Who is Harrison J. Bounel? According to the 2009 tax return submitted by President Barack Obama, he’s the President of the United States. All nine U.S. Supreme Court Justices are scheduled to discuss this anomaly today.
The case in question is Edward Noonan, et al v. Deborah Bowen, California Secretary of State, and the Justices are finally looking at it thanks to the dogged determination of Orly Taitz. The case calls into question many of the documents Obama (Bounel, Soetoro, Soebarkah, etc.) has used and/or released as authentic since he came on the national scene. The case contends that the documents — birth certificate, Social Security number, Selective Service registration, etc. — are fakes or forgeries. If that’s the case, Obama should not have been on the California ballot in 2008 and, therefore, should not have received the State’s electoral votes.
Four of the nine Justices must vote to move the case forward. We’ll see.
Meantime, on Feb. 4, Kathleen O’Leary, presiding judge of the 4th District Court of Appeal, reinstated the appeal of Taitz v. Obama et al filed by Taitz when she ran for Senate. That case involves evidence of 1.5 million invalid voter registrations in the State of California. The appeal also involves Obama’s lack of legitimacy to hold the office of President based on his forged IDs, stolen Connecticut Social Security number, the fact the last name he’s using is not legally his and his fraudulent claim to be the U.S. citizen.
Evidence in the case includes:
- A certified copy of the passport records of Obama’s mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, showing her son’s legal last name to be Soebarkah, not Obama.
- Obama’s school records from Indonesia, showing his citizenship to be Indonesian.
- Sworn affidavits of top law enforcement experts and investigators, showing Obama’s birth certificate and Selective Service certificate are forgeries and that the Social Security number used by Obama on his 2009 tax returns as posted on WhiteHouse.gov was fraudulent. (The SSN failed when checked through both E-Verify and the Social Security Number Verification Service.)
On another legal front, Obama defaulted in the case of Grinols et al v. Obama et al on Jan. 30 when he failed to file a response within 21 days of being served notice of the suit. This case also involves Obama’s phony SSN.
The suit states:

According to the databases last changes to the information on Harrison (Harry) J Bounel were made in and around November 2009 by Michelle Obama, who is listed as Bounel’s relative. Database changes can involve entering the information or deletion of information. It appears that changes made by relative Michelle Obama included deletion of information, which was done at a time when Taitz brought to Federal court in the Central District of California before Judge David O. Carter a case of election challenge by her client, former U.S. ambassador Dr. Alan Keyes and 40 state Representatives and high ranked members of the U.S. Military.identity-batch-solutions/
Recently obtained results of the 1940 census, Exhibit 2, provided the last missing link, link (sic) between Harry J. Bounel and the date of birth of 1890. Exhibit 2 shows the printout of the U.S. census, showing Harry J Bounel, immigrant from Russia, residing at 915 Daly Ave, Bronx, NY, age 50 during the 1940 census, meaning he was born in 1890, as shown in the affidavit of Investigators Daniels and Sankey.
There is a pattern of Obstruction of Justice and tampering with the official records and falsification/forgery of the official records related to Obama. This happens in particular when [George W.] Bush employees leave their positions and are replaced by Obama appointees.
Taitz has asked for expedited default judgment and post judgment discovery in this case out of fear that any records on hand at the Social Security office will be destroyed when George W. Bush-appointed Commissioner Michael Astrue leaves office in February. Records that might have proven Obama’s Selective Service registration was a forgery were destroyed in 2009 after Bush-appointed Selective Service Director William Chatfield resigned, Taitz alleges.

Obama is now refusing to obey the Federal Court of Appeals Order from the District of Columbia. He won’t obey this one.
He refuses to obey the rule of law. It’s time to mount a million armed peaceful march on Washington demanding our Congress to remove him, and all those that violated their oaths of office. A government of the people, by the people and for the people. Where the government derives its just powers from the consent of the governed. It is time they understood what that means.

