Tea Party United is planning a rally in front of the Federal building in Sacramento, protesting the fact that court is not issuing a default judgment against Obama in Grinols v Electoral college, as Obama was sued as an individual, as a candidate for office, he did not furnish an answer and is currently in default. Tea party patriots are planning similar rallies in front of the 5th circuit court of Appeals, where the court is just sitting on the emergency motion to expedite a default judgment against the Commissioner of the Sociala Security Michael Astrue for his default in Taitz v Democratic party, dealing with Obama’s use of forged IDs and a stolen CT SSN 042-68-4425

Rally is on..

A Patriot
Lets help Orly .. We are on for the Rally at the Federal building Thursday 11 AM.   We need as many as possible to carpool there.  I will bring the cameras and  we do need every one we can get to show up..  I can help with sign making materials if needed.. Lets organize a car pool..  Thursday 10 am we should leave the Roseville area..

    If you look at the Jones v Clinton litigation, the Supreme Court decided that (a) there were very limited circumstances in which a sitting President could be sued in a personal capacity but that (b) the courts must still take account of the fact that he is President in determining whether litigation can proceed before the end of his term. They allowed it to go ahead in that because because it involved an alleged physical assault BEFORE he was first elected.

    Justice John Roberts is going to review a case on Feb 15th regarding Obama’s use of a fake SS#.

    It is a shame that these Presidents think they are above the law.

    So based on the ruling of Jones v Clinton, Clinton could have raped anybody while he was President and he could not be sued.

    I guess our Supreme Court needs to go back on that one.. I remember clearly Clinton groping an Air Force officer on AirForce One.

    So Clinton as a sitting president could not be brought up on assault charges because he is the sitting President.

    Give me a Kit Kat Bar and sit me down..

    Supreme Court I hope you have better wisdom than that.

    Of course taking only a portion of the so called interpretation is a bit presumptious on my part..However due to the fact Docket 12A606 should have been looked at before his disinauguration is A NATIONAL DISGRACE..

    Better late than never..Supreme Court..

    And the two new ladies(that is if I can call them that-maybe I may be offending someone) need to recuse themselves in a hurry..

    Tea Party Patriots are the group Sarah Palin said get behind about 4 months ago. TPP never did endorce Romney. customersupport@teapartypatriots.com are the ones I kept emailing about a month ago and telling them if they didn’t distance themselves from Rubio they where gonna get the blame when Rubio lost. After about the 4th time I emailed them they finally mailed me back and said it wasn’t them, said it was the Tea Party Express and Dick Armey but mostly it was the establishment. Don’t be surprised if Sarah Palin doesn’t show up there too. First thing she did when she left Fox was blast the establishment and FoxNews.

    Dave, great point! There is precedent in the Clinton sexual assault case which was tried due to it occurring before he entered the White House. This leaves the door wide open for Soebarkah to be prosecuted for ordering the hits on his Gay Lovers Donald Young & Larry Bland.

    Orly, I work at a home for seniors in Mission Viejo and I’m taking a group of them on an outing that day. I’ll take them there and give them some signs to hold up. It will be fun for them.

    The van holds ten people including me. See you there!

    Dr. Orly Taitz is truly a blessing as a devout patriot who is marching in good order to help us save our country from tyranny and corruption. Californians’ need to support her into the U.S. Senate and keep watch on her 6. We need more people like her to show us how to communicate fairly well about these pressing issues and the actions that are needed from “We The People”.

    I hear what you say, but you demean Sarah Palin if you expect her to behave as a dog after obedience training: Especially on an issue of such a cosmic proportion. And she keeps her mouth shut since 2008 up to this very moment…

    Alex I agree with you there but, she quit Fox and her brother already suggested a 3rd party. I’m not saying Sarah will run on a third party but she might talk someone else into it. I’m saying you never know what she’s gonna do. The R Party is almost as scared of her as they are Dr. Orly.
