They pride themselves on doing the right thing when nobody is looking. They will, regardless of risk, seek and receive answers.    What flag officers can do, is, turn yhe evidence over to DOJ, so they can courts martial the commander in chief, he is, after all, a member of the military. DOJ is the one that’s going to get him anyway, just like the did with the assassins of Lincoln. SCOTUS and the congress aren’t going to anything, anyway

   Republicansoldier: I am not so positive/sanguine about all military having integrity as to Obama. one must take military people as not to different from ordinary people. I see the toe sucking military around Obama now. I keep in my mind the military bunch that was the kangaroo court that court martialed and imprisoned Lt.Col Lakin because he wanted verification of Obama’s orders as CinC. As a WWII vet I want all Obama military toe suckers to pay a price for their betrayal behavior.

    Please, every person that can, please step forward and be LOUD and CLEAR and demand on April 22nd that Judge England find the COURAGE to do the RIGHT THING and stop hiding behind a WALL of FEAR, like it appears that he has been doing!

    What’s going on here? Judges are scared, politicians are scared, Rush and Sean are scared.

    What’s so evil and powerful to make all these people run scared? Can’t they all see right before their own eyes that our country is very quickly being destroyed.

    This whole mess could be cleared-up very quickly if all the supposedly good people just step forward and all did the RIGHT THING.

    They are all intelligent people, so they all know what the RIGHT THING IS!

    Communists do not believe in Due Process. They do not want the Constitution or the 2nd Amendment.
    Holder is currently engaging in Felony Obstruction of Justice for the purpose of overthrowing the Country and the U.S. Constitution, and suspending the 2nd Amendment.
    Biden has recently publically threatend to have Special Forces “Swoop Down” on Law-Abiding Gun Owners to confiscate Guns.
    This is a violation of his oath of office and is Treason to threaten to use Special Forces to attack law abiding Americans.
    This “Swoop Down” means “A SUDDEN ATTACK”. Biden has made clear, his intent to “Attack” Law-Abiding Citizens with Special Forces.
    It is time for Special Forces to “Swoop Down” on the Obama Administration, arrest them, and remove these Communist from office.
    They should be Detained Indefinitely for Treason.
    This kind of Treason also carries with it the Death Penalty…
    Let’s hope Special Forces “Swoop Down” on them immediately, removes them, and locks them up.

    I have a brother in the news department at a local NBC tv station. He told me “POINT BLANK,” that “ALL” were warned NOT to discuss Obama’s fraud birth certificate. All were warned they would be fired if they did not obey. Further, all were warned that the FCC, FBI, IRS would investigate them. The last warning was; “IS YOUR LIFE WORTH GOING AGAINST OBAMA”?

    The Media is downplaying Biden’s Threat to “Swoop Down” on Law abiding Gun Owners with “Special Forces”. That is an “intent to attack” Law Abiding American Citizens with Special Forces.
    These are words from the Vice President’s Mouth, and they are Treason.
    Words from the V.P.’s mouth are not coming from Jay Leno’s mouth, and they are not funny. They are a serious threat to cause a Civil War, and reveals that the Current Administration intends to attack Law Abiding Gun owners with Special Forces, …attack American Citizens.
    Biden’s threat to “Swoop Down” on American Citizens with “Special Forces” is NO LESS A SERIOUS THREAT than Kim Jung Dung making threats to strike us with Nuclear Weapons.
    As I said before, Special Forces, Navy Seals, Marines, Army, and the Air Force need to “Swoop Down” on the Obama Administration and remove these traitors that have clearly stated, they intend to, and are planning to send Special Forces (and Homeland Security) to “Swoop Down” and attack Law-Abiding American Citizens.

    Ike also mentioned possibility of a military Courts Martial for the Commander-in-Chief (CINC); but if the fraud ID is true, he is not a legitimate CINC, and thus not subject to trial under the UCMJ. Or, am I wrong?

    I have to say that Biden is full of bullshit and here’s the reason why. When Orly gave this evidence to Gen. Vallely it was also given to 700 other high ranking commanders and officer and Non commissioned officers. They are the special operations group, retired and non retired. Keep in mind, just like police officers or sheriffs, there brothers in arms and they WILL NOT go against each other. So when he says he’s sending in special ops to take guns, NOT GONNA HAPPEN from them! I would be safe to say there going to turn on Biden and all the other cronies, as in a military coup. Keep this in mind this could happen! Lets pray, Also keep in mind that our own military does not like what he is doing, there angry, they feel betrayed,BIG TIME. Now here is food for thought that when a non commissioned officer is given the Oath, part of the Oath says that “I will obey the orders of the president” but on the other hand when a commissioned officer is sworn in with the Oath these words are not part of that Oath.
    My point is these officers don’t have to listen to the prez. Commander Lakin is a scape goat and will be vindicated as well as all other commanders who fell into Oblama mamas web of deceit during the time of Benghazi. They cannot continue to do these things without something happening.

