JudgeLamberth did not grant Holder Justice department a leave of court to file a late answer. He has no other choice, but to grant my motion for Bounel’s SSN application. Please, call the court and request to expedite rulling on Taitz v Astrue, as this is the matter of the coup d’etat takeover of the US Presidency

Dr. Taitz,

Your petition for Judicial Notice for your submission of two government documents, the SS Admin’s 120 year Rule, and the 1940 US Census Report, brings you closer to a successful legal removal of Obama than anyone–attorney or investigator–has ever gotten. Would you please let us know if Judge Lamberth has granted the Justice Department’s request to file a late Response to your Motion?

I pray for your success.

    That is good news in itself, Orly, that jusdge Lamberth hasn’t given Holder cart blanche.

    Thank you for your fearless Patriotism. And this situation still gives us hope! And…

    Hopefully, soon, Obama will realize (from his perspective) that all good things must come to an end…for him! Keep praying everyone!

    Replying to the Constitution, Obama/Soetoro is merely one person in a big nation: Totalitarian nation to be sure, but so far benign. No GULAGs, no night arrests so far… Normally it MUST NOT MATTER when somebody like an impostor Obama personally concludes that all good things come to an end for him. It ought to be the other branches of the government, the parties and the US Army whose duty was to come to this conclusion long ago! It is they who betrayed their duty to uphold the Constitution.

    I heard that Judge Lamberth retired recently. I would assume he would be required to issue his ruling in the case prior to retirement. ??

    he only stepped down as a chief judge, he did not retire completely

    Thank you Dr. Taitz for the update on Judge Lamberth. Hopefully he will issue his ruling soon and move this case forward and have the IIC (imposter in chief) removed and charged with Treason against We The People of the United States of America!
