   It is good that someone is picking these posts up and spreading the word. I have tried to get more people to spread the word about the corruption but it seems that you do a lot better.

   GOING ON DAY 48: No Response from the Supreme Court Public Information Office or Webmaster on emails from Jan 4th till today Feb. 20, 2013..

   WOULD LIKE A REPLY FROM ALL THE JUSTICES OF THE SUPREME COURT OF AMERICA REGARDING DOCKET 12A606 :

   1) EXPLAIN reason for not looking at data?
   2) If looked at data EXPLAIN why DENIED?
   3) EXPLAIN reason why 5 supplemental briefs and briefing documents were not used in delibration on Feb 15, 2013 Friday?
   4) EXPLAIN if the 4 other justices who supposedly had briefing material if they shared briefing material with the other 5 justices whose documents were returned UNOPENED.
   5) EXPLAIN why Kagan and Sotomyer did not recuse themselves?
   6) EXPLAIN why this Docket 12A606 was scheduled for Feb 15th and not ASAP BEFORE the inauguration?
   7) REQUEST the supreme court provide guidance to ORLY TAITZ on preventing clerks from not docketing cases and preventing documentation from being delivered to the justices of the supreme court
   8) EXPLAIN, if you are aware of clerk malfeasance, why an immediate investigation has not been done when ORLY TAITZ put in complaint

   As a citizen of the United States of America, it has come to my attention that there is incongruent data – Docket 12A606 – that shows a urgent concern as to why :

   1) Judges across the United States of America in more than 13 cases keep dismissing claims to look at election fraud and the incongruent data of obama’s personal information that represents :

   a) mother’s passport application for obama that shows she noted he was an Indonesian citizen
   b) his school records in Indonesian that says he is an Indonesian citizen
   c) sworn affidavit of investigators who show the Selective services stamp is not like everyone elses who filed in 1980
   d) sworn affidavit of clerk of Hawaii who indicated that there is no birth certificate on file and was told that by his supervisors as he tried to retrieve
   e) sworn affidavit that obama failed everify and SSN currently with obama that indicates it belongs to a bournel.
   f) there are more incongruencies please respond to Orly’s current complaint and reply today for the American citizens that she represents that want a Judical review of the data by sworn investigators

   Why? Orly met Justice Roberts on Jan 25th and was given information and Justice Roberts concurred (it is recorded) that he would receive said information.
   Roberts knows that this is monumental.
   Roberts knows that Orly has done all she could within the system to obey the laws of the United States of America when it comes to this matter.
   Roberts knew this case was pending way before swearing obama in.

   Why can’t American citizens in the United States of America have our concerns addressed by Congress, the Supreme Court and the Executive Branch?

   Why?

   Can you help us out and led an investigation as to why we are not able to have the Justices at least read the information in an open hearing?

   Can you help us out and spearhead at least some form of democracy to American Citizens?

   Can you have some diginity and reply yes or no? And if no have the courage to tell us the truth why not?

   Orly it doesn’t work, when I enter KathrynRexrode it changes to Kathrynrexrode when I add the @mail.house.gov then it kicks it back to me. I tried calling the phone number and had to leave a message. Who knows if she will get it or not.

   I have been asked whether or not I’m a “birther” or whether I “believe you are a “kook, an opportunist, or an attention grabber?” My answer is none of the above. My position is America has a right to know if a crook is in the White House and they have a right to know your true motives and whether or not your cases and evidence have merit. Your evidence must have the opportunity to be heard by a fair, impartial trier of fact, or body, such as Congress. I am not concerned with labels or denials. I am concerned for our Constitution, our laws, and our branches of government. My position is simple: If Obama defrauded the voter and America, after a complete airing of the evidence, he needs to go. If on the other hand, you have tarnished your profession because of disingenuous or unscrupulous practices then you must be disbarred, shamed, and shunned!

   I also believe no person is above the law in America. Further, I believe that when one decides to take on Goliath, hopefully they will enjoy a level field. Since the main stream media, the Judiciary, and Congress have not been fair to you, I will, in my humble and small way, fight to equalize the enormity of your struggle.

   I support your to fight the good fight! If you believe that you are on the right of the issue don’t let anyone dter your cause!
