Daniel Van Horn, Chief of Civil division of the Department of Justice admits that the certified mail package with complaint and summons which was sent by the office of Attorney Orly Taitz was received at the U.S. Attorneys’ office in Washington DC, however it was misplaced in the mail room and disappeared and they still cannot locate it, three months later.

The case revolves around Obama’s use of a fabricated Selective Service Registration with a fabricated cancellation USPS stamp affixed to it. A complaint was sent to the Postmaster General and Inspector General of USPS. It contained a sworn affidavit from Stephen Jeffrey Coffman, the Chief Investigator of the Special Investigations unit of the US Coast Guard (ret), which described a fabricated cancellation postal stamp affixed to the altered Selective Service Registration by Barack Obama. This was confirmed by Sheriff Arpaio. Original response from the Inspector General of the USPS stated that the complaint was forwarded to the fraud division of the USPS and Inspector General demanded report and action within 30 days, which was in July of 2012. Further FOIA requests, as to what action was taken, yielded no response and complaint at hand was filed.   There is a suspicion that an employee of the mail room of the Department of Justice purposely did not enter the certified mail package in the certified mail log, even though it was received by certified mail, and has either hidden or destroyed it, as this is a repeat occurrence, where Certified Mail or Federal Express packages relating to cases dealing with Obama’s use of fabricated IDs either disappeared or appeared long after they were sent, which affected the outcome of cases. Chief of Civil Division, Mr. Van Horn, submitted to the presiding judge, Royce C. Lamberth a proposed order, where he is aaking the court to stay (delay) the case until the government shut down is over and until the Department of Justice receives funding from Congress and give them additional 30 days to respond to the complaint, which disappeared in their mail room.

Attorney Orly Taitz continues working on 7 different legal actions dealing with Barack Obama’s use of a CT Social security number 042-68-4425, which was traced to Harrison Bounel, born in 1890, as well as his use of other fabricated IDs, such as fabricated birth certificate, fabricated Selective Service certificate, fabricated cancellation postal stamp affixed to the fabricated Selective Service certificate and so on.     They received the documentation and Hussein & Holder told them to just hide it. This is more of their cat & mouse game. Soebarkah is a gay coward and this is his way of running scared. He has yet to show his mug in a court of law to face the various charges of fraud and forgery and Holder is covering for his racist partner in crime.

    There is no question that it was received, and was secreted (probably not destroyed)from the eyes of all as another obfuscation to justice.

    Delay and obfuscation are the hallmarks of obama justice at his discretion.

    The will be found at some inconsequential time in the future.

    Under obama tyranny your only recourse is to resubmit the docments.

    Keep pushing. In the future when our enslaved children wonder why we didn’t do anything, they will see the obfuscation and obstruction prevalent in the current Government system. Highly recommend that defenders of freedom keep a good historical account of what is occurring. My sense is that it will end up being a case like nazism/Hitler, when people claimed they didn’t know what was going on, or it was just easier to turn the other way, because it wasn’t their skin on the line. Stay true Patriots!

    Given the Obama administration’s record for opacity, veracity and personal integrity, most people find it very hard to believe that the chief of the DOJ’s civil division would actually have the first-hand knowledge needed in order to credibly swear under oath three months after the fact that a SPECIFIC certified mail package received by the U.S. attorney’s office from YOU, of all people, was not logged in, was mis-placed and disappeared. How would HE know all that? Does he work in the mail room? Who was responsible for logging it in? WHY would they NOT log a CERTIFIED MAIL PACKAGE in, especially from YOU? Unless judge Lamberth is in cahoots with the DOJ, he ought simply tell them “Sorry, your story stretches my credulity; I simply don’t believe you. Perhaps you should look in Eric Holder’s desk.” and, at long last, grant your motion for default.

    The fact that they signed as having received it, puts them at the loss; they cannot claim that they later lost it so as to obtain privileges in the Court of law…

    Finally, any sane judge would laugh at their proposal, which presumes that incompetence and irresponsibility ought to be rewarded by the court…

    It seems the record of the DOJ is grounds for citizens’ arrests. When are those truckers, vets and bikers due to arrive? Tarred and feathered were the folks for such treachery, treason, obstruction of justice and fraud, back in the day.

    Playing by the rules just doesn’t do well when the accused are folks of the government gone rogue. You think they’re gonna throw their hands up and say, ‘ya got me, throw me in the clink and toss away the key’. No way. As the essayist wrote, calling all Sheriffs, including Arpaio, notify all your constituents that no federales will be supported under any circumstance until the reinstatement of the Constitutional Republic of the USA. Sheriffs, demand the Governors of each of the 50 States uphold each State’s Constitutional form of government and cause for a States’ summit regarding States’ rights vs. federal obligations to the States. The showdown is upon us and better sooner than later because that trickle down effect of government corruption is inclined to become misunderstood as time passes.

    Our entire justice dept no longer works for the American people,but for the Dictatorship of the fraudulent unconstitutional Obama administration.
    The only way to change it, is for the American people to revolt,go to Washington and manually evict them from our property.There is no other way.The law is on the criminals side and legality no longer exists.

    Dr. Taitz, when someone signs for that green certified card, they’re also supposed to PRINT their name. I have to do so when I sign for something for my boss and my name is illegible by signature so I never mind printing it.

    the judge is biased. He or someone from his office called the Dep of Justice, which is an impermissible communication with one pary while keeping the other party in the dark, he did not grant my motion for summary judgment and called the dep of Justice to give them heads up to file a request for more time to respond

    It is just a thought, but could you messenger over the documents? I found out from one of the pro se windows that a messenger could be accepted as long as the case number is on the envelope. And then have that messenger get a receipt that the document was received. Perhaps he could take a video of the transaction.
