we petition the obama administration to:

Peacefully grant the State of Texas to withdraw from the United States of America and create its own NEW government.

The US continues to suffer economic difficulties stemming from the federal government’s neglect to reform domestic and foreign spending. The citizens of the US suffer from blatant abuses of their rights such as the NDAA, the TSA, etc. Given that the state of Texas maintains a balanced budget and is the 15th largest economy in the world, it is practically feasible for Texas to withdraw from the union, and to do so would protect it’s citizens’ standard of living and re-secure their rights and liberties in accordance with the original ideas and beliefs of our founding fathers which are no longer being reflected by the federal government.     Sounds good to me if they follow the real Constitution of the United States. They should not be alone in this. Texas is on the right track.

    Their wording is all wrong. Texas should secede from America, if it wants to purify itself then it needs to kick all the blue states out of AMERICA! Force THEM out, secede THEM from America.

    HA, HA, HA, HA ! SURE, TEXAS IS BALANCED AND RICH.. TOO BAD WE COULDN’T EVEN CONTEMPLATE DOING THAT HERE IN “KAL-LEE-FORNIA”. WE ARE BROKE, IN DEBT, ETC. BUT IF WE DID, WE WOULD HAVE THE 1 TO 3 MILLION ILLEGALS RUNNING FOR THE HILLS, AS THERE WOULD NOT BE ANY FEDERAL BACK UP MONEY ALONG WITH OUR STATE MONEY, TO PAY FOR THE FOOD STAMPS, MEDICAL, ETC., ETC, ETC. WE PAY BILLIONS NOW FOR THE ILLEGALS, THAT SHOULD BE PUT BACK ON PART TIME ALIEN WORK VISAS, ONLY. NO WAIT, NO FEDERAL, NO WORK VISAS, WE COULD WRITE OUR OWN PROTECTIVE LAWS AND HAVE OUR OWN WORK VISAS, WITH NO DRAIN ON CALIF. TAX RESOURCES. WHAT A DREAM, BUT TO CONTEMPLATE WITHDRAWING FROM THE UNION, AND STARTING TOWARDS THAT FREEDOM, WOULD JUST START THE FEDERAL TROOPS AND BLACK HELICOPTERS ENFORCING THE MARTIAL LAW THEY WOULD AND WILL BRING AGAINST ALL OF US WANTING TO RETURN TO TRUE LIBERTY. LOL 🙂

    OH I WISH I WERE IN TEXAS. IF THEY WILL SEND ME A PETITION I WILL SIGN. ILLEGAL ALIENS VOTE SO WHY WOULD IT BE SUCH A BIG DEAL AND I WILL NOT NEED AND IDENTIFICATION TO SIGH WILL I SINCE NO ONE NEEDS ANY ID TO VOTE. I SAY GO FOR IT TEXAS MOST OF THE COUNTRY IS WITH YOU AND IF I DID NOT LIVE IN A STATE WH ERE THEY VOTED AGAINST OBOMA(DEMOCRAT) AND VOTED FOR MANCHIN(DEMOCRAT) I WOULD LOVE TO WITHDRAW.     Went to the Secretary o States web page and found out we need 15,288 signatures…
    I think I can manage that. South Dakota is a Conservative State and a lot of people are pissed about Obamacare!

    Texas being a republic that was illegally absorbed by the united States can secede anytime they want. Most Texans that I know, still refer to their state as a Republic1

    It’s good to see some Americans are now FINALLY looking at secession, which is the realistic, peaceful, non-Revolutionary solution of last resort to a criminal government and a sinful People that has completely lost its mind and abandoned Almighty God and His 10 Commandments. Reasonable people can peacefully disagree and agree to dissolve political unions that no longer work for their respective citizens. The federal government of the United States as represented by both mainstream political parties has no intentions whatsoever to abide by the US Constitution, which is its Compact with the several States. Some States may be perfectly happy with this usurpation of their authority, sovereignty, and freedom with the establishment of a police State and Gestapo DHS based on the 911 Lie committed by the CIA on its own population. Some States may be absolutely thrilled to see a socialist government on steroids in the District of Criminals. For many other States however, the writing has been on the wall for quite some time now. It is good to see they are finally reading this writing. I can only hope they are not reading it too late. I sincerely hope in my lifetime to see the USA completely and permanently divided because good can never compromise with evil, and what is the point in remaining in a Union that now openly embraces dictatorship and lawlessness??? This federal government now is openly mocking Almighty God, and we and they will both pay heavily for it if we remain in this Union.

    The very real consideration of beginning this secession should be taken seriously. And once this begins, with filling up 25-k petitions, then, the taking back of America will begin! This will require real planning and thoughtful discussion. And be prepared to be very Patriotic!

    Secession will most assuredly bring about new political parties that will actually REPRESENT the People again for a change. It will also likely bring about new tv networks with no affiliation whatsoever with the CIA-controlled MSM out of NYC. We could actually start drilling for oil or shale again, and we could build more refineries to keep the price of gas within reason!!! NAFTA, WTO, and GATT would no longer be in effect overnight! Obamacare would be finally forever repealed! Former Congressmen, Senators, Attorneys General, and Judges at all levels of government in BOTH parties who have allowed Obama to openly commit High Treason could be prosecuted by new State Attorneys General from other new political parties for High Treason and jailed for the rest of their life, which most of them deserve. If the seceding Conservative States refuse to overhaul the two political parties of High Treason – Democrat and Republican – and address the means by which they established political hegemony in the first place, all will be for nought. If new tv networks that fully embrace the truth do not come about, then all will be for nought. If the new tv networks are successful, they will have documentary programs ad nauseum et ad infinitum until I am old, wrinkled, decrepit, and gray about the legions of corruption and evil in the former District of Criminals. It will make the innumerable Hitler documentaries on the History(or is it Hitler?)Channel pale in comparison. Dr. Taitz would become a legendary hero of freedom on these networks.

    Please is there anybody out there that can show where Dr. Orly Taitz, esq. is wrong in what she has been doing for over four years now.

    Everyday I become more convinced that what Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq. is now doing, and has been doing for over four years now is the best thing going right now to save our Once Great Nation.

    So if there is anybody out there with facts to show otherwise please do so.