    The military could arrest based on Treason. They would be arresting an imposter Commander in Chief and the commander in chief is part of the military.
    I would also commend Orly and say that she needs to get this case out to our allied countries to let them know about this fraud and that anything he has signed in null and void.

    I can only hope that the military has changed since 1930’s when Patton and McArthur and the president at that time went and attacked their own World War 1 vets who were protesting in Washington. This killed 4 people and injured thousands. For those of you who doubt what I say do your research and look up the Bonus Army.
    I am a vet and I pray the military does not turn on fellow vets or citizens.

    Just to clarify some peoples beliefs about the Commander In Chief, he is not “in” the military and therefore is not subject to the UCMJ. The CIC was established by the Constitution to be a civilian and not a military member.

    Judge “England”? If Orly has proved anything, its that the USA is no longer run by its “Constitution”, or the “Rule of Law”. I don’t believe ANY “legal action” will change anything. For the military to stage a “coup d’état” it would have to come from the Joint Chiefs, otherwise all the others involved would be risking their lives. They are no different than the people who work in the media: its a job, and they have family members, and the O-Bomb would have the right to put them away indefinitely. He could act before they do. You people have to realized that Big Brother is listening to EVERYTHING we say, so Obama ALREADY knows what you are doing, because you are dumb enough to put it on the Internet. We have NO privacy in our communications. There are people “loyal to the man” who don’t care about laws, or rules, or anything; except their “agenda”! If all those “Generals” were suddenly made to disappear, the news would just say they resigned, if they say anything at all, and their fate would be unknown and they all know that! They would be considered “domestic terrorists”. Not saying they wouldn’t act, but they would have to consider the risks…

    Wouldn’t it be some choice courtroom theatre to have these military officers show up in full military regalia in Judge England’s courtroom??? Yes, I know they cannot bring weapons into the courtroom, but they can sure wear their uniforms!

    Nonetheless, the time to quit playing courtroom games is long past over. The solution to this problem will NEVER take place in the courts, be they military or civilian courts. We all saw what they did to Lakin and many others in the military like him. Even if Orly, by pure luck, happens to win this one and even gets up to bat at the SCOTUS, they will never rule in her favor, and she will never get any press coverage in the CIA-controlled media in spite of her victories, if any.

    So, here we are now. All of the peaceful civilian means to address treason have been thoroughly tried and exhausted at the federal and State levels in the executive, legislative, and judicial branches. The military is the next line of defense, and the military has already demonstrated its desire to take a backseat to defending the US Constitution. It has already been completely co-opted at the Pentagon level.
    The National Guards are just that – “NATIONAL” guards; they are NOT militias whatsoever. They were formed to fool the public into believing they have militias. That’s why to this day, National Guards still have the symbol of the Minuteman. Some Governors of more Conservative States have already created STATE Guards (militias) that answer ONLY to the Governor in response to the federal government’s overreach, but what have they done about Obama’s ineligibility??? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!

    Let’s face it, and be 100% honest with ourselves: WE, THE PEOPLE are cornered at this juncture, and the powers that be know we are virtually powerless to do anything about it.

    If we weren’t in this Twilight Zone of national suicidal insanity we find ourselves trapped in at the moment, i.e., if the Constitution were being enforced by our military as it should be right now, they would have Special Forces arresting EVERY member of Congress, all SCOTUS injustices, the President and all of his illegitimate Cabinet, the CIA Chief, John Brennan, the FBI Chief, all US Attorneys, all State AG’s, all State Secretaries of State, all of the top brass at the Pentagon, all members of the CIA-controlled media, the entire Hawaii DOH, and all State, federal, and County (Superior) Court justices who have given Obama a pass.

    Just imagine what it would be like to be watching the State-controlled propaganda media and then see Special Forces storm the set and announce they have just arrested all of the apostate government in the District of Criminals and have taken over the unlawful propaganda networks! That would be a popcorn and Coke moment! It would be even more glorious if they then also announced that this is payback for High TREASON, the assassination of SEAL Team 6 members, and the 911 LIE committed by this apostate government. They should also arrest the Clintons and the Bushes by the way for numerous crimes of HIGH TREASON and murder.