I think the Joint Chiefs should have been present to hear the evidence for themselves since it directly affects them and everyone under them. The military has their own justice system and that is one other possible avenue. As Pseudo Commander-In-Chief he has placed himself in that chain as well and therefore is subject to it. If the Joint Chiefs need to place him under arrest they need this evidence too.

Good Luck Orly… I voted for you in 2008, unfortunately in CA it’s not ”who votes” it’s ”who counts the votes”… We cannot continue to allow the Courts to avoid this issue any longer.. It certainly contributes to the ”CORRUPTION” in D.C. and doesn’t restore faith in the Voting system anymore…It’s all rigged in CA.. Since four Justices voted against John Robert’s re and misinterpretations of Obamacare as a tax, I suspect we will have those four votes. If the two Obama appointees recuse themselves, once again four votes could carry the issue. Don’t be surprised if Chief, John Roberts, vote goes against Obama, too. After winning awards like “Bennedict Arnold of the Year”, Roberts losing the respect of many who backed him. Observing the country falling apart, Obama’s disdain for the rulings of the courts, not to mention for the other branch of government, if Roberts ever were a conservative and loved our country, and has any adherence to law, how could he, looking at your evidence, vote for fraud to prevail in this once great land?

10,000 cases a year divided by 44 weeks = 227 cases to go through per week. The Justices don’t do that. That’s a lot of cases to read.
Why do you think there is no explanation for denials? They can’t write the clerk didn’t like it. Wouldn’t it be interesting for a Justice to know what cases were turned down in his name….

If the justices keep politics out of the courtroom the vote should be a positive one. There is no room for politics in a courtroom. Each one of them need to remember what this country was built on and the founding fathers and all of those who gave up their lives, so that we may continue to seek redress and have our voices heard. The buck stops at the door and so should the politics. I want judges and not politicians on the bench. Nor do I want disguised as DA’s in a robe.

Obama Eligibility Case Noonan v Bowen Not Yet Listed
As reported here and here Dr. Taitz filed a petition with the Supreme Court for the Obama eligibility case Noonan v Bowen. The petition was referred to the full court and distributed for conference scheduled for February 15, 2013.
Here is the initial order list for February 15th, 2013. The short list of granted petitions does not include Noonan v Bowen. Another list will be released by the SCOTUS on Monday or Tuesday. It is normal for them to release a short list of the granted petitions before they release a very long list of denied petitions. The longer list sometimes includes a couple more granted petitions.

Wow, this is strange. I am watching a movie from 1991 called “Deceived” with Goldie Hawn who was married to a man who used a social security number of a deceased person. In the movie, the social security agent will not authorize payments. When I told my wife this reminded me of the BHO thing, she said maybe that’s where they got te idea. Huh!?

If the SCOTUS expects to have ANY respect from the American people, they damn sure should follow the Constitution! HOWEVER, it has been said more than a few times: never is the Constitution more at risk than when being considered by the Supreme Court!
As in, WHERE does the Constitution say anything about privacy for abortion when it ignores the security/privacy for your person, property, home, and papers guaranteed by the Fourth Amendment. Now the government has cell phone towers that capture your cell phone data without your ever even knowing it. That is what those huge facilities in Utah are being built to store!

I may be proposing something to you Orly which has constitutional grounds.
That Art. I, Sec. 1 of the Constitution of the United States provides that all legislative Powers granted by that Constitution are vested in CONGRESS; therefore, Departments within the Executive Branch are forbidden to make any “rules” or “laws” of general application whatsoever.

