by taking ONE question from the listeners, he may have a trick up his sleeve.
It’s no guarantee, but, although we hear NOTHING about “it” on Fox (or anywhere for that matter), THEY know it is a pressing topic.
Obama’s own quips about his “B/C” and “jokes” about where he was born, underscore the fact that the White House and the Main Stream Media are eating up EVERY WORD written on the subject, but keeping a lid on it.
We know that EVERY member of Congress knows the evidence against Obama.
Yet THEY say nothing.
The FIRST PERSON or OUTLET to dare to “go there” will start the media frenzy which is sure to follow.
Who and when will it be? All bets are off.
But it WILL happen.

To Rich: Thank you for blessing. Your post however demonstrates that you are still trapped in the same failed paradigm.
1) Those whom you consider as though an opposition wishing to support them (so called “non-RINOs”, Tea party) are not a CONSISTENT force for the Constitution. They are a fake controlled force acting as an opposition to deflect attention from the most crucial and important issues (see the Platform). They evade each and every item in this Platform which asserts the most eroded and broken Constitutional issues.
2) In a civilized nation people do not stay adhered to a proven criminal party (GOP) in hopes to “remake” it or “extract” from it some mythical constitutional kernel. First it is necessary to prosecute and punish the traitors of this party, dismiss it and denounce it forever. If there exists any low lever Constitutional kernel, those people must joined a new party and be ashamed of their past associations with the criminal party guilty in this coup.

The Democrat and Republican career politicians have controlled Washington for so long that the institutional power they have has gone to their heads. They are all entirely corrupt. The American people are suffering under their criminal elitist mindset. We’ve seen this in recent town hall meetings where the so called representative of the people refuses to support their constituents on the most critical issues. They won’t even seriously engage the presidential eligibility issue.
The enemy of the American people is the Washington establishment. The federal government is so big both in headcount and in budget, that it no longer works for the American people. It is an uncontrollable monster.
