I need assistance in research in Indiana. Is there a statute allowing direct appeal to the Supreme Court of Indiana instead of going to the court of Appeals first

In Indiana the court of Appeals has a majority of Democrats, while the Supreme Court has Republican majority.

In CA emergency appeals can go directly to the Supreme Court, I need to see if there is such provision in Indiana.

Though I’ve seen massive corruption and cover up of ObamaForgeryGate among Republicans as well, but there are slightly better chances in the Supreme Court