Therefore This State is determined to refuse to submit to undelegated powers exercised over them by the federal government; and rejects altogether the notion that the federal government may exercise unlimited powers over them.
That in cases of an abuse of the delegated (enumerated) powers, the members of the federal government, being chosen by the people, a change by the people would be the constitutional remedy.
But, where powers are usurped which have not been delegated to the federal government – when the federal government acts outside of, and in defiance of, the federal Constitution by exercising powers not delegated to it by that Constitution; then a nullification of the unlawful act is the rightful remedy.
Thus every State has a natural right – which pre-dates & pre-exists the federal Constitution – to nullify of their own authority all such lawless assumptions of power within the boundaries of their State. That without this pre-existing natural and original right, they would be under the dominion, absolute and unlimited, of whoever in the federal government chooses to exercise tyrannical powers over them.
The States alone are The Parties to the compact; and thus are solely authorized to judge in the last resort of the powers exercised under it. Congress, the Executive Branch, and the Judicial Branch are not parties to the contract; but are merely the creatures of the compact (Federalist No. 33, 5th para). As mere creatures, they may exercise no powers other than those enumerated powers specifically delegated to them.
That The Federalist Papers – and not the U.S. supreme Court – is the highest authority and evidence “of the general opinion of those who framed, and of those who accepted the Constitution of the US. on questions as to it’s genuine meaning”. 2 The supreme Court is merely a creature of the Constitution and is completely subject to its terms; and when judges on that and lower federal courts – who serve during “good Behaviour” only (Art. III, Sec. 1, cl. 1) – usurp powers, as they did with their lawless opinion upholding Obamacare, they must be impeached and removed from office (Federalist No. 81, 8th para).
9. Resolved, That those within the Legislative, Executive, and Judicial Branches of the federal government are sweeping away all the barriers of our Constitution; and that no ramparts now remain against their unbridled and insatiable lust for power over THE PEOPLE except for The States.
That if The States do not now resist all such blatantly unlawful usurpations of power, THE PEOPLE of their States will be delivered into abject slavery subject to the unbridled control of whosoever occupies the office of President. Our Representatives in Congress have shirked their constitutional obligation to support the Constitution (Art. VI, cl. 3), by acquiescing in the blatant usurpations by the Executive Branch; and have failed in their duty to impeach and remove those within the Executive Branch who usurp powers (Federalist No. 66, 2nd para, and No. 77, last para). That the supreme Court long ago took the side of those who seek to exercise unlimited control over The States and THE PEOPLE; and that Congress has failed in its duty to impeach and remove federal judges who usurp powers (Federalist No. 81, 8th para).
That pursuant to Art. VI, cl. 3 of our federal Constitution, all State legislators, State Officers and State Judges take a solemn Oath to support our federal Constitution. Therefore, they are bound by sacred Oath to protect THE PEOPLE of their States from the usurpations of the federal government whose clear object is the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over the States and THE PEOPLE.
That our Framers anticipated the dangers we now face and provided wise counsel for such a time as this. Federalist No. 28 (last 5 paras) states that when “the representatives of the people betray their constituents”, the people have no recourse but to exert “that original right of self-defense” [The Declaration of Independence, 2nd para], against “the usurpations of the national rulers” (5th para from end).
The last paragraph of Federalist No. 28 recognizes that when the federal government seeks
“… a despotism over the great body of the people … [the people] are in a situation, through the medium of their State governments, to take measures for their own defense…”
10. Resolved, That because men are corrupt and may not be trusted with power, the federal Constitution fixed the limits to which, and no further, the federal government may go. Would we be wise if we permit the federal government to destroy the limits the Constitution places upon its powers? Would we be wise if we permit unelected bureaucrats in the Executive Departments of the federal government to regulate every aspect of our lives?
That if those who administer the federal government be permitted to transgress the limits fixed by the federal Constitution, by disregarding the limits on its powers set forth therein, then annihilation of the State Governments, and the erection upon their ruins, of a general consolidated government, will be the inevitable consequence.
Others who claim special knowledge on this subject insist that a single State may not nullify any act of the federal government; that only a majority of States acting in concert may do so.
They overlook (among other things) the nature of the laws protested in the Kentucky & Virginia Resolutions. Those Resolutions addressed laws made by Congress which purported to grant to the President certain dictatorial powers over “aliens” and “seditious words”. The States have no means of stopping the President from enforcing such laws since the President has the raw power to send out armed thugs to arrest people by night; and then to prosecute, convict, & execute them in secret tribunals and chambers. The States may object – but they can’t stop it. The supreme Court may denounce it, but can’t stop it. Only Congress can put an end to it by repealing its usurpatious law and by impeaching & removing a usurping President (Federalist No. 66, 2nd para & No. 77, last para).

