   Just because a Black person hits a White Person does not mean that it is a hate crime.

   In order to prosecute a racial hate crime you must prove that the crime was motivated by race.

   The fact that one person is White and the other Black is not proof enough in any US Court to charge a hate crime.

   The reason that the White guy in question was able to be charged with a hate crime is because the White Guy admitted that he committed the crime because the victim was Black, hence, a hate crime can be easily proven in this instance.

   It makes no sense to charge the Blacks who attacked whites with hate crimes when there is no chance that the Federal Government can meet its burden of proof that a hate crime has been committed.

   If you tried to charge the Blacks with a hate crime with no proof other than the fact that the victim was White it would only result in the Black person being found not guilty.

   When you have no proof that a hate crime has been committed the best thing to do is what has been done which is to charge the Black person with assault which is a crime that can be proven.

   It is just that simple my friends.

   in case of the white man in TX, it is one occurance of an attack by a person with an alleged psychiatric disorder, however there were multiple cases , where several black men targeted whites and particularly jes. Based on the fact that those were numerous attacks, we can conclude that there was a modus operandi of targeting whites.
   The gov cannot meet its’ burden in TX, but it can certainly meet it in NY, WI, PA, however the only reason Eric Holder is not filing hate crime charges there, is because he and Obama are black racists and antisemites and they want to use racial tensions to whip up black vote for the upcoming 2014 election

   Several years ago a 16 year old black thug in Sarasota near where this happened executed 2 British tourist in cold blood. He told them…”I got sumptin’ for you crackas.” I live south of there and like 1 million+ others in Florida, I religiously carry a gun, and I’m not afraid to use it in self defense.

    VIP may be right in saying that this could
    be an ‘assault’ crime.

    In which case, if justice were still
    something alive and well in America,

    there would be a criminal case
    in which the perpetrators would
    be sentence to jail time.

    At least that is how most of us
    would expect as a resolution
    from this barbarianism.

    Before Barry Soetero, or whatever
    is his name, came into the legal
    system, the black communities
    were not incensed with demonic
    urges to kill/maim/mutilate/torture
    the Caucasians.

    So, what went wrong? Who is behind
    this inciting of cruelty to
    innocent Caucasians?

    Is it that the black culture has
    suddenly gone into regression to
    the jungles?

    Or is it that there are demonic
    forces afoot, possessing them?

    Or is it that Holder/Soetero/Sharpton/
    Jackson

    are inciting inter-cultural warfare?

    If that is the case, then it will
    be prudent for the Caucasians to
    take legal action, in whatever capacity,
    to remove from the United States,
    back to South Africa, those who
    are criminals and law-breakers.

    It would take some legal
    ordinances, but .. heck,

    you can deport illegals,

    you can incarcerate criminals,

    why not deport the uneducated/
    barbaric/criminally-minded blacks?

    The Blacks who were arrested for the Knock Outs will be sentenced to jail time under state law.

    However, the fact that the victims were white is not enough evidence in any US Federal Court that they committed a hate crime.

    With only the fact that the victims were White, if they were charged with a hate crime in Federal court the only outcome would be that they would be set free for lack of evidence that the crime was racially motivated.

    In the case of the White Guy, the Feds have among other admissions that the White guy wanted to see if it would make the news if he knocked out a Black person, hence, an admission of racial motivation which assures the conviction for the hate crime.

    Just like in the case of the Black defendants, if he had not made this admission along with other proof of racial motivation he would have been tried in state court for aggravated assault and received a state sentence.

    When you see a number of black young men targeting specifically whites, specifically Jews, posting attacks on line, you have the pattern of modus operandi and targeting, bur black racists Holder and Obama will do nothing
