Herman von Hebel elected as ICC Registrar
On Friday 8 March 2013, sitting in a plenary session, judges of the International Criminal Court (ICC) have elected Herman von Hebel for a period of five years by an absolute majority by secret ballot. Mr von Hebel succeeds Ms Silvana Arbia, whose current five-year mandate is to end on 16 April 2013.
Mr von Hebel is a Dutch national who is currently the Registrar of the Special Tribunal for Lebanon, making him responsible for all activities of the Registry. Until 2009 he worked as the Registrar for the Special Court for Sierra Leone. Previously he worked as a Senior Legal Officer in the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia and before that in numerous legal advisory positions in the government of the Netherlands.
In accordance with the Rome Statute, the Registrar is the principal administrative officer of the Court, who exercises his or her functions under the authority of the ICC President (article 43(2)). The Registrar is responsible for the non-judicial aspects of the administration and servicing of the Court, without prejudice to the functions and powers of the ICC Prosecutor, whose office acts independently as a separate organ of the Court (articles 42(1) and 43(1)).

Dr. Taitz; By urging us, your supporters, to write to, and appeal to, the International Criminal Court; are you not saying then, that OUR CONSTITUTION is flawed, unworkable and must be abandoned and replaced by opinions of those elitists who have been politically appointed to that body? In MY opinion, to appeal to a body of “lawyers” (those with highly questionable educational backgrounds)who have been given authority by other despots and tyrants, is an admission of defeat — i.e., our Constitution is now irrelevant and we must appeal to world opinion in its stead.
OUR Constitution was set up so that WE, the People, could change our government EVERY TWO YEARS! We have had THREE opportunities to do so and NO organized groups have been formed to do so — by replacing the Members of the House of Representatives who have BETRAYED their Oath of Office — to HONOR ANED DEFEND the Constitution. A noble and principled Congress would have long ago demanded impeachment and recognized the UNqualified nature of the CANDIDATE AKAOBAMA — whose father was a British citizen/subject. NOT ONE of them did so but the electorate returned them to office!
We don’t need “international lawyers” — we need American lawyers WHO UNDERSTAND the REASONING and INTENT of the Founders in the writing of OUR CONSTITUTION which was DESIGNED TO PROTECT THE PEOPLE FROM TYRANTS and usurpers.

At this time, intervention by the I.C.C. is entirely appropriate. Sadly, it has become patently obvious that U.S. Citizens possess neither the intellectual capacity, nor the willpower, to take up the fight and carry through until victory is achieved. Americans have proven to be little more than all talk, no action cowards who should be ashamed to look at themselves in a mirror.

Exactly why I took my voter registration card to my county elections office and had myself removed from the voting roster. No reason I should ever elect any trasonous bunch of criminals to high governemnt office who in actuality do not represent WE THE PEOPLE. I will vote only after I see the current body of government members in federal prison to spend their retirement years.

Just because “Newswatch Magazine” is put out by a Christian minister does not make it a 100% accurate source of information. Before you even start, yes, I’ve listened to radio broadcasts by David J. Smith from Waxahachie, Texas. Most of what he says is correct, but in this particular case, he is dead wrong. Folks who possess no real world experience seem to find it necessary to make up tall tales to try and explain what is going on in the world.