I thought it interesting that three Supreme Court Justices refused to attend the State of the Union speech. Perhaps this means it is not hopeless. No matter the outcome, Orly has pushed this issue all the way to the SC, against all odds. And it seems like the default judgments are starting to stack up. Think about the absurdity of the president of the U.S. defaulting in a court of law, more than once.

Lets all pray for this to become fully exposed. Why didn’t the repubs in office chase this down? Donald Trump tried and failed. This probably hurt us more than helped but at least he tried. …just a thought, and a vague memory of application…. IF when 9 Justices sit in Conference and a 4 vote moves a case forward… THEN, when but 7 Justices are eligible to Hear a case, thereby the required number of votes to move the case forward is also reduced… so a 3 vote could/would move the case forward… but of course we will be required to further plead the merits of the ‘required recusals’ of both Obama appointees…

As much as I want to see justice done on this issue, let’s not forget that Justice Kennedy already rejected this case once, which is why CJ Roberts was forced to submit it to the full court for a “conference”.
Bottom line: I’m not optimistic on this one, but do hold out hope that one or more of the other cases will finally see the light of day.
Either way, thank God for Atty. Taitz and pray for her daily.

I am against Obama but I was told that Social Security numbers may be reused after a person dies. Is there any truth to this? It would be a questionable coincidence that a relative (or someone closed related) would receive that number. After all, I don’t think one should be able to pick a number he wanted!!!

I have been following your work for a while and I commend you on seeking to uncover the truth. I was wondering where we could find evidence of this case being heard by the Supreme Court. I have many people who take issue and call me crazy when I try to share this info and snopes (which I personally do not think is the truth) says that this is a false story. https://www.snopes.com/politics/obama/birthers/carter.asp

I don’t think there is any way Joe Biden would be in line to become president. Either, Mitt Romney would win the 2012 election by default, or speaker of the House Boehner would be next in line according to my knowledge of the U.S. Constituion. What we need to pray for is that over this weekend Orly’s case will be one of the last few chosen for the Supreme Justices to hear and to make a ruling on. If this falls through, I believe we can count on Roy Moore, Chief Justice of the Alabama Supreme Court to hear their case in the near future and to rule against the president’s eligibility. Once they do, every Supreme court, either state or U.S., who have refused to try this case should be held to be complicit in the conspiracy to commit fraud against the citizens of the United States and of the U.S. government, itself. If they think there is a possibility of this, they might want to cover their butts now.

The reason Obama is still in office is because the u.s. constitution has been usurped over 100 years ago. The u.s is a corporation and is posing as a government entity as are all other governments in the world. Why is the media endorses him, I think I am starting to figure that out. I have discovered that most of the mainstream media netnworks has been bought or new CEOs put in place since 2007. I believe there is something really fishy going on with the media. Like now NBC is called NBC Universal. Liberty Global is buying up media companies around the world. Makes me nervous when I see Universal or Global in the name. Plus some own cellular phone networks.
Now the government is wanting access to Google and email accounts. All the cyber attacks, I am not sure I believe those. May be governments way to “protect us”.

While I fully agree that the Treasonious Criminal TURD MUST go, there is a truck load of others that must also be jailed. Nancy Polosi, and company. And ALL the 1% criminals on wall street, JMP Chase, BOA, ALY/GMAC,Wells Fargo, and all the other scum that raped our great Nation. We, the people MUST take this task on. If it is true what people are saying, that there will be no decision by the Supreme Court, will somebody please inform the people? Has this ever happened before, that the Supreme Court either rules and does not allow the result to be published, or; does not rule at all on a case and refuses to allow the people to know this?
