It was a very long day and a very long hearing.
1. At the hearing Obama’s attorney Scott Tepper started with very arrogant remarks. He called all of my experts buffoons (It seems he considers Sheriff Arpaio, investigator Zullo, officer Sampson and everybody else buffoons).
Judge Wingate told him right away to stop this behavior and this language.
All 5 attorneys objected to me providing any evidence. I stated that they opened the door by stating that my whole case was conjectural.
Judge Wingate told them: why shouldn’t she provide evidence when you opened the door by claiming that it was all conjectural? So Onaka’s and Fuddy’s attorney, Mr. Dukes stated that he withdraws the objection.
One of the issues that I brought was the fact that I am planning to sue the electoral college and seek DECLARATORY AND INJUNCTIVE RELIEF for electoral college to be enjoined from casting votes for Obama due to fraud and use of fraudulently obtained and forged IDs.
I brought the oral motion asking Judge Wingate to give me a leave of court to file a second amended complaint and bring the electoral college as an additional defendant. As far as I know it was never done in the U.S. history, nobody filed a legal actions against the electoral college, but then again nobody got into position of being on the verge of certification while using forged IDs. I will need help in research as to how I serve the electoral college.
He took it under advisement and said that he will have an answer after the additional briefing. I have one week to brief several issues. My supporters can help me with research:
1. Judge Wingate wants a total of 3-5 pages. He wants short 1 sentence statements with names of all the people involved in this RICO to put Obama on the ballot with forged IDs
2. He wants the list of all predicate facts (meaning underlying crimes, such as forgery, fraud, conspiracy to commit forgery and fraud).
He wants briefing on statutes and precedents.
3. He wants all the statutes and precedents on whether the Secretary of State can de-certify, invalidate votes/results of election. He wants all precedents/statutes, whether he can issue declaratory/injunctive relief in invalidating votes/elections
4. He wants a brief on whether Onaka/Fuddy can be part of RICO, whether they can have mens rea/meaning malicious intent in light of the fact that they are state employees. Dukes stated that they are just state employees doing their job, they cannot form a malicious intent.
My response was that they acted as both state employees and private individuals. He wants a brief showing whether in my complaint they were individuals as well, whether they were sued as individuals as well. Also, I brought a couple of precedents: one was Kasamayor, where state employees: police chief and the whole police department, who are state employees were convicted in RICO, they engaged in Racketeering and money laundering. There was another case out of AZ, where employees of the city of Tempe were sued in RICO
5. He wants precedent and statutes, whether misprision of felony can be a predicate fact in RICO, same with a situation where RICO conspirators engaged in systematic defamation of the victim in order to cause her an economic damage.
6. At first Obama’s attorney Tepper stated that there is a case that says that misprision of felony cannot be a predicate crime, then he corrected himself and said that there is no such case.
7. On the issue of forgery of IDs, Tepper sad that in RICO there has to be a forgery of federal IDs, birth certificate is a state ID and SSN is not considered an ID. I responded that the U.S. passport is a secondary ID. It is based on primary IDs, such as birth certificate and SSN. If those are forged or fraudulently obtained, then the secondary ID is fraudulently obtained as well.
There are other issues. I am extremely tired. I will have to be up at 4 am. My flight leaves at 6 am.
I finally got my suit case. A bit too late. I called home and mentioned that I had to wear jeans to court, as I did not have my bag yet. One of my sons laughed: “Mom, you looked really classy!” Oh well, after the whole computer system going down at United, my suit case missing and a million other things, we are good. It’s Thanksgiving, some rest.
I will research all the issues. Let me know if you can come up with any good precedents or statutes. Also, I would appreciate donations. I will have to fly to MS again. Just to give you an idea, just one flight was $800. On the way to MS I had to make 3 legs of the trip OC -Denver, Denver-Houston, Houston-Jackson. Hotel for 3 nights $300, it all adds up.

How is a SSN not considered a form of Federal ID?
I would think that since the IRS, which is considered a huge part of our federal government, requires a SSN to identify Tax payers and a SSN is required to file Federal Income Tax, and no other government issued ID is required by the IRS except for a SSN, then it would be considered a form of Federal identification.
Or am I missing something?

