There is a memo out in 2009 and 2011 by whitehouse legal dept telling these representatives how to handle all questions of obamas eligibility. Likewise, it makes it clear that every single one know that no one ever has vetted obama. Now these same representatives can’t be burdeond with answering simple questions which makes are tax forms look like child’s play. Thus, it has come for the next Tax revolution! It is clear that we are paying the taxes but are being refused representation. These representatives are owned by foreign powers and corporations!

New thinking!!! All Congressmen and Senators to sign contracts for there positions which makes it clear that if they ever take money or gifts from lobbyists it will call for their immediate resignation! The only way to truly erradicate corruption from government is to remove the greed and money avaliable in those positions! Likewise, cut all there pay in half! They don’t need to live in mansions to be able to represent us! It is only by removing the corruption element that we will ever achieve a government that is of and for the people!

If we (the sheeple) were enter into the fraud that Barak Obama is perpetrating or the conspiracy that enables it, we would be subjected directly as an individual to the most severe penalties of the law including significant fines and jail time.

Would that not be dereliction of duty on their parts? Do they not realize that it is too burdensome on the American people for this fraud to be in the White House. That will make it even more burdensome on Congress. These people who are failing in their duties should be recalled. If they cannot do this, then they have no business being in the office. No matter what the counsel for congress says, if the member that was given a subpoena has not answered it by the end of today, an officer should arrest him, and better to do it in front of a large crowd, and let the counsel argue this in a court of law when he/she is defending the member of congress. Two weeks is a long time to answer a few questions and they do not work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

O tenderest of mercies! The right to speak one’s mind freely, the right to question and challenge—upon which all other rights are hinged!
1. “Corporate Personhood”
The first attack came almost two hundred years ago in 1819, as the Industrial Revolution was beginning to spin serious wheels in the budding Empire. Blacks picked cotton in the South and the mills hummed in Lowell, Mass., and other river-blessed locations in the North. It was a hundred years after Newcomen’s steam engine, and less than two decades after Fulton’s steamboat would once again spur our westward expansion. Given such multifactoral impetus, and its own proclivity—established by Marshall—to oversight, how could our Supreme Court restrain its worst intentions?
And so it declared, in “Trustees of Dartmouth College vs Woodward,” the principle of “corporate personhood.” The Court was essentially restating the 14th Amendment, but now equating the “rights” of corporations to be as free as real, live, human beings from any State’s denial of “equal protection” under the laws within its jurisdiction.
Of course, this 14th Amendment “equal protection” did not apply to cotton-picking slaves, “Indian savages,” women, etc.! And that’s the assault on our national consciousness and conscience. And we have lived with that assault for nearly two centuries!
2. “Fire in a Crowded Theater”
Fast forward exactly 1 century. Oliver Wendell Holmes, Jr. is now Chief Justice, and the “budding Empire” is now fully fledged, not content with spreading its eagle-wings over its own continent, but, since the Monroe Doctrine, having declared its hegemony over the Western hemisphere, tightening such with the Spanish-American war—the result of which sees it slaughtering hundreds of thousands of Filipinos when they declare their own right to “freedom of speech” and an independent republic!
Up to my own boyhood in New York City, Oliver Wendell Holmes’ father’s poem, “Old Ironsides,” was still standard 9th grade fare. They say the acorn doesn’t fall far from the oak, and we may discern something of his son’s patriotic fervor in his father’s bombastic poem about an a War of 1812 ship about to be scuttled. Here’s the middle stanza:
Her deck, once red with heroes’ blood,
Where knelt the vanquished foe,
When winds were hurrying o’er the flood,
And waves were white below,
No more shall feel the victor’s tread,
Or know the conquered knee;–
The harpies of the shore shall pluck
The eagle of the sea!
The “hero’s blood” with which Oliver, Jr. wanted to anoint the world, the “victor’s tread” he wanted to protect, belonged to those doughboys drafted to fight Mr. Wilson’s “War To End All Wars.” A group of peacniks had tried to exercise their freedom of speech by distributing flyers opposed to the draft. When the case of “Schenck v. the United States” came before the Supreme Court, Chief Justice Holmes argued in favor of abridging free speech, asserting:
“The most stringent protection of free speech would not protect a man falsely shouting fire in a crowded theater and causing a panic. […] The question in every case is whether the words used are used in such circumstances and are of such a nature as to create a clear and present danger that they will bring about the substantive evils that Congress has a right to prevent.”
Thus, Holmes provides us two salient phrases in one short paragraph: “shouting fire in a theater” and “clear and present danger.”
Defenders of Holmes like to underline the word “falsely” to excuse their man’s unsubtle attack on our First Amendment. I think they miss the point. Is the distribution of anti-war material really analogous to “falsely shouting fire in a crowded theater?” One could argue that the peace cadets were actually trying to prevent or contain the fire that was then enveloping the world! Further, the “clear and present danger” was already there—it was called the Great War!

