We need to continue the research. So far I was n ot successful in getting information from the next door neighbor Tobi (Flumboum)Berkovitch

I was given the phone number of Tobi Berkovitch, who was 11 years old when she resided next to Harrison J. Bounel. I tried to talk to her, she seems to be one of these old leftist Democrat Jews who always voted for the Democrats no matter what. Her number as it was given to me  is 845-462-0844. I was not able to get through to her to get any cooperation. She was told previously that my search relates to Obama and she would defend a fellow Democrat no matter what. She also claimed that the name of the street was not Daly ave. Can someone recheck? Was it a corner building? Was there another name for the street? Maybe an older person can talk to her and explain to her, why is it so important for us to find the circumstances of death of Harry J. Bounel? Was it a death from natural causes? When, where? There must be some people, who are older and knew him. She did say that she was a little kid when she lived in NY and she does not remember, however 11 years old is not little. Also, it is a memorable time for a Jewish girl as it is close to her Bat Mizva.

I do not believe that she does not remember any of her neighbors. I remember most of my neighbors since I was 3-4 years old.

    What gives you the right to post the phone number of a private individual on your website and instruct your idiot supporters to call the person?

    I hope you die a terrible, slow and agonizing death.

    Too bad your transmission died on your car in a safe place. It was suppose to fail on the interstate.

    …Orly, I do recall the name Tobi Berkovitch, the age of 11 years old when she knew Mr. Bounel…and she was interviewed in those mid-1990 years when litigation relating to Mr. Bounel first appeared in judicial system, and she at that time described Mr. Bounel as being a ‘white male’… another point that we found quite interesting was that the phone number provided did seem to be very much a ‘juxtaposition’ of the social security number….to the best of my recollection, though, the phone number was verified….

    I wish Orly would try to press charges against me. I would be happy to have law enforcement check out her blog entry here where she is giving out a phone number of a private individual AND libeling that person. Then, we could get an attorney to sue her for her disparaging remarks about a private individual.

    But as Orly noted, she doesn’t know who I am and even if she did, she has absolutely nothing on me. Writing that her transmission was suppose to fail on the interstate means nothing other than it should have failed. And I DO hope she dies a painful and slow death. My hope would be that she gets in an accident where she’s trapped in her car and it catches on fire and she burns to death.

    Orly did not commit libel just by stating that this woman did not want to answer questions.

    As for her giving out a phone number, she is giving it to her supporters who are assisting her in researching the case. Every one of them could find the phone number even if Orly didn’t post it.

    These supporters come to the blog to check in with Orly and receive information so they can get involved.

    The only people who are on this blog are those who want to help her and psychos like you who are afraid of what she will uncover.

    I don’t think a fraud like you has any intention of calling Toby and asking her to relinquish information on Harry Bounel.

    And trust me, your remarks are far more disparaging than hers and when law enforcement comes for you that is all they will focus on.
