Dear Mr. Farrell:
Thank you for your correspondence regarding President Barack Obama’s birth certificate. It is an honor to represent the First Congressional District of Louisiana, and your thoughts and concerns are very important to me.
As you may know, Article II of the Constitution sets forth the eligibility requirements for the Office of President including: natural born citizenship, 35 years of age, and 14 years a resident of the United States. Concerned citizens have questioned President Obama’s qualification to serve as President based on his place of birth, and legal challenges to his citizenship have been brought forth in several states.
I take very seriously my Congressional duty to uphold the Constitution, and I will carry out this duty while serving in the House of Representatives. Please know that I will continue investigating this matter and will remember your thoughts and concerns as this legal issue moves forward.

    I called Scalisi’ office and asked if I showed him proof that Obama was a Domestic Terrorist without a single shread of documentation to prove who he is other than forged garbage and never got a response. That return letter shown here is the same type of generic patronization they all send out.