What is burdensome, is for ‘We The People’, to be paying close to $ 200 K in salaries to these good-for-nothing Senators and Congressmen, and then watch, that they cannot even uphold the oath to the Constitution which they swore to uphold.
I had to file ten pages of forms to the IRS, sign the submittal, and sent it in before April 15, in order to comply with the law of the land, and these guys cannot even answer a few simple questions, even though they spend half of the year in recesses, vacations or looking at their navels ?
This is like the Titanic, that while it was sinking, Captain Smith ordered the arraingement of the deck chairs, for the concert the ship’s orchestra was giving for the enjoyment of the nervous passengers.

The decision by the general council is basically an attorney opinion to blatantly ignore the subpoenas. The normal citizen can’t even ignore parking tickets without consequence. Instead of O’Reilly using the ruse of comparing Obama’s college records to those of Ted Cruz, as the reason for his imploring Soetoro to release those records, he should cut the chase, and go to the crux of the problem, and demand that Obama explain his stolen Social Security number, his badly fabricated Selective Service application, and his fraudulent and amateurish Adobe fabricated Birth Certificate.

The Representative were elected to protect our rights and our freedoms. What could possibly be influencing them to do nothing? Is it fear for their lives? Their careers? Congress refuses to do anything about Obama because many in Congress, especially those in leadership positions, both parties, were complicit in getting a known ineligible candidate, who also turned out to be an identity fraud and a con-artist, on the ballot and elected in 2008. Soon after Obama’s 2008 election it was decided by Congressional leadership nothing would be done to investigate Obama, despite a massive outcry from constituents that Obama was a usurper.
Congress will never do anything to expose the truth about Obama because to reveal the truth would reveal the treason they committed in getting Obama elected and in the cover-up since then.
This prevents Obama…or Holder from ever being investigated in any meaningful way, or impeached, because to do so would reveal the truth, putting rich and powerful people in prison for treason.
They will never willingly allow that to happen.
This is not difficult to understand, Congress protects Obama to protect themselves.

ever found in Iraq? I don’t mean chemical
weapons.. I had read that they were.
But also heard not found.

This is for Bob69 – thanks for the explanation. I am just wondering if there is anything in this house of cards that might be vulnerable and help change this scenario for the better.
I somehow believe there has to be a way…So far, the way seems to be Our Father in Heaven. At the same time, we have to do our part. I am just wondering what that part is…and perhaps everything that we are doing could yield fruit..just because we are trying this and that.

The (D) behind their names are for “Deceased”. The (R) behind their names are for “Rest in Peace”. Thank you for your reply to my post. I wish I knew what we could do. Orly is working incredibly hard to make something good happen and she isn’t going to give up, so we shouldn’t either.
I keep hoping there will be news so damaging to Obozo and his regime that it will break into the main stream, even making Fox News and their worthless talking heads cover it. Considering what they have done with the mountains of evidence on Barry and his usurpation so far, it’s difficult to conceive of what that breakthrough would be.
I just hope to still be around to see the treasonous scumbags who planned and carried out this Communist/Marxist takeover of America tried and punished for their crimes.

Elizabeth – Quite a number of WMDs were found in Iraq and D.O.D. has withheld most information about them (for good reason). It is common knowledge among members of the military that we lost quite a few soldiers in Iraq due to chemical weapons delivered by heavy artillery shells and Scud missiles, that’s what caused the “mysterious illnesses” many troops returned home with. Troops have been cautioned not to discuss the matter, except in a “green on green” setting, meaning only with other members of the military or with V.A. physicians.

The best way to erradicate corruption from government is not to participate in it by voting.
They depend on us to vote and if not one person shows up at the ballot box to vote, then they don’t get elected at all. It’s better to have no government then the one we have right now. I did not vote because there was no fair election. All bought and paid for by the highest amount money can buy so why do I need to vote if It’s entirely corrupt???
