   Orly, I am surprised to see you pushing for impeachment of Obama. I thought you were pushing for removal from office because of not being eligible. To me there is a lot of difference between these two goals. How can a usurper of the office of president be impeached since he has never actually been president? Seems to me that he is not likely to be removed from office by impeachment as long as the Democrats have control of the Senate. Please explain.

   so far nobody has done anything. 45 attorenys filed cases, judges dismissed them on technical reasons. we live in a country similar to Nazi Germany in the 30s, we need some movement, either as nullification/voiding of election, as it was done with several senators in the past or impeachment
   If they are not willing to nullify the election, next best thing is impeachment

   The crimes that the congressman Marino mentioned, treason, bribery, high crimes and misdemeaners, well, usurper obama is guilty of all those kinds of crimes.The usurper has committed multiple counts of treason. Last I checked, forgery and fraud count as high crimes or misdemeaners (actually, forgery and fraud are felonies). BO also committed a lot of bribery to get his way with congress people to vote for his evil obamacare garbage. So, there they have it. What are they waiting for?

   It is possible to pretend Obama is the president and impeach him now, and when Dr Evil is gone, find that he was ineligible and nullify his presidency, executive orders, legislation and appointments/nominations?

   Since Impeachment only applies to a sitting president, the individual occupying the White House is not a US citizen and is not entitled to anything but a jail cell at this point for committing fraud. He is also committing crimes against the US as an enemy conbatant by his acts using Drones against US citizens anywhere in the world against the constitituion. The election was entirely fraudulent. The Man got into public office as a Senator without any proper US identification at all. So articles of impeachment do not really apply here.
   That is also why our entire congress is also guilty for Treason, by not stopping this person at the very start and letting this snowball our of control. You can see by our economy that our nation is under attach financially to break us down for takeover.
   The UN is already making mandates on the US for gun control laws that they think apply to the United States. They recently told our congress to nullify Colorado and Washington’s new Marijuana recreational drug laws to once again make marijuana illegal in all states.
   This is my country, not the UN’s. Impeachment does not apply here on a non US person.

   I also received this type of perfunctory response, as the one Mr. Marino received, from my own Senators and Congressman. I believe it is just that, PERFUNCTORY RESPONSES !!
   These people in Congress brought Impeachment charges against Clinton fot lying to a Grand Jury, but that lie was miniscule, compared to the ones BHO have perpetrated against our constitutional form of government and the American people !

    If things get really bad, Obammy will resign after making a deal with Biden to let him off the hook with a pardon. We need to make sure that Biden is dealt with concerning his part in this crime as well

    If Congress is going to pretend Obama is the president, then he can be impeached. But, Obama is impeachment proof. Congress was complicit in 2008 in getting a known ineligible, identity thief con-artist elected….and since that time every member of Congress is guilty of, as a minimum, misprision of treason for participating in the on-going cover-up.

    If Congress impeached Obama, which they should and could but won’t, impeachment would begin in the House. The sworn testimony, investigations and 24/7 discussions surrounding impeachment run the risk the truth about Obama would be exposed. Congress will never willingly allow or risk the truth about Obama becoming widely known and discussed. Congress protects Obama to protect themselves from charges of treason. They will never impeach or investigate Obama because they fear at least some in Congress would wind up in prison.

    Congress intends to ride this out until 2016 and push for another ineligible candidate to further muddy the waters of eligibility. To protect their sorry butts they feel they have no other choice.

    It makes no difference who controls the Senate, impeachment ain’t gonna happen…..ever.

    Have you read all the comments on the
    petition to Congress?

    If those citizens are any indication
    of the mind-set of the rest of America,

    you can bet there will be no 2016
    or any other Obama election again.

    (and this time around, any election
    will be done according to the
    supervised rules of conduct)

    The people are mad as heck and they
    aren’t going to take it anymore.

    They are waiting for a leader,
    someone to organize the protest,

    and it has to be someone who is
    forceful, knowledgeable, and aware
    of the rights given to us by our
    Founding Fathers.

    The people are saying that these
    incumbents can be fired, can be
    impeached, can be removed w/o
    delay. They are saying we
    will then have an honest election,
    without the shenanigans of this
    present era.

    These incumbents can be removed w/o
    a revolution.

    It is like handing them a pink slip
    and saying you have an hour to clear
    out your desk. There will be no
    severance pay, pension, nor health
    insurance.

    If this isn’t feasible, then:

    Think: French Revolution
    or better yet: American Revolution.

    (Obamacare would drop quietly
    down the tubes, and in fact, is
    unconstitutional; if every American
    absolutely refused to accept it,
    it would die on the vine.)

    Although this is a perfunctory letter, Congressmen Marino sits on the Judiciary Committee. I noticed that he serves Pennsylvannia. Perhaps PA supporters can contact Congressman Marino and hold him accountantable to them and to the Constitution. Perhaps folks can start with local politics and take it from there. Congressmen Marino began serving in 2011 – which means that he is soon to be up for re-election. If there are enough constituents out there demanding action, I believe that Mr. Marino will do his best to accomodate them. Of course he wants to be re-elected. Maybe there can be a demonstration in front of his office – and invite the news media.

    Thank you, I’ve recently been looking for information about this subject for a long time and yours is the best I’ve found out so far.
    However, what about the conclusion? Are you sure in regards to the supply?
