Department of Justice and SSA provided a total nonsense response to my motion for Summary Judgment
They are not denying that Social Security number 042-68-4425 was assigned to Bounel. They de facto admit it. If this number was not assigned to Bounel and he was born 123 years ago, they had to simply provide his SS-5 application, it would have shown a different number and it would be the end of it. If it will show that the number is indeed 042-68-4425, then Obama and all of his accomplices go to prison. Instead, they are violating their own 120 year rule and refusing to produce Bounel’s SS-5 because they admit that someone else is using this number today. Since Obama posted this number with his tax returns, we know that he is using it, so we know that he is using a stolen a number. Because Obama is using Bounel’s stolen number today, they refuse to release Bounel’s SS-5 application.
In my opinion this is pure and simple fraud and treason committed by the acting Commissioner of SSA Carolyn Colvin, her SSA attorney and US Attorneys. They are de facto admitting to being complicit in the cover up. Attorney Taitz is supposed to reply within 1 week. She will be compiling a list of cases, where people were prosecuted for using stolen Social Security number. If any of the supporters are aware of any such cases, please provide the information.
This whole situation would be akin to someone stealing your house, squatting in your house by using a fabricated deed and paying off a corrupt city clerk to keep your original deed sealed . You demand from the city hall a copy of the original deed to the house to prove to the court that this is your house. The city clerk responds by saying that he cannot release the original deed in your name because the thief is using your house now. This is a complete idiocy.

They’ll do anything & everything to delay, divert, distract from the truth and protect this most evil regime. From the fraud squatting in OUR White House, to the majority of the Supreme Court Judges, to the Department of Injustice, to the House and Senate Judiciary Committees .. we have no one with any decent ethics. It has been 4 1/2 years and not one judge has reviewed the mountain of irrefutable evidence.

The SSA claims that they could not find a record for a Harrison Bounel or a Harrison J. Bounel and they also state that to locate a record for a person under the age of 120 they require a death certificate, obituary, news article or police report to substantiate that a SSN cardholder is dead.
If a response will answer this requirement, then what needs to be acquired is either documentation of the confirmed name and pre-1893 birthdate of a Mr. Harrison Bounel or documentation of his death.

If a social security number is only associated with one person and never reused, then it stands to reason that Obama must have stolen Bounel’s number. For sure Bounel didn’t steal Obama’s number. The next question is, why is Bounel’s name associated with that number at all? Are two databases reporting erroneous information? If so, how can any investigator reliably use that information on a background check? At this point we can only hope that the SSA is hacked.
Joe is brain dead. Anyone who is not at least curious was born without the instinct for survival and deserves to join PP Herman.

I post most of these updates on my Congressman’s Facebook. Congressman Diane Black, Tn.. I know she sees them, I have received telephone call back from her D.C. office before. There are no excuses for no action by Congress, they are not uninformed.

if their contention is true, then just ask the Judge to require them to disclose to the judge and to yourself, the real idenity of the person holding that SSN (if it is not the president, you can promise not to reveal it; but if it is the Presient, ask the judge to grant you release)…it is that simple…

The example you gave about the deed to an stolen property, would seem to demolish the house of cards these corrupt lawyers have given for an answer, when would the judge rule, if they keep dilating these hearings, Obama would be at the Presidential podium in 2017 passing the Presidential sash to Hillary.

Wouldn’t the use of that number by another person require an investigation? Isn’t the FBI responsible for identity theft investigations? Problem being anything “federal” is part of the crime syndicate. Where are all the congress critters who have recieved sheriff joes investigation report? Derelict in their duty? A grand jury is what we need.

I did not find a sheriff with backbone to do anything. a couple of sheriffs made some noise: Sheriff Arpaio in AZ and Police Chief Mark Kessler in PA, but they are afraid to do anything, they did not file any complaint with the DA yet.

you can’t do that. They have to produce the SS-5 application for Bounel, dead or alive. The reason they are not producing it, because they know that Bounel’s SSN is 042-68-4425 and Obama is illegally using it now and we have Obama’s tax return, so this will send Obama to prison

You have to find out the name Bounel used BEFORE he came to the US. Harry Bounel is not a Russian name.
“Harry Bounel” is a name he used. It’s like someone named “Misha” to use the name “Mike.” I know a “Suleman” from Albania who goes by the name of “Sal.”
You’re never going to get anywhere unless you find out the person’s name.

Is there any way to get a “copy” of Bounel’s Death Certificate, to show his existence in the U.S.?
Can you secure the help from a “private investigator” who can find out if Bounel received ANY government benefits—which would have REQUIRED a Social Security number?
To “exist,” Bounel had to have a “paper trail” of contacts, during his lifetime.
How about checking the cemetery where he is buried? They have “cards” on EVERYONE buried there, and that might give more “clues” about him.