Orly I just had another statement erased because of time. What Iwas writing about was a NJ case in 1981 Case No. o9-4615 that prevents the Republicanparty. apparently in perpetuity because of judges from bring any suit agains the Democratic party or representatives because of fraudd The word needs to get out on this as to how/why the Republican National Committee sold out the USA citizens.

Yes, Orly, keep fighting until you find ONE JUDGE in this country that allows full discovery of ALL the Obama documents.
And when I say “full discovery” for instance related to the (forged)-yet-official long form birth certificate, I mean that experts in forgery must do as many tests on this (forged)-yet-official long form birth certificate to fully determine that it is indeed a forgery.
And why this way because the crooks at the department of Health in Hawaii I am sure will be more than willing to provide a certified copy of the forged long form birth certificate that Obama put on the White House web site when in fact it is a forgery!!
One day, Orly, you will find such a judge. They are extremely rare as you have seen so far but one day, it will happen.

As the Electoral College is a temporary entity made up of individuals in their respective States, I would think you would have to serve them as individuals. The Senate certifies the votes of the Electoral College so perhaps you could file suit to enjoin them from doing so or accuse them of RICO also!

Think you should include the fact that Obama claims British citizenship and six supreme court cases describe natural born citizen (NBC) as two US citizen parents and born on US soil. US Constitution requires NBC for presidential eligibility. This is fact – nothing to prove. Hit them with everything – God Bless You. old marine Phil Stone

Of course the SSN is an ID.
When I enter Nogalas AZ from a day trip into Mexico, the Border agent will ask ” where were you born ? ” he will then ask for the first three digits of SSN .
Also when a police officer wants to identify you and you have NO ID , he will ask for your name and SSN . If they don’t match his records check, he knows you are giving false info.
All credit card companies etc will use the last 4 digits to verify ones identity.
Obama’s problem is that his SSN does not verify his ID, it shows that he is a fraud.

What I gather is that every year the hearing judge, now retired. goes back active to hear and reissue the agreement/order. The current judge U.S. District Judge Dickinson R. Debevoise apparently will be replaced by Judge Joseph Greenaway Jr. Court of Appeals, 3rd Circuit. I would think your suit against the electoral votes is O.K. as long as any Republican Party or official is not part of your suit.

My original SS card issued in 1962 had on it “for tax purposes only not for identification.” You will no longer find this on SS cards. Obama’s lawyers are trying to blow smoke. You can’t even get a bank account with out one. As a matter of fact I took a drug test years ago and they wanted it. Because of possible ID theft I only gave them the last for digits.

Although it is extremely important that Obama be proven to commit numerous fraudulent acts his entire career, the fact that his father is NOT a U.S. citizen needs to be emphasized because that information alone will destroy his fake presidency because both parents have to be U.S. citizens according to the U.S. Constitution. His lawyers keep saying things then they w/draw.
I honestly feel they don’t know what they are doing. They are so ill-prepared and they try to coverup by barking at you trying to do various character assasinations on you.
Some judges cite lawyers with contempt for such conduct. That is just harassment and could be liable for a slander suit which could be filed against them b/c the proceeding is recorded and a transcript is available. Ask for punitive damages.
If they want to play hardball with Saul Alinsky’s playbook, let them pay for tormenting you for representing yourself as well as the people.

I didn’t vote in this election or in 2008. I am stepping out of this mess of voting with a lawless government of organized criminals in power running away with everything they can get. Voting only keeps them in power. Maybe we should start having public trials soon instead of more elections to solve this increasing problem with an illegal alien in the White House. When no one in high office will keep the law then the law is null and void for it’s citizens too. We do not have any laws. Congress did away with them all. I did not vote because congress is full of criminals. I will not elect criminals. I stayed home on election day and watched the further demolition of our nation take place. How Sad that is. I’m no longer supporting any of our government.

Doubtful one-to-one statutes were available over the first cases involving cyber-crimes, faulty medical implant devices and automotive integrated, computer-electrical malfunctions. Doesn’t mean hands were thrown in the air for lack of statutes. All such cases, time has proven, were manifestly dealt with by their respective court.
