Today we protested in front of SCOTUS, I was able to file more documents and received missing information on another case Taitz v Astrue.

I will post the pictures and video clip of today’s protest in front of the Supreme Court . A reporter and videographer for Adam Kokesh recorded a video and it is being edited as we speak.
A reporter who covered my case in Kansas was there and did a lengthy interview.
My supporters from Tennessee, Nevada, Pennsylvania, New York, California, Virginia, Maryland, New Jersey and DC were there.
It was a successful protest.
Some supporters stated that they would like to be there on the 15th as well. If you want to protest on the 15th, please, contact me.
We also planned to protest in front of the Capitol during the state of the Union address, however police is closing streets and throwing everybody out of the blocked area. They are blocking more and more streets. This is like the Communist soviet Union or Nazi Germany, as they are throwing peope out, it will look like there is no protest and no opposition to Obama-Nazi regime and nobody stands up in regards to Obama’s use of forged IDs and stolen SSN.
Another concern is lack of signatures. I talked to several clerks: Sevgil Tekali, she looks Turkish to me and James Baldin, an African-American man. They work in the front in the clerk’s office in the Supreme Court. I stated that supposedly Justice Kennedy denied my application originally, but I resubmitted to Justice Roberts and he sent it to the conference. I asked to see the order by Justice Kennedy, where he originally denied my case. They told me that I am not allowed to see the signature.
I told them that it does not make any sense. The whole point of having the signature of the Justice is that it shows that he read the brief and ruled and affixed his signature. How else do we know that he ever saw the brief? they said that I cannot see the signature. James Baldin went to talk to the back office. I saw three African -American men there. He came back and said that he checked and I am not allowed to see the signature.
This is absolutely insane. Signatures of judges are not something private or confidential. All of them aside from Kagan were judges in other courts, they signed orders, we know how their signatures look like. What are they hiding? Did Justice Kennedy ever see the application in Noonan v Bowen? Did he really deny the application originally? did he affix his signature?
Justices of the Supreme court decide life and death cases and people cannot see the signature of the judge. Something needs to be done about it. This case is a case of life and death of the Republic, of the U.S. Constitution, we have a criminal with forged IDs in the WH and the clerks refuse to provide the order with the signature of the Justice who supposedly read the application and denied it.
Please, write and fax SCOTUS and demand to see the order by Justice Anthony Kennedy, who allegedly originally dened my case Noonan v Bowen before it was sent by Justice Roberts to the conference. Demand to see the actual order with the signature of Justice Kennedy.!!! Also, people cannot tell judge how to rule, but people can ask judge to read the pleadings. Please, write and fax the Supreme Court and urge Justices to read the supplemental brief filed today in Noonan et al v Bowen 12A606
I am not sure what we will be able to do.
On the positive side my supplemental brief was stamped filed by the Supreme Court and will be a part of the file.
I was able to get missing documents for case Taitz v Astrue. I got a missing letter from the court which stated that I was out of time to file Certiorari, when I had over a month left. I was told that since I have proof they will allow me to file certiorari later.
Also, there were a lot of people visiting SCOTUS, we were able to talk to them. There was a large group of high School students, who wanted to know the truth, we showed them the documents, the students we bright eyed and were absorbing the information, however their Obama-Nazi teacher told them to stop talking to us and leave. The students said that they will look up on the net. Other people said that they will look up on the net.

Good news! Three Justices of the Supreme Court decided not to attend today’s State of the Union address: Justices Anthonin Scalia, Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito will not attend. They are the justices who might vote for my case, however there have to be 4 in order for the case to go from the conference to the oral hearing.

God bless you and all of the protesters today. I was thilled to read the post that 3 of Justices are not bothering to listen to the fraud in office tonight. If you will remember last year, he insulted the justices and they were not happy. Perhaps this is a good sign that they will at least hear the evidence. So many of us counting on you.

Dr. Taitz,
Perhaps a petition process similar to the one you organized for demanding the investigation of Obama’s forged ID will work to get the Court to release the actual order with Justice Kennedy’s signature.
There’s something about a written petition with over 28,000 signatures that cannot be denied. These signatures will not go away and will continue to grow.
Please try to get plenty of rest between now and Friday.

