On Sunday, a leading birther plaintiff claimed that clerks of the U.S. Supreme Court(SCOTUS) never forwarded to five out of nine justices one single page of pleadings in a lawsuit alleging that Barack Obama is ineligible to serve as president. Via the Post Office, SCOTUS clerks returned to Taitz several unopened packages of the Supplemental Brief which were intended to be reviewed by the nation’s highest court. The attorney took several photographs of the returned packages as evidence of possible sabotage by lower judicial associates.

How can one get a fair hearing if this continues?
Isn’t there a way to get your evidence presented
to the Justices?

We’ve seen that Congress can pass a bill without reading it, but can someone explain how the supreme court can hold a hearing on eligibility and not know they have not received copies of the Pleadings and Supplemental Brief? Looks like the Keystone Kops have taken over the Banana Republic. Lord Help Us.

The Justices, either because they are too old, decrepid or lazy, apparently depend more and more on these corrupt clerks to select what they read and review. We are in the final stage of this Republic.

Sounds like 5 out of 9 received pkgs that is the majority…I would have to question the integrity of the “CHOSEN” five justices….Did “O” hand pick them?

The article is riddled with errors as have everyone who commented noted.

Orly: Do the SC justices have several ways to contact them? How about faxing them what they all need to know, if possible? Then, ask them for a notice of arrival, by return signature?!
