Absolutely agree…Fraud is a totally separate issue and our nation needs to come to grips with this potential criminal activity supported by thousands in our Government and media. It is truly a national security issue of the highest order. Separately, the NBC issue needs to be addressed and clarified by the courts before the next Presidential election. .We don’t need to continue this division in our nation.

Have you thought of serving Congress with your subpoenas via leafletting? Rent a small plane and drop thousands and thousands and thousands and thousands of them all over Washington, DC. You’d get some attention for it anyway.

Even if they aren’t legitimate, should they have to be? It seems it was o.k. for the DEMS to fake his eligibility!
I say we find a foreigner who believes in what the US stands for and require all records sealed, likewise, immediately fire every single CZAR obama put in place, and close down all the ALPHABET regime’s shadow operations!

From what I have read Rubio’s parents were born in Cuba, but it was a U.S. protectorate at the time, so, that should have some positive bearing on the natural born thingy.

I do believe you are considering Cruz and Rubio as possibles for replacing aka BHO. They are not Constitutionally qualified for either potus or vice potus. Tough they don’t need forged ID’s as does aka BHO, but that does not make them eligible. Rand Paul IS eligible and Constitutioally sound. Lets keep it legal in ALL aspects this time. That would be a nice change.

Rubio or anyone else who cannot prove they are eligible by the Constitution of this Land should never be allowed to run for President in this country. I do not know how protectorates (at the time, Cuba) is cosidered as being part of the U.S. (they are a part, but not states.) No breaks for ANYONE. Stand by the Law and keep it, no matter what. We have people in this country, natural born who are qualified and good people. The money and media stands in the way of them being able to get their voices heard. Boycott media where is blacking out the truth in this country. Arrest Soros and those interefering with the life, liberty and pursuit of happiness of all Americans in this country. They are guilty of civil rights violations by disallowing the truth and media to operate in such a manner as to provide information that is not leaning one way or the other.

blackyb – Rubio knows he is not eligible, before Romney picked his VP I called Rubio’s office to tell him I would not vote if he was on the ticket. Ofcorce a staffer answered the phone. I tried to tell her. She argued that he was eligible. I said not according to Herb Titus. She hung up on me!

Rubio has teamed up with Karl Rove, who lives at Rosemary Beach, Florida. Rove’s best friend and neighbor, L. Charles Hilton, is a Dixie Mafia kingpin and a major cocaine distributor. Rove’s home is worth approximately $1.5 million, Hilton’s bullet and bomb resistant beachfront home is worth in excess of $20 million. The imprisoned cousin of deceased Colombian Pablo Escobar, Santiago Romero Iglesias, used to be employed by Hilton. Cocaine is a very nasty business and everyone who is involved in it in any way is helping to destroy the USA. Rubio is not fit to serve in many ways.

Rubio knows he is not eligible. Before Romney Made his VP pick I called Rubio’s office to tell him I wouldn’t vote. His staffer tried to convince me that he was eligible, I responded with a couple of Birther names and she hung up on me.

I wish these guys had come out in 2007 and expose Obama Soetoro with the same vicious fury.
I think that if Congress, SCOTUS, the Electoral College already knew in 2007, by Soetoro’s own admission, that his father was a British subject, and therefore, he was not a natural born citizen and able to aspire to the presidency, that Rubio by this precedent, could claim racial profile and discrimination under the Equal Employment Act, if this subject is brought up in the 2016 election, and after Obama leaves without shackles, for his 40 million dollars mansion in Hawaii..

Hannity show last night. Hannity ask Cruz if he was eligible. Cruz said he will leave it up to others to deside. I thought they both knew the Constitution????? IM TIRED OF THIS BS!!!!!
