Is Occidental College ready to produce records?

Yesterday I received a link from Occidental college publication.
It seems they ran an article about my motion hearing in CA to compel production of Obama’s records from Occidental college. There were multiple misrepresentations of the issues. Apparently attorneys for Occidental did not read the final order signed by Judge Marginis. At the end of the November 1st hearing the court took the matters under advisement. On November 7th, one day after the election, the court issued a written order, which does not include any attorneys fees for the Occidental college for the fact that they had to appear at the Motion to Compel Obama’s records hearing.
I called the court and asked if there is an audio tape or transcript. I was told by Richard, clerk for judge Marginis, that there is no transcript of either October 29th nor November 1st hearing and they do not have audio tapes either. I would have appealed an order for attorneys fees, but at the end there is no such order.
Going back to the issue of the records themselves, one thing stood out in the article, it was the following statement from the attorney for Occidental:
“When Botterud (legal counsel for Occidental college) arrived in the courtroom, he was approached by
Taitz and asked if he had the President’s records with him, according to a
court observer’s report. The report noted that Botterud was “obviously amused,”
when he replied, “No.”
“It was a ridiculous question,” Botterud said in an interview with The Occidental Weekly. Botterud did say that the college would comply with any legitimate court order to release
any student’s information, including President Obama’s. ”
This is the first time in four years that a college is issuing a statement that they will produce Obama’s records if a judge signs a motion to compel.
Now we have more evidence from Mike Zullo, from Maricopa county sheriff’s office, from multiple experts showing forgery in multiple IDs for Obama. We also see evidence of several attorneys being used to peddle such forgeries. I am wondering if attorneys for Occidental are feeling the heat and deciding to distance themselves by sending this message and issuing a statement, which de facto states: if there is a judge with cojones to sign an order to compel, we will not fight it, we will comply. Now, we have one small problem, one tiny detail, one question to be answered: can we find in a nation of 314 million people one judge who is honest and who has … to sign an order to compel production of Obama’s records??? We’ll see…

I’ve been trying for years to find Obama’s records but they are sealed or hidden.No one in his class of 400 at Columbia in NY remembers him and that includes the class president.How did he get from there to Harvard without a college ?He has many birth certificates and two from Kenya which one say’s his religion as Islam.I read he had radical and Muslim backers for Harvard.The man is one big question.He should not be sworn in again until we get to the facts.

This is potentially the best news ever. If a judge demands the release, let’s make sure they release ALL records. Not only his grades but more importantly his matriculation records, how he ID’d himself as to citizenship, religion, etc. Also, how were his tuition bills paid and by who?
I am betting that he went to college as a foreign student from Indonesia and if so, he is ineligible to be president for that reason alone.

Won’t Obama simply bribe, intimidate, or threaten Occidental College into changing his records to rid them of any evidence that he is ineligible? I hope this would not happen, but we’ve seen evidence of Obama’s “shenanigans” repeatedly!

Orly, the Obama admin might force Occidental to produce forged docs specifically produced for the eventuality a judge will sign the release order. Digital manipulation experts won’t buy it, but the public opinion will, just as it happened with the birth certificate. Is there a way to have a judge order production of ORIGINAL documentation, to be examined and compared with other docs from the same graduation year?

@Donna. As to whether Obama would bribe, intimidate, or threaten Occidental College into changing his records, my opinion is that this already happened several years ago. Obama did the same thing with his mother’s passport records, some of which are known to have been destroyed. Same thing with the August 1961 international flight records from Kenya which were found very conveniently to be “missing”.

i dont get this… wasnt occ supenoed by the judge to show up for the hearing and to bring records? and now occ lawyer is saying that if they get an order from a judge they will produce the information
this makes no sense to me… more stalling i guess…
as to one judge? not hardly.. every one of the except for the one in ala i think would be close to honest.. at least he believes in the 10 commandments.

College records would not prove anything other than Obama is a liar .
My guess is that he did attend college claiming to be Kenyan or Indonesian, for the purpose of grant and scholarship money. Much like Elizabeth Warren claimed to be Cherokee to secure a job at Harvard.
It has already been exposed that Obama claimed to be born in Kenya and raised in Hawaii. This was his biography until 2007. Once President, all that Born In Kenya info is called a mistake by his literary agent.
Fact probably is as he claimed prior to 2007- born in Kenya. Either way Obama is a FRAUD. He was a fraud then or now, but a fraud.

There is a petition for Obama to produce his records on the White House website. It has half the required signatures but is not growing very fast.
