Huh? I thought the trial ended in the middle of your case. Didn’t you get to put on only three of your seven witnesses? So the defense didn’t get to put on any of its case. pmatthews@simcon.net

The trial is over. Trial by ambush would mean that the defense had no clue that the evidence against them existed. Thats not true though. NoBama’s lawyers have no excuse not to have presented any evidence to counter plaintiffs case. They knew well in advance what the case consisted of, and all they needed to do was to prove that NoBama’s BC and SSN were real, simple enough to present a valid BC and a Certified Copy of the SS Application on file and available to NoBama through the social security offices located in every state of the union.
No ambush Jake Rollins, they assume they can get away with splitting hairs and getting cases tossed over technicalities. Poor excuse for justice, wouldnt you agree?

during the meeting in chambers defense stated that they have no witnesses, that they will be only objecting to our witnesses, their whole case was a motion to vacate trial and to ismiss, for which they got more time than we did. they spent an hour and 15 minutes arguing their motions. They stated that they do not have any witnesses. After their motions were taken under advisement, they stated that they will only raise objections to our witnesses and exhibits, but they have nothing to present. Not only they did not have any witnesses, they had no documents, no exhibits.

I’m disappointed that Obama’s attorneys didn’t call Hawaii registrar Alvin Trangressor Onaka to the stand in this case to give the official story!! Alvin could have explained how he drew the happy face in his signature back in 1961 because he knew that Obama would grow up to be president. And while he was on the stand and under oath he could have explained how his registrar’s stamp had the misspelled “TXE”. Maybe he could have explained why the registrar’s stamp in the pdf document was linked from an external source, scaled 24% and rotated -90 degrees. Alvin surely could have brought the original microfilm that would have shown that baby Virginia Sunahara was originally given birth certificate #10641 back in 1961. He could have explained why the penciled coding marks are inconsistent with the data entered into the form. (For example, Box 9 for Race of Father has a penciled number 9 which represents “not stated” rather than African. “African” was not in the race codes in 1961.) And Alvin could have explained why he refused to perform his state duty to verify a copy of the fraudulent birth certificate on the White House website when he was officially asked to do so by Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett.
The second witness that the defense should have put on the stand was former DOH director Chiyome Fukino who said she saw the original birth certificate and it was “half typed and half handwritten.”
Finally, since Obama has indicated that he was born at both Queens and Kapiolani hospitals, the defense should have put on the stand administrators from both hospitals and have them produce Obama’s birth records from both hospitals.

It is important to note Dr. Taitz’s explanation of time spent in talking to the Judge. Obama’s lawyers used over 1 hr 30+ minutes plus multiple questions for Irey. Dr. Taitz did well to get heard. Strange as it might seem, the failure of them to raise any defense beyond objections should have short circuited thier entire case.
It costs 15 dollars for an original copy of the original BC. It probably costs about the same for a certified copy of a Social Security application record. $30. End of case, its over….instead of that, they come to court with lawyers that cost thousands. Tens of thousands to insure that they dont have to prove that $30 bucks worth of documentation is valid.

Trump meant to say that Obama’s official bio, written by Obama, stated that he was “born in Kenya”. Reportedly this bio was to be used with a book that Obama was writing. The “born in Kenya” bio (with revisions) was published by Obama’s literary agency for 16 years until Obama changed it to say “born in Hawaii” after he became a US senator.

If you’re supporting Obama, then what authentic proof does Obama have that he was born in Hawaii? And if he does have authentic proof, why does he still have that forged birth certificate on the White House website? And what proof does Obama have that he is eligible under Article 2 of the US Constitution to be the president? Obama can’t meet the same eligibility standard that he promulgated when he co-sponsored S 511 to vet Senator McCain.
Why didn’t Obama’s attorneys call some witnesses and introduce some authentic documents to prove Obama’s eligibility? His defense was a zero, just like he is. His defense was an empty chair, just like in Georgia.

Our policies are weak and ineffective, costs blossom, people killed and the administration will cut defense and personnel. Whats the conclusion. Ive been here and in Iraq as a civilian for 5 years and did 26 years as a senior military man. This is my 21(st) tour. My advice is hold on to what you can and fight for the rest.
