    I imagine that there has to be a standard of review for the judge to consider the quality of the ” oath or affirmation(s)” submitted in support of the complaint. Otherwise the political process would be destroyed by spurious claims made based on rumors and false beliefs.

    You should make sure that all of your economy’s and evidence is available to back up the complaint.

    Oh, and wouldn’t President Obama be able to avoid arrest by simply not going to Connecticut?

    @ B Robinson…..I am not an immigrant. I was born and bred right here in this country. I am also a registered democrat. I agree with every effort that Orly Taitz has put forth to have Barrack Obama removed from the office of President of the United States. If you don’t, you are either a dem party hack that is supporting this criminal just because of party affiliation, or a blind fool, or both. Anyone, not matter what political party you cling to, who supports this man who has undeniable evidence of several crimes mounting against him, is guilty of collusion for not taking a stand against his crimes. The evidence against him is clear, if you take the time to look at it. I have, and I cannot stand behind a man that I know is usurping an office that he has no entitlement to. Even if he had (he doesn’t or he would have produced it long ago) a legal long form birth certificate to prove his citizenship, there are still several other problems (SSN, etc.) that I feel stand in the way of giving him any of my support at all. Also, you state that he is EQUAL TO THE TASK OF LEADING THE COUNTRY, and an HONEST MAN……….I don’t think so. You need to put the pipe down, take off the rose colored glasses, and take a real look at this man you are supporting so fervently. If you are honest with yourself, you will come join the rest of us on the RIGHT side of this issue.

    What is the possibility that you may look at who counted the votes? Do you think the results were true and accurate?

    Certainly with more folks here in America having open hands for something for free, it may have really gone his way. Still if one error is made in the voting process for any reason it must be done till it is right.

    Having travelled and served my country in secure communications it seems to me finding the truth takes great effort in todays world of instant free information.

    Those who must work and produce some value in life have little time and sometimes energy to find the truth. All the while, many with more time to follow what’s popular, can go in a dangerous direction for the good of this great country and the world.

    Your journey to find the truth is unknown to me and I wish not to offend. Understanding that I do assume that this is important for you to find too.

    Mine started with wanting to know who this person was that wanted to serve MY country as Commander in Chief. As the health and wellbeing of my country has always been very important to me. For I know if America would fall in any way I and my family may have to live like others do in the world. I know the history of a few other places and like ours the best.

    The first real info was a Lawyer ladie holding a paper in her hand that got my attention. The paper was not so different than I and so many others filled out and signed, that had to be right and completely correct to continue pursuits or be arrested for perjury. Mine was army enlistment – his to be a Lawyer. So simple. He put a name he said was his on line one. On line 2, for any other names? he put – None -. I needed nothing further to know he did not have what it takes for me to process his messages.

    In closing to you, B Robinson, it is sad to me that you feel Dr. Orly Taitz has a pathological need of any kind. Please go live in Isreal as I have for a short time. Go ahead, walk across the street to buy bread or something. Let me know the thoughts you have as you do. Let me know how you feel what it is like when you watch the news and see your mates city messed up with body parts all over the side walk. (Many times in four years and continues today). This is coming here if we ALL do not open up to what is happening and seek the truth so we may restore our citizenry and country.

    Also please consider many immigrants here in my life are much better citizens than most with the, “Open hands”. Not many folks today can fit in Orly shoes.

    We should have the appox.250 candidates for president that were/are registered with the FEC,[Federal Election Commission], become Co-plaintiffs in this case and bring ALL of our charges to be heard in front of the Supreme Court at the same time. We should start,Here and Now, a call for all citizens to email,call,mail etc. the Supreme Court to Immediatly Impeach obomba and remove him and his Gang and replace him with “OUR” Candidate from the 250.     flew back from AZ and was seated next to a man that claimed his mother, a left wing liberal from Florida with a summer home in NC, spoke with a neighbor claiming he knew Obama was not born in Hawaii. When asked how he knew, the neighbor claimed he was at his birth…in Kenya! The man claimed he was a former ambassador from the US to Kenya at the time of Obama’s birth and was there at his birth.     I’m just a simple cop at heart (for the last 43 years) and to me I am unable to comprehend what is keeping obama, or whatever his real name is, from being arrested. Perhaps I’m too simpleminded to understand the quasi-legal situation surrounding the simple arrest of an undocumented alien breaking multiple state and and federal laws–any police officer in the US should, in theory anyway, be able to cuff him up.
    Surely any police chief, sheriff or district attorney could could get a warrant issued and require the SS to hand him over (or make the arrest personally)–they can’t ALL be dishonest, or illiterate or fools (or all of the above).
    At any rate I support you 110% and admire the guts it takes to stand up to the maniacal rantings of the American media, the buffoonery of our politicians and the general chemically induced ignorance of the average citizen.
