This supplemental should have included the case of Minor v Happersett, in which the Supreme Court in 1875 determined that a ‘natural born citizen’ is one born to two US citizens, not one.

I do hope, that if the Usurper finishes his term without any legal impediment, as to the fact that he is not a ‘natural born citizen’, even if he was born in Hawaii, that when Marco Rubio aspires to the presidency, and whose parents became citizen 3 years after he was born, that the conservative movement does not start raising hell about his ‘natural born’ status, as many have already begun to do.
What is good for the goose, ought to be good for the gander.

It seems obvious that Obama owns John Roberts through blackmail or otherwise. Roberts will go down in Supreme Court history as the justice who sold out the country as a coward. Too bad he wasn’t half the justice he should have been. I suggest we let all of America know what we feel about Justice Roberts.

I am a strong advocate for the case claiming Obama is NOT a natural born citizen, and I often cite Minor vs Happersett to support my position. Although I stand with that SCOTUS ruling, the problem is the SCOTUS wording. SCOTUS stated “At common law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country, of parents who were its citizens, became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners.” Dumb-asses will argue those words DO NOT actually state that child MUST be born of two citizen parents to be a Natural Born Citizen – It simply states “it was never doubted that any child who is born of two citizen parents is a Natural Born, or Native, Citizen.” It does NOT state that a child NOT born of two citizen parents is NOT a natural born citizen.
This 1875 ruling also failed to mention Obama by name, so there are those who will say this ruling doesn’t apply to Obama.
God give us strength to deal with those of low intellectual ability.