As for the seeing the signature of the SC Justice on a doc, do we see a glimpse of racism from the (3) black men in the back, when someone went to check on whether you could see the signature or not? And that little clerk needs to learn how to cooperate with the public. Do we not pay his salary?

Is there an attorney in Congress that you trust to ask him/her if these clerks are supposed to check the signature, then, tell you the truth? Did they give you a reason for not telling you or not showing the signature to you?

Next time, Orly, maybe take along a military General, to see how they handle that situation!! Someone from the D.C. area should be able to know the “ins and outs” of protocol at the SC. And if they give you a chance to speak in front of the SC Justices, let them know what these clerks have been doing! And ask them to keep tabs on them and have them cooperate with the public?!

And it was great news to find out that (3) SC Justices didn’t attend the “circus” on the State of the Union speech. Can you ask them ahead of time, to have (2) justices recused, for a conflict of interest?

Was very disappointed in The Blaze.com they had a so called live chat during the State of the Union speech. It was anything but live, they had a moderator that only allowed posts that they approved of. It was basically just a conversation among half a dozen Blaze regulars.
NO posts regarding Obama’s eligibility – BC, SSN, selective service etc were allowed. Blaze is no better than MSNBC or Huffington Post . So much for freedom of speech, very disappointed in Beck.
The Blaze is not a site for ALL the facts. Only selective info they determine to be acceptable.

i wish clarence thomas would speak out on this lying pos in white house. he cannot be a article 2 natural born citizen being the son of a foreign citizen, not that we really know who his real father is. 90m people are not even in labor force now, 7 years ago it was 77m and this jackass says we are in a recovery. This country is in decline

Orly, I would suggest talking to the congressman or representative from your district, or any congressman that may be sympothetic to our plite.He, and or she should have more access to the SCOUS and better able to deal with the clerks.If they are withholding information from the justices, they can be prosecuted for obstruction.Let a congressman walk in and ask to see the signatures, I bet they will comply. Wish I could be there, but Berry’s “Recovering Economy” is killing me!

I don’t think the SC has a ready made process for the public to petition the Court. However, the SC website does provide an e-mail address for contacting the Public Information Office.
Perhaps one of your readers knows how we might create a “vote button” that maintains a running count on your website. Each time the vote button was activated, a request would be generated for a copy of the actual order with Justice Kennedy’s signature.
Any one out there know how to do this?

Scott, you are SO RIGHT on the Blaze… Beck is just in it for The Money! I have tried posting MY THOUGHTS on certain subjects (relating to BC), they would not allow it. I have tried calling in to his show and ended up in a Yelling match with his call screener.

Perhaps you could file a FOIA to get the signature on the order. Without signature confirmation there is no way to know if this was handled legally as there MUST be a justice signature on the order in order to be a legal document.

I applaud all you efforts to bring about justice, truth and righteousness. Please don’t take this the wrong way because I only want to see you succeed. Using the expression “Nazi-OB, etc will not help your cause. I would only expect left minded people to use such language. I think litigation with dignity should be the hallmark of patriotic action against corruption in this republic we so proudly serve.

The thing that is bothersome, at least to me, is to have in a democracy like ours, one of the three branches of the Federal Government government, the Suppreme Court, conducting all these meetings behind close doors, and not even permitting television transmissions of its hearings, even on issues of the magnitude of the Grinnols case.

Go in the morning and ask to see the signature. When refused, get the name of who is refusing and ask for their supervisor. Just keep moving up the chain of command and get each name of supervisor. Have someone with you videotaping.

Perhaps the reason the clerks don’t want you to see the signature is because it might have something to do with the rules of evidence and what is admissable in court. If the clerks prohibit the proper signatures to take place, what happens to the admissability to trial? and if you know that there has been tampering of evidence by these court clerks, what can be your remedy? If you video tape their response, you might be able to use that as evidence of their foul play – if need be. Perhaps the District of Columbia Bar Association might be helpful.
